This great accomodation was a little challenging to find via GPS, I was routed all the way around the property via small streets with small signs, but eventually I came upon reception. Parking is valet only (luckily I read that on the description). The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the site is historic, vast and well-manicured. Food service is splendid and the room was perfectly fine.

The highlight is there back pool, and it was closed. The service in the restaurant needs help. Took forever to order drinks, waiter forgot about us many times. He could have sold us at least 5 more margaritas but we got tired of waiting and went to the room to drink. Check-in was also Terrible. We traveled all night and arrive there at 10am. We watched 50 guests arrive hours after us and get their rooms right away. They didn’t let us into our room until 3:30.

The hot tub is a cold tub. I demand a refund. I asked for the staff to turn on the heaters they only ignored me. The one pool is supposed to heated as well it was freezing. I can specifically to use the amenities. I couldn’t use it.

Todo me pareció excelente. Solo tengo dos recomendaciones: 1. El gimnasio está muy encerrado y le hace falta aire acondicionado. Lo tienen abandonado. Ojalá puedan mejorarlo, con vista a los jardines sería maravilloso. 2. Al SPA le hacen falta un vapor y un sauna. Ojalá pronto los tengan disponibles.

La habitación que me asignaron (102) Está justo en el corredor, donde entran todos los proveedores a montar y desmontar para los eventos. Arrastran los Muebles enfrente de tu puerta. La puerta que divide a la habitación de al lado, está rota y se escucha al huésped. De al lado . Los focos del baño están fundidos. . Muy desgastado. El lugar Ponen plantas de luz y pipas de desagüe al lado tuyo. No es un buen lugar para descansar.. tal vez se ve muy bonito en las fotos, pero es mucho escándalo

The staff, everyone included were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was very nice, in an hacienda style keeping with a great tradition and same to the hacienda, which dates back to the 16th century. This probably the best hacienda we have stayed at. Every aspect, atmosphere, pools, restaurant and chapel exceptional and well kept. Our bed was so comfortable!!

Por lo menos el cuarto que nos tocó, no se parecía en absolutamente nada al de las fotos con el que venden la habitación, tomando en cuenta eso, es muuuy caro para lo que es. Imposible dormir, las persianas no cubren nada la luz.

Nuestra experiencia no fue muy buena la verdad. El hotel colapsó su operación dando muy mal servicio en todo el servicio de alimentos y bebidas. En especial en el desayuno. A pesar de hospedarnos en el hotel alternaban 1-1 entre huésped y externo. Nos encontramos con comida mal hecha, desabrida y con escasez y lenta capacidad de refill. Por otro lado la habitación en varias partes se evidenciaba óxido y poco mantenimiento. Por último las almohadas inexplicables…. No habíamos visto una almohada tan dura en nuestra historia de viajes. Lastimosamente la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante por el valor por noche aprox 330 usd. No volveremos

The good: We really enjoyed the grounds, especially the central fountain, and the service. Lawn looked immaculate from our room window and was very relaxing to look at. Oscar, our waiter, was fantastic. He made sure that we were always well served and even made food and wine suggestions that improved our visit. He invited us to stay during the weekend to enjoy the Sunday brunch and we would love to stay there again soon. The bad: Unfortunately, our room looked spartan as it was lacking furniture: no desk, no chairs, just an ugly bench, a side table with a lamp, the bed and the TV stand. The ugly: We had no VIP Access treatment, front desk even tried to charge us extra for the upgrade. I said no.

This great accomodation was a little challenging to find via GPS, I was routed all the way around the property via small streets with small signs, but eventually I came upon reception. Parking is valet only (luckily I read that on the description). The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the site is historic, vast and well-manicured. Food service is splendid and the room was perfectly fine.

Nuestra experiencia no fue muy buena la verdad. El hotel colapsó su operación dando muy mal servicio en todo el servicio de alimentos y bebidas. En especial en el desayuno. A pesar de hospedarnos en el hotel alternaban 1-1 entre huésped y externo. Nos encontramos con comida mal hecha, desabrida y con escasez y lenta capacidad de refill. Por otro lado la habitación en varias partes se evidenciaba óxido y poco mantenimiento. Por último las almohadas inexplicables…. No habíamos visto una almohada tan dura en nuestra historia de viajes. Lastimosamente la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante por el valor por noche aprox 330 usd. No volveremos

Poca variedad para comer, solo un restaurante con el mismo menú. El día sábado tenían una boda, desconocemos si el personal estaba apoyando en el evento pero tomarnos la orden tardo al menos 30 min y eso porque presionamos a un mesero, los platillos tardaron una hora en servirse a la mesa llegando con apariencia de la pasta servida de tiempo atrás. El costo del spa es elevado comparado con su competencia por lo mismo no lo utilizamos. Desgraciadamente para los fumadores no hay nada de consideración, la zona marcada para lo mismo en pleno sol sin mesas o sillas para poder descansar, se supone que hay dos lugares en el hotel solo encontramos uno a lado del restaurant que además se encuentra en pleno paso para los no fumadores. Para el terreno que tienen podrían colocar más amenidades como mesa de billar, mesa de pin pong, hasta yoga en las mañanas. Fuimos a festejar nuestro aniversario de bodas, la verdad no regresaría, la cena de aniversario no fue nada agradable por el servicio y la atención.

Todo está súper bonito hermosa la hacienda volvería de nuevo Lo único le falta un poco en el área de restaurante más rico los platillos de cena no nos gustó y se tarda demasiado !! Porq el bufete de fin de semana está rico todo lo demás super bien !!!

Muy buena estancia, cumplió con lo necesario y el servicio casi en todo el hotel, fantastico. Solo podria mejorar tres cosas: Actitud del personal que prepara tacos y quesadillas en el restarante (muy malo); ademas la logistica para el buffet en esta zona, pésimo. Llegaba de vez en cuando un olor feo en las habitaciones (caño), tal vez haga falta mantenimiento; y tercero... En el restaurante, deberian dar prioridad o hacer una dinamica distinta para huespedes... El tiempo de espera es muy alto porque el restaurante es abierto a todo publico. Tuve que esperar mucho para asignacion de mesa.
