Piccolo malinteso all’arrivo (ma risolto telefonicamente ) non avevo ricevuto le istruzioni per il self check in … camera comoda e ben calda , un po’ “freddina” la comunicazione ma alla fine efficiente …. Avrei gradito un maggior interesse ed empatia , ma alla fine per dormire una notte va bene ….
