Not really a "boutique" hotel, just an overpriced motel room. Place looks old and tired. Limited storage in bathroom, no vanity unit. No microwave or toaster. TV reception non existent with constant loss of signal. Dark, damp and smelly carpark with not enough spaces for all guests. If you arrive back after 8.00 pm expect to park in the street. Very convenient to rock pool and beach. Very expensive just for beach views.

The staff were Wonderful, Jodie went above and beyond to confirm my safety and security during my stay. (Screen door) The room was not as clean as I expected, especially for the price so I paid for the view which was excellent. Mind the locals they are up early and very noisy. Room was dusty and drains need cleaning out.

The view was excellent even though the building is tired. Our biggest vent is that there wasn't a toaster . A kettle ,plates etc. Were offered. Surely a $20 toaster would just add a convenience as their restaurant was closed permanently. So we had to find breakfast elsewhere

You get a great view from this property if you book the balcony view. The only issue I had was it was right above the restaurant and room service ends at 8pm, so when you arrive late and are tired you have to leave the room to find food. The customer service was great, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Waited 20 mins for staff to check us in. The phone to advise staff never connected to the portable phone staff member had. Then keys we were given didn’t work. Staff member was condescending about our ability to use key. We were given new keys & still didn’t work. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest and helpful of staff. The room was quite spacious and clean with all the amenities we required for our stay. The Hotel's location was in our opinion the best Forster has to offer. The beach and saltwater baths were directly across the road and the centre of town, restaurants and shops just a 5 minute walk away. We would highly recommend and we definitely will be back.

The room had a great view over the beach. It was large and adequately furnished, but a little dated. I ate dinner in the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel, it was the worst meal I’ve had in Australia, sadly. Not sure how they could go wrong with smoked salmon salad, but it was not good.
