Appartement qui répond à nos attentes. Toutefois, le sauna et la salle de sport solarium n'était pas disponibles alors que c'est affiché dans l'ascenseur. Parking payant. L'accueil est juste poli. C'est dommage, il ne manque pas grand chose pour que cette résidence soit chaleureuse et accueillante. Très bien située derrière le petit port.

La struttura è’ un po’ particolare. Il corridoio è’ esterno e tutti gli ingressi sono singoli. L’alloggio è’ troppo grande e male organizzato. Non c’era neanche un armadio. Il bagno comodo e anche il letto comodo. La cucina ha tutto il necessario. Dalla camera il lago si vedeva appena. L’ascensore è’ lento e sotto dimensionato per la struttura. Abbiamo aspettato tanto. Si fa fatica a trovare la reception e e l’ingresso

We had a lovely time. When we first arrived we were really disappointed with our apartment, the balcony was not a balcony! We were on the ground floor - no problem there - but there was a concrete wall instead of balcony balustrade, it was about 5 foot high with only a slither of light coming over, you could just about peer over if you stood on tip toe… I’ve never seen anything like it! However, having said this and to be fair, I went straight to reception and the very lovely receptionist called Nancy (thank you Nancy!) arranged for us to change apartments the following day. The apartment we moved to was perfect and we proceeded to have a very enjoyable stay. The apartments and complex are generally in need of some cosmetic updating and refreshing but they are adequately equipped. There is no air-con but fans are provided in each room. The location is exceptional, close to the beautiful lake and the small selection of excellent bars and restaurants along the front. The public pool is wonderful and just next door. Overall we were very happy with our stay once we moved apartments. Nancy was also very helpful assisting us with the laundry room.

Cette établissement ne fait clairement pas le ménage, des taches de sang ou autres sur les murs, les sols collant, la vaisselle sales brefs j’en passe. De plus, une odeur à vomir dans tout l’appartement. Quand on le signale, personne n’est surpris, c’est normal on est en sous effectif, faite un mail de réclamation, incroyable. Je recommande pas cette établissement.

L'appartement en lui même est grand et spacieux. Néanmoins la propreté laisse à désirer. En arrivant, la première chose que l'on voit c'est du sang sur le rideau blanc et une mouche morte dessus. De même, on a l'impression que le balai n'y ai pas passé correctement.

L'herbergement est idéalement situé. Proche du lac et de l'esplanade. L'appartment est très bien agencé. Le gros problème est la propreté: tâches de pipi aux murs, assiettes et couverts moisis dans le lave vaisselle, même si le coin cuisine doit etre nettoyé par le locataire, il me semble que l'equipe de nettoyage doit quand même vérifier et si besoin faire une retouche !!! Linge de lit et toilette nickel.

När vi anlände till rummet så var det smutsigt, slitet och allmänt äckligt. Skulle inte säga att det ens var städat. Det var inte som bilderna när vi bokade hotellet. Var heller ingen AC och väldigt lyhört. Det som var bra var personalen i receptionen och tillgång till parkering. Men inget som vägde upp. Kommer inte boka igen.

La chambre est très vieillote ! le prix est correct en.promotion. Les avantages : la situation est bien, la taille du logement est agréable, la kitchenette permet de cuisiner sur place et il y a une terrasse, possible d'arriver après fermeture de la reception. Les inconvenients : c'est vieux donc mal isolé du bruit des autres logements, un gros besoin de remettre au gout du jour, peinture et renovation SDB.

Globalement déçue, les 3 étoiles doivent dater de bien longtemps. La base est pourtant bonne ( espace, emplacement) mais l'ensemble est vieillissant et gagnerais à subir une bonne rénovation et un grand nettoyage! Dommage!

L'appartement est grand (surtout pour nous qui étions que 2) . Il est propre. MAIS il avait été utilisé par un fumeur et tout puait la fumée : les rideaux, le lit, les murs.... Mes vêtements puaient le lendemain. Dommage La literie est vraiment très moyenne, matelas un peu trop mou.

L'enregistrement a été tres facile et l'hôtesse d’accueil était vraiment souriante et agréable L'appartement était parfait pour notre séjour et parfait niveau place Parfaitement insonorisé Le seul hic peut de couverts et la porte qu’il faut claquer pour qu’elle ferme

Die Unterkunft war zweckmässig. Was etwas irritierte, war die Nachricht am Tag der Anreise, dass das Einchecken vor 20.00 Uhr zu erfolgen hatte. Und dann haben wir noch einen Koffer in der Reception vergessen. Leider war diese aber verschlossen und wir hatten den Koffer erst am nächsten Tag holen können.

Die Unterkunft war zweckmässig. Was etwas irritierte, war die Nachricht am Tag der Anreise, dass das Einchecken vor 20.00 Uhr zu erfolgen hatte. Und dann haben wir noch einen Koffer in der Reception vergessen. Leider war diese aber verschlossen und wir hatten den Koffer erst am nächsten Tag holen können.

We were on the ground floor - no problem there - but there was a concrete wall instead of balcony balustrade, it was about 5 foot high with only a slither of light coming over, you could just about peer over if you stood on tip toe… I’ve never seen anything like it! However, having said this and to be fair, I went straight to reception and the very lovely receptionist called Nancy (thank you Nancy!) arranged for us to change apartments the following day. The apartment we moved to was perfect and we proceeded to have a very enjoyable stay. The apartments and complex are generally in need of some cosmetic updating and refreshing but they are adequately equipped. There is no air-con but fans are provided in each room. The location is exceptional, close to the beautiful lake and the small selection of excellent bars and restaurants along the front. The public pool is wonderful and just next door. Overall we were very happy with our stay once we moved apartments. Nancy was also very helpful assisting us with the laundry room.

Grand T1 spacieux et bien équipé, une petite remarque on n’a pas pu utiliser la machine à café car nos capsules compatibles nespresso ne fonctionnaient pas il fallait des capsules spéciales café Richart que personne n’a c’est vraiment dommage

Globalement très bien. L'appartement est bien pensé et pratique. C'était plutôt propre par rapport à ce qu'on a pu lire dans d'autres avis avant notre venue. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement et très agréable vu la chaleur dehors. Idéalement situé pour accéder à la plage, aux animations et restaurants du petit port. On reviendra très probablement.

The apartment was spacious but very tired and floors were dirty. It looked like dirt had just been brushed under the bed. We brushed the floor before unpacking. We were not given the WiFi code at check in so thought that there wasn’t any but received a email the day before we left with the WiFi code. The location is good as it is very close to the lake, pool and restaurants but view from balcony was just another apartment block. Parking was excellent, covered and only 30 euros for 6 nights.
