Loved the pool, miss having restaurant there,had great food. Our air conditioner wasn't cooling room much and was noisy when coming on.. balcony needs swept off and really needs a side table for drinks. Bathroom fan really loud.. Everyone very nice and will definitely stay there again.

Nice location. Neptune’s Park is almost right next door and had some cool music the night we stayed. Was like a big rave. Being so close to the beach and having a nice balcony was great. Friendly staff. Overall the room was ok, nothing fancy but also nothing really to complain about. One of the elevators was kinda sketchy but I’d imagine those are inspected. Would stay here again definitely.

The only thing missing from this property is a restaurant.Loved the glass elevator with the view of the city.Loved the great pool.Loved the ocean view from the balcony.Great place to stay.Highly recommend it.

Hotel is great, will book here again next year! Only thing I didn’t like was having to park in the garage across the street and go up and down those stairs when I have bad knees, but I managed and it won’t stop me from staying again

The hotel location was really good, clean and most of all lots of parking space( separated garage building, extended parking space, etc). But the hotel building is old, and noisy whenever turn shower or water in n in bathroom. And no microwave in the room.

Loved having a balcony that looked straight out to the beach. We walked outside and across the boardwalk to the beach. Parking was free but had small spaces. Only thing missing was a breakfast in the hotel; however, there were plenty of options for breakfast within walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel offered everything one could want, including 3 fully functional elevators (amazing the elevator experience I've had at Va Beach) and a lovely indoor pool.

Its a very nice place but not to fancy. Nice pool very close to beach. Balcony and room was nice. Staff was always very polite. We went for just a couple of days and were not looking for anything fancy just a nice room and nice view and a nice pool and we got it. The restaurant is very overpriced and not worth it although thats its own thing it still reflected our experience. Overall nice and would stay again.

This hotel was wonderful! We had a nice, clean, quiet and comfortable room. The room was a little dated, but everything was clean, the beds were comfy and everything was in good, working condition. You can’t beat the price for a view like this in a great location. Loved this place.

my daughter found roaches at 1am and decided to check out at the front desk staff shannon did not show importance,compassion or sympathy. my daughter is a young adult going into the world and i’m 5 hours away i would think a ocean front hotel would match the reviews but didnt and shannon from desk just brushed my daughter off never again don’t go here shannon hates her job and it’s roach invested she had to sit in the car for hours h til stuff open and came home

Right on the beach. Awesome view of the Ocean. However our bathroom was not cleaned properly. The sink was not draining. The toilet bowl was not cleaned properly. The front desk and maintenance staff was good in taking care of the issues

The room had a beautiful view of the ocean but was not in the best repair. There were holes in the walls and the ceiling. What appeared to be old dry blood on the bathroom floor. The pool was cool to have but the water temperature was freezing. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel wifi didn’t reach in our room and the service was bad so had to go to the common area to use internet. The cold water wasn’t working well in the shower. There was also sand in the shower, seemed like they hadn’t cleaned well. But the location is great and very convenient. You get what you pay for!

Nice weekend stay August 23 - 25, 2025. Ocean view room nice view. Room was cleaned by Serena. Beds were small for 2 adults average size. My real complaint is that on our last day I saw a roach on the bathroom counter. Please please have pest control come out. Because of the roach I saw, I can say that I will not stay there again. One roach means to me there are many moreon the hotel. Pictures attached

Property is located on the oceanfront with access to the boardwalk. Balcony overlooking beac and ocean is really my only concern when staying at the beach, and it met this requirement. Beds are full size (not queen), and room is average if what you would expect for a beachfront hotel. Small bathroom, small tub/shower with may repairs needed, but overall it still got the job done with no major issues. Would stay again as long as the price is right.

The good: It’s on the beach with a balcony. The price is fair. There is an AC unit in the room so you can adjust the temperature accordingly. There are several ice machines on various floors. The bad: The beds are horrible and hard as a rock. The sheets are so incredibly scratchy that it makes the bed even worse. The AC unit is so loud that every time it turns on, you will wake up. It’s a fine place to stay as long as you like a very hard bed. It’s reasonably clean and everything works. It’s devoid of anything one could classify as luxurious however, having the beach directly in front of you makes up for a lot…especially with a small balcony

It was good for the price. Every room has ocean views. The rooms are dated and the bathrooms are small. The rooms come with a small refrigerator but no microwaves. If you're not spending a lot of time in your room then I say book here for the price. If you're looking for something a little more stylish, then look elsewhere.

The indoor pool is excellent. Room was small, but adequate. Great ocean view from the balcony. Unfortunately the wifi was inoperable at the hotel during our entire 3 days. Reported to front desk on 1st day, and several times on 2d day. Staff acted surprised and denied any problem until they saw no wifi on their phones. Same experience each time reported. Was told to call tech support number, but number never answered x4. Poor service, for an otherwise nice hotel.

The location is great, Central on the boardwalk. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions or activity/dining suggestions. The downfall is the hotel is a bit dated, could use a remodel on the bathroom. There is no microwave in the room, you need to use one off the lobby that is for the entire hotel. No restaurant and no breakfast available.

Half the outlets in the room didnt work. They were aware because the alarm clock was installed opposite the beds where the outlets were working. The bathroom door didnt shut. The air conditioning wouldnt keep up if you didnt keep the blinds closed. Which defeats the purpose of an oceanfront room.

The internet was horrible even when I connected to it on my phone using the username and password it didn’t work in my room and nowhere else it continued to disconnect and that was disappointing. Other than that we lived the area the direct ocean view from the room and the scenery was amazing.

Television had no service. Refrigerator wasn't on. After turned on it froze everything. Fan in the bathroom turned on with the light and was so loud it could wake the dead. No microwave. Not so bad. Will not return.

The front desk seemed disorganized. They had me down for 3 nights, when you can clearly see I booked for 2 nights. Then he gave us a room key the previous guests were still there. Fortunately no one was present. Had to get another room., all while I had a migraine. Then our neighbors raised heck all night long. Cussing, pounding on doors, running up and down the hallway, etc. that wouldn't be your fault but there should be a night guard present or something to discourage this behavior. We liked the price and loved the location. And the staff was super friendly!

Check in was quick. We asked for a cot and extra towels and they were delivered to our room in minutes. Very responsive staff. I paid $250 for the room through Expedia and the person next to me was a walk in checking in for $189.

They need to take new pictures of their property and description. It is nothing like it shows in the listing. There was only coffee made in the morning that was nothing but colored water. There was a lady filling up the espresso/cofffee machine and just looked at us when we said it wasn’t coffee. Horrible front desk they acted like they hated their job and didn’t want to be there. Not friendly at all. We received a roller bed and there was old sheets that looked like they had beef on there for a long time. No covering over the bed for protection. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I never make comments or do these but I felt you should know.

The service from the front desk was absolutely horrible and they were very unorganized and unprofessional. The sink in my bedroom wasn't draining and the toilet kept running. I put in a request for the manager to contact me and I never heard from Darain. Ayana was the only one who cared to try and make me feel better about my uncomfortable stay.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Oceanfront Inn, the representative Ms. Jules, Ms. Arin and Ms. Alex was so awesome, our heroes and very professional, knowledgeable very helpful and they went above in beyond to provided us with exceptional service! The other staffs as well Mr. Jared and Ms. Ayana was great and nice, it start from management job well done. Our family definitely recommend this hotel fantastic location and the view is to die for wonderful atmosphere! These guys are a great asset to the company and they all totally rock! Stayed during the off-season. Beach view was great. Located right on the boardwalk, so most restaurants and attractions were within walking distance. Parking was also great. Building itself was outdated and showed it's age. The whole place appeared to be 30 years overdue for new paint and a deep clean. Elevators were also sketchy - slow and jerked often. Just needed a room for the night, so it was adequate. And the price was reasonable.

For the deal we got on this hotel - it was definitely a great value. Oceanfront room, a block away from Neptune, tons of dining and shopping options steps away. At night, quiet and safe. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and the AC works great! We had only one issue that our fridge didn't work - but in all fairness we did not report it because we just decided not to use it - we were there only 2 nights. But I would stay here again.

All rooms are ocean view. Front desk was very helpful. No problem getting extra supplies. There is no restaurant or bar associated with this property and the only pool is inside. It was family movie week on the beach and we had the best seats in the house. It’s a very clean area Beach is clean and spacious. Boardwalk is very nice. We walked everywhere we went.

Everything was fantastic. Staying facing the ocean was beautiful and we were located right in the middle of downtown with plenty to do. Staff was very friendly, kind and willing to help. The rooms had some paint chips or a little rip on the shower curtain, but for the price and location, it was really great. Hard to beat waking up to the sound of the ocean and a beautiful view.

We had a great stay. The oceanfront view was perfect. Parking was easy, it was in front/attached to the hotel. Staff was nice. Hotel needed a little updating. There was spacing between the door, I could see the hallway and light coming through to the room. Bathrooms could use an update as well. Overall for the price and location we were satisfied and we are picky.

I stay here every time I’m in VaB because of it’s proximity to activities, the beach, and my favorite restaurants. It is not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect that. What you should expect is pleasant staff, clean rooms (housekeeper was a fan of bleach and I love that!), and 3 different areas to park your car for convenience. The indoor pool is accessible, Clayton’s restaurant downstairs has good food, free WiFi, there was a guard in the lobby overnight for safety, excellent stay.

This property is oceanfront all the way! Our room was on the 2nd floor, close to the restaurant on site. Enjoyed having the restaurant right there so we didn’t have to hop in the car and drive to one. Our room was clean with fresh linens. The mattress was very comfortable. There was a refrigerator, coffee maker, small table and chairs. We were impressed with how heavy the sliding glass doors were; very durable for keeping out the weather elements. The one thing I would like to have had different was the HVAC unit did not have a constant ON Fan. I use a fan for white noise for sleeping; but I still give this property a 5 star review. Would stay here again!!

Clean but in need of some upgrades and renovation. The maintenance guy happened to be waiting for the elevator near our room and noticed the hinges were sticky on our door. He fixed them while we were out, unasked, which was great! They saved us last minute from a horrifying hotel experience in progress at another place, so I'll be very grateful for that. Right on the boardwalk and steps from the beach, with a very solid restaurant downstairs. Overall a really good experience.
