A one night stay cost me $$$$ with the theft of my BIKE ! On the grounds of the hotel in front, thieves were able to Cut cable strand by strand (15 min) in the graveyard hours. Security was present but on break !!!. I soon discovered the entire incident was not reported to local law enforcement !!! Video shows bicyclists removing my bike and ride off into the night. By not feeling compelled to notify POLICE this incident will likely repeat but far WORSE . Thanks “ Pacfic Stay”… Who does this !!!

Decent price for area. Had to book last minute, so best price for the place. New owners, but rooms have not been updated. Entry way and pool area nice and clean. Extra pay for breakfast so did not eat there. Safe area, well lit. Convenient location.

The staff was respectful, nice, and they made check in easy. The rooms were a ok, some of the floor panels were lifted, the tv service was no good, we couldn’t connect to any steaming channels, the internet worked perfectly on my phone. The pool was nice and clean but the furniture around the pool could have used some TLC! The only good option were outside at a restaurant, nothing was provided inside the hotel. I think the pictures online were from another hotel..

I reserved this hotel because it said it had a restaurant and bar, but neither was open because of " low occupancy ". Dont see how you can advertise for that and then only open if you have afull house. Was very disappointed.

The only thing that worried me this time on our stay, was one of the elevators was having issues. It was first noticed when we were going down, we were coming from the 5th floor to the lobby and the elevator got stuck on the 3rd floor for about a minute. The door tried to open up but they never did, almost like it was jammed/jamming. It then finally continued to the lobby and we were able to exit from it. The other instance during our stay, was when we and another guest were trying to go to our respective rooms from the lobby. The guest tried to go to his floor, using the same elevator that was talked about earlier. The door to the elevator closed but the guest never left the lobby floor, the door just kept opening back up for him. Eventually one of the maintenance people walked by and fixed the jammed door, but at that point we had lost trust in that elevator and decided to share the next one over to go to our rooms. Other than that, it was an excellent stay!

Overall I would rate my stay 5 stars but the only complaint was there was only 1 elevator working at the time. But everything else room, staff, area, parking, and cleaness were all 5 stars! I even showed up before check in time (3) and was able to get my room around 12pm. Awesome front staff employees. Would highly recommend!

The room was very basic—nothing fancy, which would’ve been fine if it had at least been clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom was disgusting. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, so I had to wipe everything down with Lysol wipes myself. The shower had almost no pressure and the tub filled up because the drain was clogged. I traveled from out of state for an event, so I was out most of the day. When I got back around 10 PM, I reported the issue to the front desk. I had showered at 8 am that morning & the water from my shower still hadn’t drained. Thankfully, my daughter was staying in the room next door, so the three of us had to rotate using her shower. I ended up using a straw to try to snake the drain just to get it moving. The carpets were filthy—our feet turned black just walking around. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to sleep fully under the covers because the cleanliness was questionable. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and the man I spoke with about the shower was kind, but unfortunately that was the only positive. The bed was okay—not too hard or soft—but overall, I would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. It simply wasn’t clean or maintained well enough.

My room had a horrible sewage smell, I paid 55 dollars for an early check in. Housekeeping kept waking me up 4 times. The bathrooms might have had mold. I do not recommended the first floor. The staff is very friendly though.

The hotel was very clean. I’m glad I chose this place. Front desk staff was very sweet. Hotel was clean not dirty. Very spacious. The best part was how quiet it was. I was able to rest really well before my 12 hour shift. The mini fridge and microwave came in handy to store my food and snacks for the long day ahead. Only thing was the keurig was a bit dirty. But it was just fine after a few cleansing brews. It would be nice if you emailed the client in more detail about the pool and other amenities in the hotel. For example the breakfast/food/bar and prices you have inside. It would be nice to have that listed in your welcome email.

Has an unpleasant smell that reminds us of some overseas hotels. The hallways are way too hot. It just need to be cleaned up. Won't stay here next time we are in West Covina.

Decent service. Room was spacious and the bathroom was okay. TV and Wifi was very unstable and dificult to use. Desk chair was uncomfortable, very small. A false fire alarm went off in the early morning. Safety can be better, but overall an average stay at best.

The room was not spotless, but pretty comfortable and clean. Wi-Fi was plenty fast and reliable in my room. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Staff were professional and courteous. Location right on I-10 was convenient, and price was competitive. I would return here!

Room size was good, bathroom a bit small. Some of the furniture did have a bit of wear, but not horrible. No noise from other rooms nearby was a plus. Only complaint was that the AC unit did not work correctly. It blew cold, but could not be turned off or change the temperature from control panel. I ended up just turning it off from the plug, and opening the windows since the outside temperature was not too hot.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel staff at the counter needs to learn some customer service from the room cleaning staff . They wouldn’t do anything about the broken coffee machine for days. The hotel cleaning staff was ok care of it in 15 minutes. Below average front service , wouldn’t recommend.

Well, while I would stay here again when I return to West Covina as it is right in town, it was a bit of a shock to me of how unwalkable the area is. One would need to drive or get Uber everywhere because the pedestrian pathways are pretty much non-existent. Not the hotel's responsibility but a heads up on the hotels website and booking partners would help. The other thing is that the staff could have been more informative about the facilities and amenities of the hotel at the check in. I had to keep asking questions each time I was looking for the gym, pool, breakfast area, to understand whether I can take room towels to the pool or towels are provided there, why I was billed for an extra night, etc. The broken phone in my room was promptly replaced and the highway noise was bearable. Overall, it is an acceptable accommodation.

Apparently the bar closes when it wants. Places should not advertise a bar if it’s probably not open. Amenities were minimal. Shampoo in shower didn’t work.
