The property was spacious and clean on arrival. Sofas had stains and so did the carpet though. The tv was broken on arrival. The maintenance staff replaced the tv with a spare the next day and then a new tv the following day. The staff were helpful. The kitchen had all you need for making meals. The apartment we stayed in was right near the pool. There are two pools in the complex. The apartment did smell, I believe it was the carpet and due to the humidity. We were unable to lock the apartment back door to go to the pool. The key given did not work to use this on this door. The apartment was in a good position to walk to Park Beach, the marina, cafe’s or restaurants. The railway line runs behind the apartment complex, you do hear the trains but they don’t pass by very often. Parking below the apartments with parking spots numbered according to the apartment.

Staff lovely at check-in, housekeeping staff also very nice when we walked passed them. Apartment very clean & modern, super comfortable. Lots of items available in the kitchen so we could cook our meals. Great location, grounds & pools well maintained.

Checkin was easy and quick Parking was safe and secure but a bit tight for larger vehicles. Room was beautiful, and well maintained lots of space,good for families. Pool and gardens were also beautiful and well maintained.

2 Night Stay in Coffs Harbour, this 2 bed room Apartment was on the top floor, they have a Lift. Large outside Deck, Full Kitchen, Lounge and Dining. 2 seperate Bathrooms, Laundry with washer and dryer. We were advised that this property is right next to the Interstate/Goods Train Line. Lucky the rooms have double windows, to keep out the noise, Only when the Horn is sounded do you hear them. ++ Right across from the beach and Mutton Bird Island, and Marina.

Positives: Underground car parking unit was modern and well equipped. Negatives: The street lights illuminated the master bedroom throughout night, it was like sunrise,as the blinds on patio windows did little to stop any light entering the bedroom. Think blackout curtains should be installed which would be a quick solution. The front road and heavy freight rail (runs behind the hotel) noise was from late evening till the early hours and for me was challenging as a light sleeper even with my custom earplugs. I could hear the level crossing signals then the trains trundling through The unbelievable bright LED street lighting and road and rail noise isn't the hotels fault, but unfortunately I had such a broken sleep I'll be looking for an alternative accommodation should I revisit Coffs I stayed in Block A Rm10.

I like this property and we have stayed a number of times. The apartments are huge and have mostly what you need to be self sufficient. There is a grocery store and bottle shop across the road. Plenty of Cafe's, restaurants and a Pub. A short walk to the Yacht club, seafood co-op and more restaurants. There are two pools onsite and A BBQ area. You can swim nearby and there are plenty of walking and bike tracks. We were in apartment 15 so we got distance views. The only issue was the car noise in the mornings as there is a roundabout outside the bedroom window. We'll be back.

Whole property is very well maintained and kept. Room was extremely spacious and clean. Excellent balcony and furnishings. Cafes and beach a stone’s throw away. 5th stay at this property. Will be back.

Decor was very outdated from the 90’s. Grout in floor tiles was meant to be pale grey and it was Black! Cutlery looked like it was from an op shop and didn’t look clean. Ensuite shower need a proper scrub - really disappointing.

There was no internet connection for Wi-fi or tv options with no instuctions either. Shower drain didn't drain correctly with some water backing up outside the shower. Otherwise clean, spacious and private.

The property is very nice with large rooms and terrace but it is about 20 m distance from the railway track, where couple of trains are passing during the night. I did not like it, as it felt like an earthquake during the night. In addition, we had no warm water after a short shower of my wife in the evening, so after a sweaty day I had to take a real cold shower. There was no warm water the next day either, so swimming in the sea was helpful (only 10 min to the beach). We stayed there only one night. If you like trains, you will love this place.

It was spacious. Didn’t like the noise of the trains, it has woken me up several times. Should have thicker glass to prevent the noise from coming in. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay.

When we walked in, there was a VERY strong smell of ammonia/bleach/chlorine. We checked in at 6pm and the bathroom floor was still very damp and slippery, yet we were told that the room was ready at 2pm. By only having shutters on the bedroom windows we could not block out the bright street lights. Excellent location however.

Great stay, the second I've done in the last year. Great location and well stocked apartments. I would recommend a higher floor apartment in future, as noise seems to transfer from the higher apartments down. Noisy neighbours and general movement seems amplified. This is not on this property but advice given to help better your stay, especially if your purpose there is to relax and catchup on sleep

Comfortable and well equipped apartment. They enlisted that we had so the information needed as we were late checking in. Local shop right over the road. The only downside was the train line running right behind the apartment, which was quite noisy (did seem to stop midnight and 6am).

The apartment was beautiful. I did like that I could walk to the beach and shops. I didn’t like the traffic noise on one side and the trains on the other side. The tv viewing was minimal using Foxtel. No streaming, not all channels and casting was nearly impossible. I’m glad I brought my iPad with me!

Positives: The rooms were spacious, a pleasant walk to the beach etc. I only did one load of laundry but it worked well, a benefit of a furnished apartment. Negatives: Wifi was slow (about 8mbit was the top speed which may explain why the foxtel VoD kept freezing when I tried to use it), the shower head was fixed at a height unsuitable for a tall person. Basics like a spatula and tongs were missing from the kitchen. Other thoughts: The trains were noticed, but not a problem like others in the blocks closer to the railway crossing had reported in other reviews. It was a nice place to stay, but under delivered for the premium price.

The WiFi was VERY bad to nonexistent and the router was just outside our Condo door. The condo and amenities were fantastic. The condos sit literally right next to the railroad tracks but did no seem loud. The front desk staff were a delight and cheerful. Full of suggestions and gave us a late checkout and stored our bags until we had to depart for our bus. Other than WiFi it was an incredible stay. Oh, one important thing for sure and that is the beds were COMFY.

great 4 familys with young children, air cons in all rooms, only dowfall was the cot and highchair i had hired through the property was not in apartment wen arrived and as we previously stated 2 management we would b cheking-in quiet late at night and was told they noted this on my booking so unable 2 contact reception at the time we arrived it was a very long exhausting night having 2 chase around my almost 2yr old at ridiculous hrs due 2 not having my hired items (cot ) i had already paid in advance 4 , had 2 send partner 2 reception 1st thing nxt morning and was told they would have it sent up 2 my apartment asap after waiting all bloody day with a very grumpy toddler finally just b4 reception closed it was 4.45pm that afternoon b4 they had the maintenance man bring them 2 my apartment (when it was all clearly stated and aparently noted on my booking) how ??

Only stayed 1 night on way from Sydney to the Gold Coast - but wish I had added an extra night now as the apartments were lovely and there looked to be plenty to do in the area. Only issue is that reception closes at 5pm - not unusual for apartment reception in Australia. As a result I had to phone to get access - and for overseas visitors this can be expensive. It would be useful to have a WhatsApp contact number if you do need to speak to someone.

Had a great 2 night stay here. Very clean, 2 bed, 2 bathroom, very comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the shower. Had all the necessary kitchen accessories and supply of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, washing liquids for kitchen, laundry and bathroom for a couple nights stay. Great location for walking to points of interest around the marina and restaurants and bars. Easy bus service to fun park and around the local area. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
