Rooms too cold, check in experience sub par, below par breakfast. Lunch ordered from mainland china was good. Rooms etc ok not great value for the price.

All the staff members were very professional and knowledgeable. Especially scheduling airport pick up and drop off services were simple and easy.

Breakfast was okayish, my Room had "NO BALCONY". It is defenitely Family friendly, but staff i encountered were not Incommunicado or uncommunicative, mainly at the Reception Desk.
