The site is well placed, a few minutes drive from the town / beaches and offers camp sites and fixed accommodation. We had a deluxe villa or cabin, which was fine for 2 people but might get a little manic with the full complement of 2 adults and 3 kids. There is a covered deck outside which extends the space and dining options. The cabin was well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, etc. and the main queen bed was very comfortable. One much appreciated (by my wife) feature was a mirror with lighting above and a shelf and power point below. Essential for doing hair and makeup and so often lacking in hotels / motels. Top marks for that!!! The site is pet and child friendly with lots of space and activities for the kids. There is a one off fee for pets (dogs) which is payable per visit regardless of length of stay.

This park was comfortable and quiet with plenty of room to walk my dogs without encroaching on other people. I loved the new bike maintenance shed with tools pump and a washing area. It was a great facility to use after our rides at the Gravity Park. It had easy access to the board walk and other paths. Managers were friendly and very helpful. We will be back!

The property is just ideal for dogs - lots of grassy areas to walk them. The staff were fantastic - soooo friendly. You haven't seen the last of us - we'll definitely be back.

We stayed at the Eden Gateway twice, on the way down and back to and from our daughter in Gippsland. The property is clean and spacious with a mix of static and mobile caravan and camping sites and a number of luxury cabins - which we used. A major benefit for us was that the site is pet friendly for our toy poodle. There is, however, a one off (per visit) charge for pets. The cabin was very well equipped with everything you need and was spacious with two rooms, double for mum n dad and bunks for up to 3 kids. There was plenty of room in the "family room" - but it might be a bit manic with those 3 kids. There's plenty of room and activities for the kids outside but, and the town and beach are a couple of minutes drive - you could walk it. In the town, there is a range of shops, including supermarket and restaurants to suit most tastes.

We chose this place as it allows to stay with your pet, however we have never stayed such unclean cabin before. There were sands, dirt everywhere along with human & pet hairs. We had to clean the cabin as soon as we got in, we could not stand. In the evening when we tried to close the roller blinds, we found out that some were broken and couldn’t adjust them. Then when we tried to set up single beds for the kids, mattress protector had so much dust and hairs though the sheets were clean. For the queen size bed, they left the electric blanket under the sheets that control parts were poking out our back and it was very uncomfortable. We would not recommend to anyone and it was definitely not worth what we paid for.

The property is in a great location, with easy access to town, the beach, and everything around Eden. It's a very lovely holiday park to explore nature and listen to the birds singing while enjoying your coffee. The villa is quiet and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and getting away from all the stress at work 😁. However, our villa wasn't really clean; there was lots of dirt under the couch with some crumbs on the floor. My children also found dry food on the blanket and dirt on the bunk beds. We had to disinfect everything before using them. That's the only downside.

The cabins where abit old and could tell they were abit out dated . The grout around the spa could do with abit of n over houl . I guess ya get what ya pay for . If it was peak priced i wouldnt stay

A very highly organised, efficient and friendly lady checked us in. Accomodation was great value for our one night. Directly across the road is the boardwalk around the lake and to the beach which I highly recommend. A credit to the town of Eden to have such a beautiful walkway.
