Nice budget accommodation for family of 4. Great view of surrounding area from balcony Small kitchenette and cute bbq area was an added bonus. Older style bathroom but place is currently being refurbished Friendly and helpful staff

I arrived after 8pm when the staff had gone home, but they had sorted out my key access. The room was big, and well decorated/ furnished. The tea and coffee stuff was plentiful and best quality. The courtyard was lovely. The bed and bedding were top notch - I slept 10 hours like a baby. Will definitely stay again, and highly recommend it to anyone who's had a long journey. Ive stayed in hundreds of Australian motels. A lot are ghastly. This was a pleasure.

The room was very clean and neat. The service was very polite and helpful. The hotel also had 2 ev charging stations that are available on request. The swimming pool is small but very clean and comfortable. Overall a great stay 9/10

Wonderful location on top of the town! Lovely and clean, Reno’s taking place, fantastic courtyard with its own edible garden - we had fresh basil on our takeaway pizza!! Can’t wait to see the finished masterpiece!!

The property was in walking distance to the town centre. However it is situated on a busy intersection. The family room was old, smelt musty. The second bedroom had no windows, which could be a fire hazard. A pipe in the bathroom was leaking and had obviously been leaking for quite a while as it was very rusty.The leak was coming from a room above through the pipe and onto the floor. The refrigerator wasn't working. The overall upkeep and maintenance was lacking. I travelled with family and we all agreed we wouldn't stay there again.

I booked a room @ 7.20 pm & turn up at the motel 15 minutes later to no manager on site there or no key left in a lock box there like they used to do if you were a late booking The office phone rang out ,rang the mobile number of the useless manager ( mark) & no answer , waited on site for 1 hour still no check in or keys. Contacted Wotif & they tried calling the manager without any success so I had to book another motel in the town then had to chase my money back with this incompetent manager Mark - stuff up then fffd me around with 2 part payments & was still short of my booking amount. I will never book that motel even again. Period

The guy in the office didn't seem to have any clue on what he was doing.My wife's friend opted to pay for the accomodation but definately wanted a receipt to show how much she had spent.The guy told me a receipt would be issued at some stage but didn't have any idea when.Apart from that the property was ok.
