Wie immer, sehr gut genächtigt im Andels. Sauna ist gut. Whirlpool seit längerer Zeit außer Betrieb. Frühstück ist gut. Parken etwas teurer aber sicher in der Tiefgarage.

Beste Preis-Leistung, tolle luxuriöse Unterkunft mit super Verkehrsanbindung Sauna und Fitness. Leider merkt man, dass auch die Unterkunft älter wird. Von 3 Saunen ging nur die Bio-Sauna. Dampfbad und Finnische Sauna mussten repariert werden. Ansonsten ist der Spa und Fitnessbereich aber top für ein Hotel! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent location for public transport. Staff very good. Rooms variable, and we had to move to three different rooms in our five day stay. Once for noise and once because the door lock would not work. Sauna good.

Was wir als sehr unangenehm empfanden: die Toilettenbrille war vom Urinstein stark vergilbt (in den Kunststoff eingezogen) und roch auch dementsprechend ungut. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption Ali hat uns nach der Begutachtung sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, was wir aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht annehmen konnten, er hat einen tollen Job gemacht. Leider haben die folgenden Mitarbeiter am nächsten Tag nicht den zugesagten Austausch der WC Brille vorgenommen. So ein Zustand eines WC‘s ist für so ein Haus seiner Klasse mehr als nicht vertretbar!!

We stayed at the hotel last year and had a better experience then. This time some of the staff were friendly and welcoming, others not so. There was an issue with my duvet cover not being totally clean, we told reception before we went out in the evening and the man was very apologetic and said he would sort it out. When we came back it was not done, and they said housekeeping had gone so there was nothing that could be done until morning. Then they said we could change room but our children were in the room next door and we had unpacked. Eventually the cover was swapped for a clean one from an empty room, but it all seemed unnecessarily complicated. Also each morning a cleaner knocked on the door at 9am which seemed a bit early to want to clean the room, but maybe we should have put the do not disturb sign up. Otherwise the room was well equipped, I found the bed very comfortable and the hotel is well located. Some of the staff just need to learn to smile more.

Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad und die Fenster sollten dringend mal eine anständige Reinigung bekommen. Im Bad wäre auch eine Wartung auch angebracht, da die Dusche das halbe Bad unter Wasser setzt.

Die Lage zum Velodrom ist super. Kannte bisher nur die Skybar des Hotels und hatte mir daher einiges erwartet. Unserem Zimmer fehlte die Badezimmertür. Neben dem Bett lagen die Kopfhörer eines vorherigen Gastes auf dem Boden. Der Umschlag für den Room-Service hatte Wasserränder. Die Dichtungsgummis der Dusche waren verschmutzt und teilweise kaputt. In der Toilette sind Rückstände von Urinstrin vorhanden.

Bij binnenkomst ruikt het hotel naar riolering. Bij binnenkomst van de kamer rook het ook niet fris, toilet enkel globaal schoongemaakt, de wcpot is niet schoon. Tijdens het inchecken werd er verteld dat schoonmaak van de kamer uiterlijk 15 uur twee dagen van tevoren moest worden gemeld. Overeengekomen dat schoonmaak op zondag zou komen, incheck was vrijdagavond. Zondagnacht op maandag kwamen wij moe terug op ons hotelkamer. Kamer was onaangeraakt. Gemeld bij de receptie, deden erg laconiek erover, zeiden enkel sorry en werden er wat handdoeken in de hand gedrukt. Het hotel heeft 4,5 ster, maar dat kunnen wij niet beamen. Wij hebben in betere hotels gezeten met minder sterren.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen mit direkter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Parkgarage mit ausreichend Plätzen zu 25 EUR/Nacht vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet nichts besonderes, aber vielfältig. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben, viel sofort eine tote Mücke direkt an der Decke über dem Bett auf (samt Schuhabdruck). Ferner war der Ausguss samt Abdeckungen der Dusche auseinandergebaut und lag in Einzelteilen in der Dusche und es fehlte Handseife, Duschgel usw. im Badezimmer. Dies haben wir moniert und es wurde der Ausguss wieder zusammengebaut sowie Seife nachgeliefert. Alles auch innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Nochmals gereinigt wurde der Boden der Dusche nicht. Danach stellten wir fest, dass am Fenster/Vorhang noch gebrauchte Servietten der Vorbewohner auf dem Fussboden lagen, der Zimmersafe nicht funktionierte und eine Fehlermeldung anzeigte. Dies haben wir dann ebenfalls bei der Rezeption gemeldet. Während unserer Tage im Hotel wurde beides ignoriert und nicht behoben. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung muss extra angemeldet werden. Dies haben wir bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt gemeldet. Leider wurde weder die tote Mücke von der Decke entfernt noch wurden die gebrauchten Servietten vom Fussboden aufgehoben. In der Bar kam nach 45 Minuten (!) und drei Nachfragen jemand um unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. 15 Minuten vor Schließung waren die Barutensilien bereits gereinigt und es gab keine Cocktails mehr. Alles in allem enttäuschend für >200 EUR/Nacht. Daher keine Weiterempfehlung.

Got in had a bit of water issues at the hotel, turn the shower on and the floors were soaked there was no way around it. Then had a guy use a master key to open our room door. Woke us out of our sleep. It really spooked my partner. Then the duvets had visible stains, like it was pretty gross.

Our room was boiling hot despite the air con being on. The room did not cool down in the 4 hours we were gone. The staff did however change our room, which was nice. Otherwise nice hotel, great drinks on the rooftop bar.

Air con didnt work in the entire hotel. Room was baking hot. WiFi didnt work in my room but worked in the lobby. No hot water from tap in bathroom and shower temperature fluctuated. Had potential to be a great hotel but wouldn't stay there again.

Das Hotel liegt einerseits direkt an einer S-Bahn und Straßenbahn Station, anderseits an einer stark befahrenen Straßenkreuzung, daher hebt das schlechte das gute auf. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat zumindest im Zimmer das WLAN nicht funktioniert, auch in übrigen öffentlichen Bereichen nur teilweise, am ersten Tag sagte man es wird daran gearbeitet und beim Checkout nur mit "ja ist bekannt" kommentiert

Sehr schöne große Zimmer Leider war unser Zimmer direkt neben den Gleisen weswegen man morgens um 5 Uhr schon von den Zügen geweckt wurde. Wenn man empfindlich ist, bittet um ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite oder weiter oben. Ich würde wieder kommen!

Hotel under promised and over delivered. Very happy with the value of the stay. It has a beautiful cocktail bar at tte top. Only negative is what’s the point of those stupid auto check in machines, they are fiddly to use , and they don’t issue keys… so you then have to queue again to collect your key at the desk. Pointless

I wasn’t able to stay at this hotel due to that AC wasn’t working and it was really hot outside Spoke to Rana manager who informed me that AC is broke down but it will be fix in couple of days. We decided to move out from hotel and Rana assured us that payment will be processed in full towards me, but in couple of days I received email that Expedia wasn’t able to get me my refund back at all. We went to hotel and spoke to Rando manager who was very nice to us gave us drinks and informed us that he is going to do everything to get full refund via expidia and he actually did after an hour they spoke to expidia and we received fully refund. But rather then that it’s nice hotel to stay.

Check in hat 90 Minuten gedauert. Eines der beiden Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, neues Zimmer bekamen wir relativ zügig, jedoch dauerte die Aufbettung bis Abemd halb zwölf. Macht Spaß mit Kindern, auch wenn diese bereits größer sind. Frühstück wäre bestimmt gut gewesen, wenn das Personal hinterher gekommen wäre. Warten auf Semmeln, Saft, Ei... Ich möchte betonen, dass das Personal freundlich und sehr bemüht war, aber völlig überlastet und der hohen Anzahl an Gästen nicht gewachsen war. Kurzum es ist leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Leider kann ich nichts Positives zum Aufenthalt sagen. Gebucht über Hotels.com hatte ich ein Superior Zimmer. Bekommen habe ich ein Standard Zimmer mit Blick auf S-Bahn und der dementsprechenden Geräuschkulisse trotz Schallgedämmter Fenster. Da ich nur 2 Übernachtungen hatte, habe ich auf eine Reklamation verzichtet. Am Abreisetag!!! wurde mir der Wunsch nach einem Nichtraucherzimmer welchen ich bei der Buchung angegeben hatte, schriftlich bestätigt. Zu guter Letzt stellte man mir eine Rechnung in Höhe von 193,-€ aus, Hotels.com zieht aber 243,-€ von der Kreditkarte ab. Eine Rechnung in der gleichen Höhe wie bei der Buchungsbestätigung zu erhalten, überfordert die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption und auch der Buchhaltung. Mein Wunsch die Rechnung gemäß Buchung zu erhalten ist trotz Telefonischer Nachfrage, mehreren E-Mails nicht möglich. Ebenfalls konnte Hotels.com mir den Differenzbetrag nicht zurück senden da er gemäß Buchung eingezogen wurde. Als Geschäftsreinder der eine Rechnung mit MwSt. benötigt, bleibe ich nun auf dieser Differenz sitzen. Schade das man so mit den Kunden umgeht und auch niemand in der Lage ist diese Differenz zu klären. Für mich ein Zeichen von Inkompetenz und Ingnoranz gegenüber des Kunden. Wegen der guten Verkehrsanbindung buche ich jedes Jahr das Andels. Die Gegend rund um das Velodrom ist spannend, Berlin-typisch. Aber direkt Shop mit dm und Rewe City in der Nähe. Sehr gutes Personal, Wg. Stau beim Check-Inn (Firmenveranstaltung) hat der Chef mit kurzerhand eine Fastlane aufgemacht. "Mathilda" (richtiger Name?) hat das sehr gut gemacht, danke. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Einrichtung Zimmer, Bad leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, seit ca. 10 Jahren hat sich da nicht viel getan, mein Eindruck. Gesamt aber 5 Sterne.

Bij binnenkomst ruikt het hotel naar riolering. Bij binnenkomst van de kamer rook het ook niet fris, toilet enkel globaal schoongemaakt, de wcpot is niet schoon. Tijdens het inchecken werd er verteld dat schoonmaak van de kamer uiterlijk 15 uur twee dagen van tevoren moest worden gemeld. Overeengekomen dat schoonmaak op zondag zou komen, incheck was vrijdagavond. Zondagnacht op maandag kwamen wij moe terug op ons hotelkamer. Kamer was onaangeraakt. Gemeld bij de receptie, deden erg laconiek erover, zeiden enkel sorry en werden er wat handdoeken in de hand gedrukt. Het hotel heeft 4,5 ster, maar dat kunnen wij niet beamen. Wij hebben in betere hotels gezeten met minder sterren.

Very good hotel. I say 8.5 out of 10. Clean, good location. I didn’t try their food. Elevators seem a bit slow during peak hours. Front desk staff would take a minute to acknowledge you even though they’re clearly doing things that can wait such as shredding papers or cleaning their work space. Other than that, I recommend it.

Je nach Lage der Zimmer hört man S-Bahn und Tram recht deutlich. Wir hatten ein großes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Doppelzimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett und Kissen. Das Bad mit Fenster hatte eine Dusche und Wanne sowie Blick auf den Fernsehturm.

Das Vienna House ist ein cooles Hotel. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da wir keins gebucht hatten. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine große Straße, aber auch eine Tram- und S-Bahn-Station, so dass man recht schnell in Prenzlauer Berg und Mitte ist. Besonderer Tipp ist die Bar im 14. Stock – toller Blick und leckere Drinks.

Had a lovely stay for a long weekend with the family. We had 3 rooms between us which were all a good size, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but there is a tram right outside which was useful. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. They make pancakes on request and I definitely recommend them! Staff were all very friendly. Especially wanting to say a massive thank you to Rando for going the extra mile to make the trip a special one for my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary!

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were a good size with plenty of storage along with hogh tech lighting etc. Fridge, unfortunately was not clean enough inside to even risk keeping anything in it. Location OK but good transport links. Rather pricey (€29 for breakfast!). Overall OK but not really worth the money.
