Rather tired old hotel but excellent location and good (tight) carparking for an extra charge. Friendly and helpful staff. Aircon struggled in very hot weather, small bed and no breakfast onsite. Had booked for three nights and paid in advance on arrival. We shortened our stay to two nights and gave them 24 hours warning of our early departure, but the manager refused to refund the unused night even though this was not signaled when I told them of the change.

If you are driving and using the car parking be aware the street is very narrow and the entry is via an elevator (for the car). We were in a Jeep Compass and fitted with millimeters to spare. This street is used by buses and taxis and it is a bit harrowing getting the exact angle to get the car into the lift. The staff are very helpful it trying to help. Aside from this it is a good location to see the sites

Petit hôtel très agréable à 2 pas du centre-ville et de tous les monuments à visiter. Accueil très sympathique, ils donnent de très bons conseils de visite. Avant notre arrivée, ils nous demandent si on veut une place dans le garage (21€), il faut vraiment mieux dire oui, il n’y a aucune place autour de l’hôtel.

me pareció un hotel bastante mediocre en sus instalaciones. El calefactor del baño había que enchufarle antes y tardaba bastante en calentar. La calefacción del hotel por una bomba frio-calor. Suelo de terrazo en la habitación helador. Se oye muchísimo el ruido del resto de habitaciones. El parking es un infierno para entrar y salir.

Not easy to access its underground parking. The lift to parking was broken when I checked out. I had to wait more than an hour to get out, which screwed up my booked tour.

Close to the heart of the city, nice and clean, very friendly staff, the underground parking lot are very small and difficult to use, small adventure for itself, but in case one get assistance by the stuff

Excelente alojamiento en Cordoba, habitaciones amplias, limpias y cómodas. El baño es también amplio. Un hotel muy tranquilo y silencioso que cuenta con atención muy amable del personal. Cuenta con estacionamiento y está ubicada cerca del centro de la ciudad

Das ein und auschecken ist reibungslos verlaufen. Sehr schöne, ruhige, saubere Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir sind schon in Hotels gewesen mit 5Sternen und dort ist es nicht annähernd so sauber und gut ausgestattet gewesen. Das ist eigentlich ein 3 bis 3.5 Sterne Hotel, mindestens.

Hotel muy centrico, con posibilidad de parking. Correcto y còmodo sin necesidad de coger el coche practicamente para visitar todo Còrdoba. Muy limpio, por poner un pero,empezaron muy temprano a limpiar las habitaciones y se escuchaba en exceso el ruido.

Friendly staff, large rooms, even though it was a bit of a walk from the sites, it was safe neighborhood and had access to public transportation. We took a bus from the train station to the hotel. Room was clean, hot water was nice and overall it was a pleasant place to stay. AC and TV in room worked.

To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Friendly, but ultimately Indifferent service - clerks knew about the issues with our room, but did little or nothing to resolve - look closely at the photos. The bed pillow is ONE long foam pillow. :(( very hard and not suitable for two. when we asked for separate pillows, the clerk came back with one pillow which a lumpy mess stuffed with cut up foam. - bed is also foam and rock hard. -toilet paper dispenser rations paper, giving two sheets at a time. It is also locked, and when paper broke off inside and husband had to go ask for help, clerk said “oh yes, this happens. we don’t have a key” but produced two rolls. ??? why not give these to start? - one tiny bottle of shampoo is only toiletry provided. no soap. no lotion. - air conditioner can’t be used as the remote is covered in saran and had moisture inside. when we showed clerk she said “oh yeah we know”. so don’t count on air conditioning during your stay. - there is no restaurant as shown in ad. no option for buffet. in addition there is a $200 euro fine if you eat in your room so no option for take out either. - there were vending machines, they didn’t work. -there was a “bar” with bottles of wine displayed, they weren’t for sale.

Overall not bad, the staff was friendly and attentive and it's on a great location to visit the old town. The rooms are dated, the TV did not have internet and the bed was not very comfortable.

Petit hôtel avec peu de chambre. Malheureusement j’ai récupéré la pire qui était au réz de chaussée. Sombre, les fenêtres donnent sur le trottoir et donc obligé de fermer les rideaux.

The room we had was in the groundfloor and the small window looked toward a partition decorated with plastic flowers and nowhere lese. It was just like a ....! No tea or coffee maker, etc. inside the room or somewhere in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful as they could. Location is in downtown. Amenities for shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. are within walk distance.

Un Hotel acorde a las estrellas incluso podríamos decir que se le podría poner alguna estrella más como pega, que a mí no me afecto es que a partir de las 10 o las 11:00 de la noche no había nadie en recepción, aunque si había teléfonos para cualquier problema. Además eran muy atentos estaba interesado en unas entradas y me las buscaron ellos para un espectáculo.

If you are driving and using the car parking be aware the street is very narrow and the entry is via an elevator (for the car). We were in a Jeep Compass and fitted with millimeters to spare. This street is used by buses and taxis and it is a bit harrowing getting the exact angle to get the car into the lift. The staff are very helpful it trying to help. Aside from this it is a good location to see the sites

Friendly staff, large rooms, even though it was a bit of a walk from the sites, it was safe neighborhood and had access to public transportation. We took a bus from the train station to the hotel. Room was clean, hot water was nice and overall it was a pleasant place to stay. AC and TV in room worked.

To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Friendly, but ultimately Indifferent service - clerks knew about the issues with our room, but did little or nothing to resolve - look closely at the photos. The bed pillow is ONE long foam pillow. :(( very hard and not suitable for two. when we asked for separate pillows, the clerk came back with one pillow which a lumpy mess stuffed with cut up foam. - bed is also foam and rock hard. -toilet paper dispenser rations paper, giving two sheets at a time. NO BREAKFAST, even though Expedia sold us the room with a breakfast. The gentleman at the desk told us on arrival "we just don't do breakfast...that's a problem with Expedia, you know", to which we replied that SOMEONE should fix it, because it is false advertising, and certainly convenient for both the hotel and Expedia, but not for us....otherwise an ok place, small room, clean, very quiet (we were in back of hotel, but in any case on a very quiet street). Good overall location, short walk to a lot of restaurants, decent walk to the main attractions.

The staff was awesome, professional and super friendly, special mention to Ivan (Gracias!!!) Parking on-site but it is not for the faint of heart ($21/day) A Small garage-elevator in a tight street and even smaller parking space , staff gave directions and assisted maneuvering but I thought my car would not make it!!

Check in was easy with on site staff. Outdated building and sewer is blocked. All sinks were clogged and the management did not care. We booked two rooms and both bathroom sinks were clogged. One bathroom light did not work. When notified, Manager told us to go use the other bathroom or the shared bathrooms downstairs. We paid for two rooms and couldn’t use one bathroom which was the main reason we booked two rooms. Good area but old building and careless management. Never again.
