Heel vriendelijk en hartelijk ontvangst. Leuk om te horen wat er het Pinksterweekend te doen was in de buurt van het hotel. Onze kamer lag aan een tussenstraatje gelegen met aan de overkant studentenkamers en parkeergarage. Beide nachten veel herrie van inkomende auto’s met gezellige muziek en uitgaanspubliek. Bedden en douche was prettig. De snack automaat en watertap bij de receptie waren fijn!

Good clean hotel in the centre of Eindhoven on one of the shopping streets. Very friendly and helpful staff gave us several recommendations of places drink etc. Just a note that reception isn't staffed from about 11.30am to 2pm so we couldn't drop our luggage off earlier but only a minor issue

Such a lovely stay! The hotel is located only 15 mins from Eindhoven station. Modern, comfortable, spacious room, with a desk and the espresso machine. The bathroom is big as well. The reception is not on 24hours but you get a message to retrieve your keycard from their box outside. Guido, the receptionist, is great! Very friendly, informative and corteous.

Really a mixed bag… the hotel is in a strategic position, really close to the center of Eindhoven. The employees are FANTASTIC: kind , polite and very supportive. The rooms are very small but adequate. What’s really really wrong is the cleanliness of the room. Basically it wasn’t never cleaned during my stay, especially the floor, and that was awful. The price could be cheap for the Netherlands in general, but is not cheap at all in a general sense, so I was expecting more. It’s sad because for everything else the Hotel is really good and a place to be suggested to everyone looking for a location in Eindhoven.

De kamer zonder raam vind ik heerlijk! Ik heb namelijk adhd en om te ontprikkelen van de dag is dit voor mij ideaal. Ik kom zeker terug volgend jaar. De mannelijke receptionist is erg aardig/gastvrij en gaat tot het uiterste voor je. Vorige week zat ik op kamer 206 die was wel goed in staat. Deze week kamer 106, die kamer is aan onderhoud toe! Kapotte douchestang, beschimmelde ventilatie, de kruk was kapot (de aardige meneer heeft een nieuwe gebracht), het koelkastje was kapot (nieuwe gebracht door receptioniste). Al met al wat dingetjes maar dit was dus niet bij de andere kamer zo. De kamer is lekker stil en de airco maakt het comfort ook uitstekend!

Bij aankomst hadden wij geen hoge verwachtingen van het hotel, dit is ook aan de prijs te zien. Echter was het nog veel slechter dan wij hadden gedacht. Bij aankomst in de kamer zagen wij al snel dat er nauwelijks was schoon gemaakt. Zo zaten er in de badkamer haren aan de muren van vorige bezoekers. Daarnaast was de deur van de badkamer ontzettend smerig en beschimmeld. Ook de afzuiger in de douche was volledig beschimmeld. De kamer was niet netjes afgewerkt en op de muren zaten allemaal vegen. Bed lag verder prima… na het aangeven bij het personeel werd hier ook niet serieus op gereageerd. Al met al een zeer slechte ervaring.. enige plus is de goede locatie.

De wanden hebben wel een opfrisbeurt nodig. In de hoek naast het bed beetje schimmel en op veel wanden zie je vegen. In het gordijn lijkt ook wat te zitten. Verder een nette kamer en een mooi aangekleed hotel in het centrum. Zeker een aanrader!

The location was perfect. In general everything was fine. The only problem was the isolation of the windows. You could hear everything from the street and it was very annoying, especially during the weekend when drunk people were walking by and screaming. I was staying on the 2nd floor and had to wake up several times during the night because of that. Also, the windows could not be opened for air.

It was an exemptional experience. We had a special room with a whole outdoor seating (balcony/terrace), the staff was AMAZING! Breakfast nearby was delicious and beautifully plated. I loved everything about this stay. Couldn't choose a better location too, in the heart of Eindhoven centrum. Thank you.

The location of the hotel was excellent even there was a road construction next to it. The receptionists were so helpful and polite. The room was cold for me and they heated after I complained. First of all I was confused and thought the contraction of the room were unfinished. The ceiling, unpainted walls... One of my friend said that it is kind of an Eindhoven, Holland style. Still didn't understand.

Superfijne receptionist, eentje die je echt welkom laat voelen. Kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien. Enige wat niet lukte was Netflix met de tv verbinden, Youtube ging wel.

It was an exemptional experience. We had a special room with a whole outdoor seating (balcony/terrace), the staff was AMAZING! Breakfast nearby was delicious and beautifully plated. I loved everything about this stay. Couldn't choose a better location too, in the heart of Eindhoven centrum. Thank you.

Perfect verblijf gehad, mooie nette kamer. Ontbijt was goed echter helaas niet inpandig maar bij een winkel/lunchcorner aan de overkant. Top hotel.

I stayed there nights at this hotel and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. First of all, the room had no exterior window at all. To be fair, this was technically mentioned in the listing, but in reality the room feels extremely dark and claustrophobic. It really does not feel like a proper hotel room. The condition of the room was also unpleasant. The ceiling was completely unfinished with exposed concrete and pipes, which might be a “design choice” for some people, but for me it looked unfinished and frankly quite ugly. Cleanliness was another issue. When I opened the kettle there was a piece of something inside that looked half rotten, which was honestly quite disgusting. This made me question the level of cleaning in the room. The worst part, however, was the checkout experience. At exactly 10:30 someone started knocking loudly on the door, clearly trying to rush me out. This felt extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. The official Check-out it’s a 10:30h, but really with such a small hotel, and when check-in is at 15:00h, you want to provide such a poor service to your customers? To think about. The only positive aspect is the central location, but overall the room quality and the service completely ruined the stay. I am attaching photos so future guests can judge for themselves.
