Huge queue for the one working elevator at 10pm when we checked in and also at the check in desk. Air con not working in lobby and dining areas. Hallway was being refurbished and all wallpaper was half stripped and hanging off, carpets cut up and left in hallway. We though this was a joke but could put up with it but when we got into the room there was faeces up the walls of the bathroom. We decided to leave and find another hotel.
