We spent a week at this hotel. The people who work the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I was thankful they had fruit loops for breakfast because the hot food was slightly warm to cold. The woman that do breakfast are very friendly. Our room was clean but housekeeping kept forgetting to service our room.it was disappointing to go to front desk to get clean towels because they forgot to clean. I would probably not return to this hotel because the smell of marijuana was strong in hallways and elevators. I mentioned it to front desk but nothing happened. The workers were friendly but didn’t speak much English so the communication was limited. This was my experience but everyone has different experiences.

Kudos to the management team for having an array of employees who make your stay comfortable and pleasant. I especially want to recognize Jeanette at check-in, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and kind from day one. What truly stood out was that her kindness remained consistent throughout our entire stay. Whether we had questions, needed assistance late at night, or stopped by looking for a snack, she always greeted us with a genuine smile and such a warm spirit. The hospitality at this hotel is truly something special. Every single staff member from housekeeping, the cleaning staff, the breakfast attendants, and everyone in between made us feel welcomed and comfortable.You can genuinely tell they love what they do and are not simply showing up for work.They reminded me of what true hospitality used to be: caring service, kindness, professionalism, and making guests feel relaxed and valued. The amenities were wonderful as well. Having coffee available throughout the day was such a thoughtful touch, and the breakfast was excellent every morning.The pool area was consistently clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, comfortable, and inviting. Another major plus was the free parking, the noon check-out time which is rare and greatly appreciated and the 3 PM check-in, which is earlier than many other hotels. There are so many great things I could say about this place, but what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff! We will be back soon!
