CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS / PAYMENT PROCEDURE : Cancellations and modifications made up to the day BEFORE arrival (excluding the day before arrival itself) are free of charge aside from the deposit. For the duration of the Oktoberfest different rules apply (see below). On the day of ARRIVAL the credit card used to reserve may be CHARGED THE VALUE OF THE FIRST NIGHT. If the card does not work the reservation may be cancelled. If cancelling later than the day before arrival or in case of a no-show the value of the first night will be charged by the hostel (cancellation fee) in addition to the entire deposit (which is kept by Hostelworld.com). On arrival you will have the option to pay the remaining nights in cash or by card. OKTOBERFEST DATES For any bookings including dates during the Oktoberfest (19.09 to 05.10.25) following conditions apply: Cancellations (and modifications) are non-refundable. Your card will be charged after you have made the booking. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS : 'We are unable to accommodate anyone under 18 (in any room) unless accompanied by a legal guardian. If a reservation is cancelled because it has been made for an unaccompanied minor then the customer is liable for the cancellation fee'. Some dorms are only for guests between 18 and 35 years of age only.. please check description. (sorry!). We do NOT accept groups of more than 10 people. Even if the group splits into smaller groups to make the reservation we reserve the right to cancel the whole group reservation. The guest will be liable for the lost deposit. CHECK IN is after 2pm. If you arrive earlier you can of course leave your luggage here and use the facilities (or go on a free walking or bike tour). BUT the room is not ready until 2pm.
