Embassy Suites Buffalo

No happy with this establishment at all. The room didn’t get cleaned daily despite telling the cleaning staff twice. There’s basically no room service. When I called to order a pizza, I was told to hold the line because the lady who answered the phone wasn’t sure if they had delivery. It was 8 pm on a Sunday! She put me on hold and never came back! The worst part was when I had accidentally left my wallet in the car. It disappeared. I inquired from the staff in front lobby. They said they would let me know if it’s found. Two hours later, I received a call that the wallet was found. I asked where and the receptionist pointed to a part of the hotel I had never been to. Needless to say, all the cash in my wallet was missing as well! Will never ever stay a Hilton or any of its affiliates.

Wonderful hotel to stay at! Will book again!

Great hotel close to everywhere I needed to be. Staff was super friendly. Room was comfy. Room service from the Italian spot in the hotel was delicious. Will be my go to for future Buffalo trips.

Fantastic service at the front desk, bar area and breakfast area. The chef makes your made to order omelet as well as avocado toast. Room is spacious and clean.

Huge breakfast selection included. Rooms recently renovated and very clean and spacious. Staff local and informative of the area.
