I've been here before though it was under a different brand than the current Marriott one. Overall it was so so. Front desk staff seemed lackluster. Every time I was at front desk, no one was there and had to wait a bit for her to get back. Both for check-in and checkout. Got a free upgrade though it's part of my gold elite membership with Bonvoy. At first the front desk staff was hesitant and dismissive until I told her I'm a gold member. So not very nice or competent. It was like that before as well. The room was larger but didn't seem much of an upgrade. The room seemed like no one has stayed in there for a while. The floor was dirty, the bedsheets smelled really bad inside of smelly feet or sweat. There was no drawers to put things. And importantly, there was no coffee/tea machine in the room as advertised. Last time I was there they had it in the standard room, and this was supposed to be a suite. Good thing I only needed to stay one night.
