Room had dirty floor, very neglected.. TV didn't work, large hole in the wall. Faucets were loose and wobbly. Door where frig was almost fell off. Bedding seemed clean and not critters so that was good.. No coffee in rooms, went down for the "free breakfast" to get coffee and was 2 minutes early. Opens the door to tell me I have to wait. Go in after the 2 minutes, no coffee, he was still setting up the breakfast, I watched him drop 4 slices of bread on the floor, and he proceeded to pick them up and put them in the tray to serve. So he must follow the 5 second rule. 🤔🤔🤔 End result: Budget place, you get what you< pay for. Booked online for like $65 with tax.

I've seen better and cheaper Rodeway Inns. I saw the email from hotels saying "how was your check in" 1 hour before I even arrived to the property. Nobody was at the counter so I rung the bell several times, but it was vain. I had to call and then the person showed up. The door's deadbolt didn't work so I felt unsafe (a previous break in?). The room's carpet had quite a few stains. There was a musty smell all over the place. Website's description said "room with sofa" but there was none; only an office chair. Bathroom had urine smell from a not properly sanitized toilet. Shower curtain smelled awful, floor didn't look clean so I decided not to shower. Bedsheet were dark colored with light stains, and a cigarette burn hole. Mattress was poor quality and couldn't sleep well.

I did not like the roaches!!! The carpet was filthy. The refrigerator cabinet was filthy. The furniture was old and dirty. The blanket and spread were nasty. I reserved this room for 2 nights, paid in full but could not bring myself to stay. The reviews I had read were good so I was disappointed.

The rooms were disgusting. The first one we checked into had urine in the toilet and all over the seat. We were moved to a different room. Each room had heavily stained couches and chairs. If we could have gotten a refund, we would have checked out and went to a different hotel. The door - which went directly outside - didn’t fully seal.

Booked a king/nonsmoking room. We arrived to check in and our only options were double/nonsmoking, or king/smoking. If the room was available on the website and I booked it, why wasn’t it available when we wanted to check in two hours later? Not acceptable.

The stay was okay. However a mistake was made with billing. Double charged. Harry, "the mgr", said he'd issue a refund. Several days later. Not even processed. Definitely gave me the run around. A wonderful employee, handled it for me TODAY!. Thank you to HER.
