Great stay, but dang hard to find, especially after dark. I did not think I would ever find the entrance to the property - I could see the hotel, but couldn't get there! I finally parked next to some 19-wheelers and walked to the hotel just so I could then see where the actual entrance was. The desk agent said people routinely complain about it. Turns out there is a crude little wooden sign on the main road, but easy to overlook. There needs to be an illuminated sign on the main road that points to the entrance of the hotel that is set back off the road. Otherwise, a perfect stay. The hotel is very clean, the room was great, the breakfast was good, and I appreciated the free EV charger overnight.

Stay was nice. Door was messed up so you had to push it shut and pull it shut, if not anyone could walk in. We used the door stopper at top and made sure it was shut and also left bathroom door open for extra so no one could walk in. Seen 1 bug but not a big deal.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast provided a good assortment of choices and the products I had were tasty. The breakfast area, as well as, the interior and exterior were clean. My reason for rating a 4 versus 5 was the security door/entry on the east side of the building never was secure. Anyone could walk in at anytime.

Great customer service! Good breakfast. Our room was a good size and fit our family. However the bathroom right next to the tub/shower had mold and the wall was peeling off and drywall was exposed. You could see that the area gets very wet often. Most likely because the shower curtain is very thin and not long enough or wide enough to cover the whole shower. We only had two bath towels ((but had six people)) and there was a pull out couch but no sheets or pillows for it. We had to call and request them. Overall for the price it was a great deal. Again? The customer service was great. The main girl who helped us was super friendly, kind and you could see she likes her job. I don’t remember her name but she had short red hair and was pregnant.

I was here for 2 nights. Staff was very friendly and check in was fast. However, the hotel was dirty. The stairwell had caked on dirt on every step from the first to the third floor. The stairwell was dirty like this for the entire duration of our stay. My room had stains on the curtains and dirt stains on the floor. The carpet had a sticky feel to it. One one first day, the fire alarms went off and 3 or 4 emergency vehicles rolled up with lights and sirens blaring. They all promptly left a few minutes later. However, I will reiterate again that every interaction that i had with staff was pleasent and they were all extremely helpful. Id stay here again just because of that.

Most things were great, the room was clean, they made sure we had fresh towels. There were only 3 things that bugged me a little. There were ants next to the breakfast bar (they didnt get into the food that I saw, but it was a bit yucky seeing them next to and climbing under the waffle maker). Then there was some sort of lump in the mattress from the mattress cover that made it feel like the backside was falling apart. Those werent major cause these things happen. My biggest concern was we went under a tornado warning while we were there, and the staff didnt seem to know what to do nor did they direct guests where to go. The tornado was about 5 miles from the hotel, so it was right there. That was my biggest concern, I don't remember seeing signs on where to go either. So even if they just put up signs that would be good enough. The staff were lovely and the property was so easy to find and we did enjoy our stay. Maybe some signs for where the tornado shelter would be good to have, but otherwise great place!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was cleaned as well as possible by cleaners but the carpet was dirty and stained, wall spot touched up, desk chair ragged and bed very uncomfortable. The heat was hard to regulate. Up and down in the night adjusting it. Not much rest.

Tami the lady that cked my daughter in was so amazing she went above and beyond her jib to make things work out my daughter lost her wallett and i called tami to get things done on line for her to be able to get a safe place to stay i am in ks and my daughter was going back to texas so again thank you so much Tami and thabk you my best western for always taking care of me and my family you are the only place i stay everywhere i travel God Bless you all

Room was nice and clean, staff seemed friendly. Housekeeping cam by while we were in room told them to come back later, never saw them again that day. Next day in evening had to tell them we needed towels and to remove trash, that is all they did for three days we stayed

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint was the clerk that checked us in was new and when I’d ask a question he’d take the phone and go in the back to call someone for help. He wanted me to fill out a form and write down my credit card number, csv # & expiration. That’s illegal for them to keep my cc info except for the last 4 digits. He finally figured it out and didn’t need it. He needs a little more training.

Nice to stop at for the night! On our way to Texas and didn’t want to drive all night. The front desk woman who checked us in was so incredibly kind and friendly! The room was clean, big enough for 4 of us to sleep comfortably. There was a torn up hand towel in the bathroom but not that big of a deal. Overall a great stop. Lots of food around but they do close the whole area around 10 PM so if you’re planning to eat late they had some snacks in the lobby!

Nice, clean, economical choice for a family on a budget. The area was quiet, patrons were friendly, staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good! The only minor issue we encountered was that our shower water temperature was extremely hot, nearly scalding. We couldn’t add cold water, the shower just shut off. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Pros- This is a fairly new property, surrounding area is clean and safe, conveniently located for food places. Cons- the inside of our room is poorly finished, walls weren't all painted or trimmed out good, ceiling had a light fixture plate screwed on it to cover up a hole, the shower walls aren't finished correctly so they just put caulking in gaps, shower head isn't finished our and also had terrible water pressure, poor drainage so you stand in water, everytime we went to the front for anything or came in the front lobby door the staff were out front smoking, the couch fold out mattress was so thin, very used and had stains. I let the gentleman on morning shift know several of the issues and he didn't seem to really care. Not what I'd expect or ever experience with Best Western before.

There was ice on the ground and no salt or ice melt so I fell getting out of my car. Nobody seemed to care when I reported it. I have a hurt wrist now from it. There was no hot breakfast. Only cereal and muffins which I can’t eat.

The coffee pot and desk lamp in room was not working. There was not meat as advertised (bacon, sausage) and coffee maker not working at breakfast. Room was clean but needed cosmetic repair. Staff were friendly. When I mentioned there was no coffee during breakfast, the attendant made me a cup from her own personal coffee pot.

I love staying at Best Western. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was great, eggs was very good. No yogurt this time around but had mini waffles, oatmeal, and cereal. Even had biscuits and gravy and sausage links. Toast and bagels were available too. No cranberry juice, apple & orange juice but coffee was amazing.

Very roomy, comfortable beds, check in was great, price excellent, only drawback was lack of breakfast items. Other than peanut butter and scrambled eggs, nothing for protein, also no yogurt or granola bars. I was underwhelmed, it won’t prevent us from staying again though.
