Hôtel très agréable mais la construction d’un agrandissement est en cours pour le moment. Ma chambre se trouvait au fond du couloir à côté des travaux. Il faisait donc un peu froid dans la chambre et surtout dans la salle de bain. Cependant, très bon hôtel, super petit dej, je recommande pour un voyage d’affaires car pas grand chose à faire autour.

Friendly and professional staff as always. The let down again is the building work. More relevant is the high pitched drone of the water pressure through the pipes when anyone uses water..... Terrible nights sleep (on 7th floor) worst ive ever had, lije a torture chamber.

Rewards programma deelnemer, daardoor kwamen we in Houten terecht ipv bij de Witte Bergen, daar wilde ik eigenlijk naartoe, maar daar kon ik niet mijn bonusnacht op inwisselen. Hotel was super, iets verbouwing mag de pret niet drukken, merkten we zeer weinig van trouwens. Kamer netjes verzorgd, whirlpool geweldig, kortom mijn cadeautje aan mn vriend voor zijn verjaardag was zeer geslaagd. Het diner beneden in t restaurant was ook heerlijk

Hotel is mooi en lijkt net gerenoveerd. Helaas was de nachtportier echt zeer onvriendelijk. Wij kwamen uit de sauna en vroegen naar mogelijkheden om iets te drinken te kopen. Hij had er geen zin in en we moesten maar naar de dichtsbijzijnde Mc Donalds rijden gaf hij aan.. Kamer zelf was netjes, heerlijk bed maar wel uitzicht op een parkeerplek en bouwplaats.

Very clean and quiet. The rooms are luxurious. The hotel is very isolated with no shop, cafe or other eating place within 25 minutes walk so they can charge €17 each for breakfast. Although there is a bus stop outside there were no buses over Easter.

Fantastic room (701), big and spacious. Very quiet with exceptional views. The bathroom was very spacious with a big bath and generous shower enclosure, clean and tidy. TV had BBC channels and Channel 4!

Dirty and old rooms and toilets. Unfriendly staff at the reception. Whats saved the deal was the restaurant with amazing food and great staff. Weird people were surrounding the hotel inside out. I would definitely not go back.

Convenient, centrally located next to the highway. Nice room, but had to listen to dogs barking from some kind of kennel below. The jet tub did not work, which was disappointing. Absolutely no option to buy any kind of food after the restaurant closes (nothing in the lobby, no snack machines, no minibar). Sadly, considering this level of hotel, the beds were old-fashioned dutch-style very narrow, and the pillows were of broken and crumbled foam and indefensible.

Das Personal ist Top. Ich hatte ein tolles Zimmer im 16 ten Stock. Leider nur Kopfkissen wie Klötze davon dann 4 Stück. und um 3 Uhr Nachts klappete iregendein Blech in der Klimaanlage für längere Zeit.

This is simply the best hotel in the Netherlands,so helpful,we were quoted a taxi price of 189 Euros to the airport,we thought that is excessive,spoke to reception……one phonecall later……79 Euro,we obviously left a tip…..see you soon as we are now in amsterdam every month working.

Great Hotel my room was very spacious, food was great, Restaurant a bit crowded but OK, staff friendly, bed very comfy, and they were very accomodating with a bit of a later checkout due to a late flight. I will be back

Nie wieder, unfreundlicher Empfang, Frühstück wurde beim Check-in ohne Nachfragen dazu gebucht (das hat uns dann mal 85 € mehr gekostez) und als Internationales Luxushotel spricht keiner Deutsch.
