The apartment is in the suburbs of Graz in a large middle-class condominium, parts of which are still under construction (august 2026). The building is just in front of the Messe and served very well by the Tram (Line 4) which easily drives you to the city center. The apartment was new, very clean, confortable and with full furnitures (washing machine, nespresso machine, vacuum cleaner, smart tv, kitchen etc.). All in all, we felt like being home. The quality/price ratio was very high. Two negative points: differently from the apartment, the building was not very clean and the communication with the host was somewhat unsatisfactory. We asked how to manage the trash (you need a physical key to throw the trash), but we received no answer, so we throwed it in public trash bins located in the surrounding gas station.

Jättesvårt att hitta och checka in. Dock så är detta pga att man bor mitt i en byggarbetsplats. Så när hela byggnaden är klar så kommer nog skyltarna upp och underlättar
