Very friendly staff and the hotell was clean and nice. Also great food and drinks. Would recommend.

Really disappointing stay. While the hotel looks aesthetic at first glance, looking closer reveals major issues. The AC was faulty from day one. Front desk said it was controlled remotely from a team in Athens; it failed to work all day, but one night after I called again they remotely blasted it at 17°C. When I manually shut it off, they overrode it and turned it back on, freezing the room when I could not control the settings. Room security and privacy were deeply concerning. The bathroom had no ventilation; an extractor pull cord led to nothing, and a ceiling opening led to a large open space above the room big enough for a person. Empty light fixtures served as viewpoints into the bathroom from this space. Housekeeping also left my balcony door completely unlocked one day. Cleaning was poor overall; I found a past guest's earbuds on arrival, and my room was left untouched until after 5pm despite the "clean me" sign being on all day. The morning buffet was dirty with sticky tables. The hotel sits on a noisy main road with zero soundproofing, surrounded by abandoned buildings. Pool service was nonexistent; you have to hunt down staff to order, and guests hog the limited seating with towels all day. At the bar, I was served spoiled rosé; a bartender admitted management will not let them buy more until they sell this batch. Finally, my room housed a massive, unsecured main electrical panel that was left wide open one day. Would not recommend.

The hotel is new and modern and very clean. The staff at the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping. Everyone is nice very helpful. The breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from. The hotel has an amazing modern fully equipped gym, and the pool area is also nice. It’s 20 minutes away from the center but the hotel is very quiet.

We had the best stay and I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast was delicious with loads of choice, and the pool bar quickly became one of our favourite spots, great food and even better cocktails. It was my boyfriend’s birthday while we were there, and the staff went above and beyond by gifting him a complimentary birthday cake. It made the day feel really personal and memorable. The whole hotel, including the rooms, is spotless, and staff were very friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back.
