The lady told me that the airport shuttle was coming to pick me up at 3:30pm when I called at 2:52pm. The shuttle did not arrive until 4:10pm. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower, the front desk staff is always missing. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable but the bad accommodations made me feel indifferent Iabout booking here again, plus there is no food stops on sight or immediately close by. Pool was also dirty inside.

Appearance was excellent but my room was not cleaned properly there were popped balloons all over the carpet. The pool was disgusting the chlorine levels were so strong that it burned my eyes entering the pool area. The water was not clean for it to be so early in the morning. I spoke to staff they said the pool was clean a week ago but he shot the pool the day prior but doing it that day over 50 people was in the pool it should have been cleaned again. I clean the pool for New York City Parks and Recreation so I know when it’s a unsanitized pool and I would not into that pool. I wanted to request one day payment back but it was a lot going on when I left.

My stay was great for my birthday. My only concern was the elevators kept going out of order. I almost got stuck after it skipped my floor and continued. But overall hotel was great, fast service and clean

The shuttle was not available for pick up from BWI and had to pay for an Uber. The whole reason we stayed here was for the transportation and they let us down.

Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and fast. Bar service was not quite there (for us), but others seemed to enjoy themselves. Michelle the shuttle driver was prompt and very friendly. Extended parking affordable and felt safe in area.

The property had some good perks but need more pool tables and the bar should stay open later and maybe add a karaoke night. During the winter you might want to heat up the lobby area a little more for your guests to be able to enjoy the atmosphere. Other than this I loved my stay!!

I enjoy using the shuttle the drivers have all been really amazing with their service and conversations. I really like the bar and the ones who tend it, they are great and I always look forward to it. Rooms are well kept and clean. I don’t want to stay anywhere else when I am here.

I didn't like that there is no cameras on or around the property my car got broken into right in front of the hotel and there was no one at the front desk and no cameras to record what happened I will never recommend or stay at this hotel again

The sheets had stains on them when we arrived, we requested new ones, we started to change the sheets and there were blood and pee stains on the mattress. We were able to move rooms and there were roaches in that room.

The place is not being kept up. I stayed here years ago and it was very nice and clean. This stay I found random stains on the walls and desk, hair in the shower before I even used it. The wall sockets are all so loose they had to give me a three prong extension cord just to charge my device. There appeared to be water damage throughout the unit, the door slams into the wall so the wall had a hole in it and scuff marks. The water pressure was nonexistent but at least it was hot. At first glance it’s a nice property but get down to the nitty gritty and it’s a bit gross.

pros: close to many dining and entertainment options. spacious rooms. good tv options, reliable wifi and free parking. cons: while i hope my experience was an anomaly, i can’t be sure. my room was issued to me with someone else’s bloody bowel movement still in the toilet. cleanliness of the towels was also questionable. an additional bonus was the non-stop smell of weed/cigarette smoke wafting thru the bedding, carpet, and heat vents.

Upon Check in the lobby was extremely loud - they play loud music all times - I went out to my car at 1am to grab something and the music was still blaring in the lobby. The shower in the room was gross - mold in the corners. The carpets in the hallways look like they havent been cleaned in a couple years and are old and worn. I felt like everytime I got in the elevator I was taking my life in my hands.Overall not a pleasant experience - its a shame too because I satyed here a number of years ago and rmeemebr it being a nice hotel - not anymore and wont be staying there any time soon.

The bathroom floor was dirty The mattress had a large blood stain I requested for the mattress to be put in a double mattress cover because we couldn’t be moved to another room is what was told to me So I didn’t get any sleep the first night The staff couldn’t locate the house keeper so I had to go down for more tissue to be put in our room

Room was not clean, black mold on comforter, long hair in bed, black mold around shower, towel rack falling off wall and no towels in room when entered and toilet seat moving side to side and hard to use as a man due to seat moving. Worst of all, in high temps AC working at maybe 30%.

The rooms were clean however they were not noise proof. You can hear everything from the neighbor next door and outside. I couldnt sleep at all. I woke up to door being slammed repeatedly throughout the night. Wouldnt not return

Unfortunately, the room was showing it's age. The sliding door to the toilet (why have hotels decided against privacy in bathrooms?!) had a hitch and banged. The AC made a groaning noise periodically which made it sound like someone was entering your room. Other than these two things, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Room was nice and comfortable, but the bed mattress sits on a platform. So when you’re sitting in your bed, the mattress will actually slide out from underneath you if your back is against the headboard.!

It was good for a one night stay. My favorite parts were how comfortable the beds were and the pizza you could order at the bar. My least favorite parts were the water pressure in the shower (quite low) and that there was no dresser for clothing. Overall it was okay for staying 1 night but wouldn’t come again for a longer stay.

Hotel room was nice but we had extremely loud neighbors at 2am. Woke us up and our dogs. Phone didn’t work to call down to front desk. Had to go down and tell them. They said they would talk to them but they never did. They were loud until 330am and then at 6am someone was kicking their door to wake them up.

Check in was easy and front desk people were friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Shower area needed help. No where to put personal items. At one point there had been a glass wall the was either broken or removed, but the track was still there as were the holes in the walls and floor. Shower head needed delimed.

It was for a work trip so I did not pick the best hotel but this was certainly below my expectation. The hotel is old and would need some good maintainable done. My first room smelled terrible and the flush kept going all night making terrible noise even I tried to fix it. The staff on site was not very welcoming. The second I got was nicer and smelled better but the bottle of shower gel was empty. It was not terrible and I did not pay too much for it, but I don’t think I’ll go there again.

This aLoft hotel was a surprisingly good value overall. All of the basics were provided along with a comfortable bed. Cleaning services are not done daily but I was able to get fresh towels upon request. The hotel was found to be clean throughout and the desk staff were friendly and professional.

Room only serviced once in our 5 night stay. Was not happy about that. Wallpaper was lifting in spots throughout the room. Section of carpet was bumped up in the area between the beds, which was a tripping hazard for me using a cane. My bed was way too soft and needs to be replaced.

I somewhat enjoyed my stay. The area was convenient and the room was presentable. However, I left a perfume bottle, Dior rose and roses, and called as soon as I seen I didn’t pack it, which was the next day. I got a lot of runaround and no one ever called back the three times I called the person said they left a note for their manager… but no one ever called. When I called for the 4th time my calls were being declined. Very poor customer service and I do not like thieves. Never would I recommend.

Horrible check in experience, clerk at front counter had ZERO communication about details of our stay or what floor we were staying on. The only two sentences that were said are “ID” and “insert credit card”. Seems like we were bothering her by checking in. Hotel was clean, could use a bit of an upgrade on the decor in the lobby. The rest of the frying desk staff were friendly. Lots of parking close to all amenities. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Other than the check in experience, the rest of the stay was good. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall the stay was ok. The customer service needs improvement. I would appreciate a partial refund for this experience. I waited over two hours for towels to be delivered to my room. When the items finally arrived I received floor mats! My family arrived late to an event we traveled 10 hours to attend! Cleaning services must be requested. Parking is extremely tight and spaces are limited. This location needs additional staff to reduce the burden on the front desk person. Thank you!

Very typical, nice Aloft property. Good location right by Hwy 100 and 3 minutes from Arundel Mills. Room was comfortable and clean…only issue was it was 2nd floor right above where the smokers go…heard lots of crazy cellphone conversations…a bit annoying.

The property met my needs. KC, the check-in receptionist was friendly and worked quickly to get the room assigned and keys delivered. KC was an absolute joy! Shantel at the bar was also great. Her service was top tier as were her drinks!

The beds were new and comfortable. The pool was just the right temp and OPEN! And the staff did their very best to make our stay the best. It was also nice to have the Bar open in the evening. Food (available for $) was appropriate grab and go and the prices weren't bad. Coffee and tea is complimentary as was Ice.

Staff was very pleasant and polite.. My friend and I stayed for 3 days.. Only things I didn’t like was the fact I had to request new towels and my room be cleaned because they only clean every three days if not requested, which I didn’t know until I asked.. They did not have complimentary breakfast, only cereal, yogurt, bagels, and other snacks for sale.. Also, there was no ice machine accessible to the guests, only ice upon request which was served in small portions, in zip lock bags.. The property itself was in good condition and the location was perfect as there is a mall, casino, and restaurants not even 5 minutes away..

The shower soap empty. Free coffee was cold had not been serviced for hours that cold.the bar drink were overly priced a single shot of bourbon was 15 dollars based on a bottle serving 15-16 shots that would be 240 for a compleat bottle when I asked for a 6AM wake they informed me that they could not provide that service because the system was not working.for a motel that is close to a military installation where many contractors travel to you should do better

I like the amenities. There’s an indoor pool and bar inside the hotel. The bar opened late due to bartenders but still a nice option to have. I didn’t like there was no free breakfast, however there is an option to purchase food onsite. Hotel is clean and updated.
