great location , very friendly employees ,there breakfast was very good , sad they had to shut down the pool and i was on the 5th floor an the elevator went down , if you walk across the street there is a waffle house if you don't try it even if just for the experience talk about old school it was great really good food loved the people all and all i am happy i stayed there thank you

Nice place, staff and fitness center. Breaking is amazing if you're on a regular diet! Pool is small yet nice. Seating areas throughout make for a nice place to read a book. Restaurant on site is very convenient unless your hungry past 10lm/11pm. Food is good.

Shuttle services only run every 2 hours. I was not told I needed to let the management know I needed to request the shuttle. I was told the shuttle started at 8:30am and ran every 2 hours after. I waited outside for the 10:30 shuttle for 10 minutes roughly before asking the manager if the 10:30 shuttle was going to be coming. She stated that I did not let her know, but that the shuttle driver was up in his room. I called for an uber because I did not want to wait for a service after being given the run around for the 2nd time this stay related to receiving a shuttle ride.

The facility is tired and badly in need of an update. The room smelled odd, the television would not turn on, and the drain stopper in the tub would not stay open. In fairness I got in late and was too tired to notify the hotel of the issues so I can't say they were unresponsive, but I stay in a lot of hotels and this one was tired and dirty.

The rug in the room was dirty, the tub in the bathroom was stained, the walls in the room were dirty in some areas. The room needs a thorough deep cleaning. Surface cleaning strategy is not sufficient.

The bathroom mirror still had toothpaste splattered on it. There was water on the sink and the hand cleaner was empty. The room was dirty. Dust on the cabinet and a greasy mark on the end table. The room was obviously not clean. The baseboards looked as though they haven’t been wiped down in years. I will never go back.

The outside area was deserted looking when we were directed to the back side of the hotel to go to our room. The desk in our room was sticky. Not in just a small area but over the entire desktop.

The property is very old and needs to be refurbished. I had stayed in a king room and when I got in the room was really hot and the air conditioning wasn't working. They got maintenance to come and check it and after he checked it it still wasn't working. They did move me to another room, however, that room was not a king. The gentleman at the desk who helped me change the room was very very nice. As for the cleanliness... Everything in my room was fine, but being as it's an older hotel I feel like it needs more upkeep and there were certain parts of it that I just felt were dirty. Carpets were stained and things of that nature.

Overall good experience. Room was mostly clean except some sticky substance on desk. There was a little odor in room as if someone had smoked. But not sure. Left to early for breakfast. Easy access to airport.

The TV in my room did not work until someone came to fix it. The air conditioning did not work until someone came to fix it. The door would not open from one Side. I locked the other side and the maintenance man had to come and open the door for me. Even though they say that there’s a shuttle starting at 4:30 in the morning there was none and it wasn’t until a pilot needed a ride at the same time as I did, 6 AM a driver to take us to the airport. When I tried to call the front desk several times both in the evening and in the morning no one answered. It was a very frustrating experience.

I left 2 stars solely for the room only. The room was great. Updated and very clean. Everything else about the stay was horrible. It took over 30 minutes to get into our room. Our room was seriously a 5 minute walk from the front desk. When we got to the room neither of the keys would work. I walked back down to the front and waited over 20 minutes while they were trying to get the machine working to key the cards. Still only one of the cards worked. This continued the entire trip. We went to the desk at least 5 times in 2 days just to get new keys because we couldn’t get in the room. We walked into the restaurant at 7:45 where the server rudely informed us they were closing early for New Years Eve so we needed to order drinks and food right away or we wouldn’t get any. She then asked if we wanted our food in to go boxes. She left before we were done eating our meal. We had somewhere to be so it’s not like we were hanging out. We were in a hurry as well. When we were checking out the elevator was not coming up. A worker said they had it shut off for repairs. She radioed down to someone to see if they could cut it back on because we had all our luggage. They replied back that we would just have to take the stairs. So we had to take the stairs down five flights with all our luggage. Why would you work on the elevator right at prime check out time? The manager Sloane was at the desk when I checked out. She was not interested in hearing any of these complaints.

Extremely quick check in. Easy parking. Clean room. Only negative is they permanently installed the DirecTV receiver behind the TV stand so that the remote doesn't work from the bed or chairs. You have to stand against the wall next to the TV and hold the remote over the TV for the receiver to see the IR signal from the remote. This was not a malfunction or technical difficulty. The hotel chose to mount it behind the TV stand causing this inconvenience. I asked why they did this and have not received a response. Simple issue to fix... place the receiver on top of the TV stand so it can receive signal from the remote.

There are NO food options anywhere close when the hotel restaurant is closed as it was during our recent Saturday night stay. The rooms have windows that look out on the interior hallways, so there is no natural light. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. We would not stay there again.

It was okay, dated. Out door lock was broken. The carpet in the hallway stained. The toilet screamed when flushed. We had a room that did not have outside light because it was facing inside an atrium. Not our favorite place and a little desolate.

Poorly managed. The desk clerk was allowed to leave before their replacement showed up. I was told it would be a minute before the new one showed up. After standing and waiting in the lobby for twenty minutes I left to find another hotel.

It was fair for the price. The hotel is old. The receptionist was not very helpful when we arrived. We had booked two rooms and they said we only had booked one. There was that problem checking in. If the receptionist had looked at my itinerary I was trying to show him he would had seen that one room was under my son’s name not mine. But he didn’t even do that. He just kept saying that hotels.com only sent him the booking for one room. Luckily there as another room available that we booked. But hotels.com was able to cancel the extra room and take care of my concerns.

Long line at check in and only one desk person. Took 45 minutes to check in. Very overworked desk clerk but she was very nice. Felt sorry for her. Tired hotel. Broken lamp shades. Stained carpet. Leaking sink plumbing requiring us to mop up water with towels when using the sink. When reported no action taken. Would not recommend.

I reserved and paid for two rooms three weeks prior to our intended stay. When we arrived at the hotel, at 11pm, we were told there were no rooms available. No call. No email. Nothing notifying us that our rooms had been given away. I understand that there was a severe storm causing damage to the city, and there were a lot of over worked and exhausted employees just trying to take a hot shower and get some rest, but a phone call notifying me that our rooms were no longer available with an explanation would've been nice. Arrangements could've been made prior to the two-hour drive there had we known. The front desk employee did make a couple phone calls around to other hotels, with zero luck. At least he tried.

I always stay here when I travel to Little Rock and its always great. Nice staff, reasonably priced. The neighborhood around is always sketchy to me. I dont feel safe after dark to walk across the street because I travel alone so thats why I enjoy the attached restaurant and bar but this time it was closed and I was disappointed. Obviously no reflection of the hotel but it would have been nice to know when I booked

The day and night shift front desk workers were nice. We enjoyed our buffet breakfast and the hospitality of the lady host and the gentleman that made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast was plentiful and worth it! The room was fine for the 2 days we stayed. No complaints. I would stay here again.
