Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Austin Parmer Tech Ridge

Trash from the previous person was in the room (cups on the floor). One of the towels in the bathroom was obviously used and just hung up and not replaced.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The morning staff and evening staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the coffee was available all day.

Nice hotel. We got two rooms. One was good, one was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned by housekeeping from the last person. They made it right and got us a new room. Plenty of space. My only advice is ask for the parking lot side because the highways in the back of the building are VERY noisy all night

The hotel and room is in great condition. The bathroom and shower were very roomy, AC and Heater worked well, they clean the rooms daily which is rare these days, and the staff are extremely kind, always smiling and saying hello when you walk in and out. Daily Breakfast was good. Hotel property itself felt safe with good parking. The only downside is its next to the highway, you'll hear traffic noise at night when trying to sleep. Though you can tell they sound-proofed the windows, it only works so much being that close to the traffic. Request an odd-numbered room, the even-numbered rooms are on the highway side.
