Convenient location. We were able to leave our bags in the ski room for a few hours after checkout. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was adequate. The one and only negative was that the toilet was in its own room and felt quite claustrophobic.Closing the door was tight and I’m not a big person.

Great location with very helpful service. Ski room is very practical and they recommend great services such as ski rentals and airport pickups with third parties. I would advise against staying on the side with the street. It is very loud even with the windows closed. Advise to stay here if you can overlook the river.

The hotel was centrally located in a pedestrian zone. We enjoyed sitting out back with the rushing river right beside us. The pool was icing on the cake. Breakfast was great and with a friendly staff.

This is a lovely house with lovely, wooden decor, which I very much enjoyed. The area and location are fantastic. Unfortunately, the experience on the property was a bit disappointing. The first night was in a room that was super loud, I got poor sleep, etc. the curtain was also unclipped at the top, so it felt like there wasn’t a lot of attention to detail and definitely no soundproofing. The staff were super helpful and moved me to another room, although there was some miscommunication there too. The new room was lovely and quiet, but the bathroom had mould o. The ceilings and a non draining sink, so a bit of a let down there too. Generally, the reception team were super helpful when asked questions, but they weren’t very proactive to provide info. As an example, they didn’t tell us about booking the sauna, etc but we overheard them saying this to another tourist. They also only gave us the travel card when we specifically asked; it turns out this travel card is kinda important. Overall, this hotel can do much better for the price point.. I’d stay here again but for a lower price

Excellent experience - Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was modern, spacious and clean, with cabinets to store shoes, jackets, and get bags off the floor. The room was very nice and had a lovely balcony with a view to remember. The outdoor space behind the hotel was next to a stream, it was peaceful. My only complaint was the shouting and arguing in the middle of the night from people on the street below. There is not much the hotel can do about that. I had to shut the doors which made the room much warmer than it already was. Request a room on the water side if street noises bother you.

3인실 5일 머물렀는데 4층이었고 테라스는 없고 창밖으로 에귀디미디 케이블카 뷰가 보여서 예뻤어요. 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어 있는데 화장실에 손씻는 곳이 없어 어차피 욕실로 직행해서 손씻어야하고, 날도 더운데 환기 시스템이 전혀 없어서 숨막혀 죽는줄 알았습니다. 날이 너무 더운데 방에 에어컨이 따로 없고 바람 나오는 선풍기 같은거 하나 있어서 벌레를 너무 무서워하지만 모든 창문을 활짝 열고 잤고 새벽에는 시원했어요. 조식은 바깥 테라스쪽 풍경이 이쁘고 메뉴는 간소합니다. 바게트와 크로아상 등 빵 몇 종류와 버터, 잼 등이 있고 스크램블과 베이컨, 치즈, 요거트, 주스, 커피 있어요. 이전 호텔에 따뜻한 야채와 버섯 등과 샐러드 종류가 풍부했어서 비교가 되어서 좀 아쉬웠어요. 프론트 직원이 친절하고 전체적으로 따뜻한 느낌의 호텔입니다

My holiday started off poorly as my baggage did not arrive with me. I received it 5 days later. The staff at Lyret were empathetic and so supportive in helping including taking receipt of my luggage when it arrived even after I had checked out. They were ever so kind and helpful. I am grateful.

Incredible location right on the river extremely close to the old town center. The staff are very attentive and professional. There was a balcony in the room and lots of comfy couches in the entry. They stored my bags for free after checkout. So nice!

Well located on the edge of town. Good breakfast, worth the extra charge. The hotel has a bar that we did not use because the beer collection was quite limited. The multi-lingual staff were helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

I travelled with my family, including 2 kids, around France. This was my son's favorite hotel out of the 3. It was great having a separate room/space for the kids. Hotel was clean and cozy, even during the summer. My son loved the lobby and giant chess board. I loved the balcony overlooking the river and mountain view. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Location was perfect, just a 5 miute walk from the center. We ate at the pizzeria next door, and it's just down the street from Le Monchu. We did not have a chance to try the pool or spa, etc. I'm sure it would be great after a ski day in the winter. The staff were all very nice, and ee were able to leave our bags there for awhile as our departure was several hours after check out. We walked to/from the bus station as well as to all of the activities in the center of town.
