It was away from the main centre of town but very convenient. Taxi rides into town or the airport arrive within a very few minutes of request at the property. It is spotlessly clean, breakfast buffet is excellent.Tariq and his brother who run Harmony are very pleasing and helpful to deal with.

Das Hotel Harmony ist toll. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges, schönes und sehr sauberes Dreibettzimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht auf die Stadt. Das Personal war super freundlich hilfsbereit und deutschsprachig. Das Hitel bietet ein kleines und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet an. Harmony liegt auf einem Hügel entwand außerhalb des Zentrums, zu Fuß ist man aber in etwa 30 min im Zentrum, alternativ kann man für etwa 3 Euro mit dem Taxi fahren. Das einzige Problem das wir hatten, was dass die Rezeption ab 23.00 nicht mehr besetzt ist und unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar, so dass nicht klar war, wie wir am Abend/in der Nacht in unsere Zimmer kommen sollten. Es war aber dann trotzdem jemand da, der auf uns gewartet hat und uns auch so spät noch freundlich in Empfang genommen hat. (Ich hatte vom Flughafen aus mit Expedia telefoniert, Evtl konnten die Mitarbeiter da noch Bescheid geben.) Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen und wir wurden sicher wieder hier übernachten.

Stayed in a tiny room for one night before my flight. No kettle or fridge, I did have enough room on the floor to open my suitcase. The hotel is up a very steep hill with nothing else around it. There is a gas station a few minutes away for drinks and snacks. Thought the taxi ride to the airport would be cheaper as I was half way there from Old Town. It was not.

The staff was super nice and accomodating. They ran out to help us park everytime we arrived back even though parking was easy. The breakfast was great and they were very accommodating with our luggage. My only complaint was that the air in the room was very stuffy no matter how much we tried to air it out. Everything else was wonderful.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Harmony war einfach perfekt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Das ganze Team ist extrem nett, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Die Lage ist ideal: relativ zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen kann, und gleichzeitig ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Unterkunft ist wirklich atemberaubend, besonders morgens und abends. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag frisch, vielfältig und sehr lecker. Und das Beste: alles ist Halal. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt, und bis 22 Uhr gibt es sogar jemanden, der Deutsch spricht. Ansonsten klappt es problemlos auf Englisch, und eigentlich versteht man sich mit jedem Mitarbeiter sofort. Die Kommunikation war immer unkompliziert und angenehm. Außerdem kann die Rezeption jederzeit ein Taxi rufen. Die Fahrt in die Old Town kostet nur etwa 5 €, super praktisch! Ein weiteres Highlight: Das Hotel bietet einen Transfer vom Flughafen für nur 20 € an. Absolut fair, denn die Taxis direkt am Flughafen sind deutlich teurer. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Die Besitzer sind extrem aufmerksam und achten auf jedes Detail, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Family owned business with genuine, honest, kind, and considerate staff/service. Honestly I did not know what to expect when arrived in Sarajevo but the hotel definitely made the experience even more memorable. The brothers at the desk literally helped with any and everything . The breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone who’s visiting Sarajevo for the first time. The family even helped with excursions around the city. They offered a lot of great tips for me and my family.
