Stayed here for one night to be close to the airport before leaving early the next morning. They had shuttle service to the airport, the room was so clean but also had a comfy and safe feel to it. It was the best hotel I stayed at while I was visiting Calgary.

Hotel cleanliness is disgusting. Lots hair on bed and that’s on both room 467 and 463. We originally were at 467 then got transferred to 463 which was even worse. 467 had lots of hair in the bed plus speckles of black stuff that looks like bed bugs while 463 also had tons of hairs on the bed and the sink wasn’t fully draining. They don’t change sheets and no attention to details. To top it of their elevator is not properly maintained. My family and I got stuck in there for 5 minutes with no immediate help. The HELP button doesn’t work and when you eventually got someone, you can’t understand what they’re saying. Horrible experience. Don’t stay in this hotel. It will definitely give you anxiety even if you never had one.😡

Quiet snd comfortable

The hotel is nice, but the room was severely dated. Still has a DVD player in 2023?! No casting/streaming options in the room. No fridge in the room. Shower was a little clogged up by scale. Staff was great, hotel condition was good. Attached restaurant is good!

Love staying here when we have to fly out of YYC! Super close to the airport and convenient! Great restaraunt and rooftop hot tub are both amazing as well!
