Suite à des critiques ( coffre-fort brisé) douche qui coule partout dans la salle de bain, propreté faible, manque d’espace de rangement, bruyant) le patron ( ou gérant) fut très très fâché et désagréable. Aussi, il y a eu une panne d’eau chaude pendant quelques heures en fin d’après-midi vendredi (hier).

Le directeur et le personnel ont été très accueillants l'hôtel était très propre et la chambre très confortable, si je devais être tatillon, la seule chose à améliorer serait le petit-déjeuner mais sinon nous ne sommes pas déçus de notre séjour.

je garderai un excellent souvenir de mon passage à Bastia dans cet hôtel. Très propre, un service irréprochable, le personnel très chaleureux et à l'écoute, un petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Un grand merci pour tout. A recommander sans hésitation

Localisation parfaite de l'hotel a proximite de l'arret de bus pour l'aeroport et de la gare ferroviaire. Arrivant par train et repartant le lendemain a l'aeroport je n'ai eu qu'a faire quelques pas. Tres pratique. Chambre propre a part salete dans le bas de la douche. Le lobby au rez-de-chaussee est tres beau. Accueil chaleureux du personnel. Je vous le recommande fortement, j'y retournerai surement.

Hotel is old, and on a not so nice block. Room, hallways and interior had an old, worn feeling. Bed was comfortable, and the hotel was just a few steps from lots of restaurants. Also, just a few minutes from old town and the marina. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room ok but very loud traffic noise. Worst was construction under room and hammering on walls and floor started at 7:45am, so energetic that the floor vibrated! Apparently there’s an apartment under that room and not under hotel’s control but not an acceptable sleeping experience. Manager said he was calling his lawyer but that doesn’t help me on a two night stay when no other room is available. Breakfast was great but room should be a quiet zone.

Very nice hotel well situated for the town and the railway. Room was great and the staff were helpful. The thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was the breakfast. The small croissants and pain au chocolat were limp and miserable looking and there was little choice of meat or cheese as an alternative.
