The lobby was a disaster with construction materials all around plus there was a problem with the cold water not being available. Nothing like brushing your teeth in hot water.

The property is really clean. Extremely clean. There is plenty of parking and all very close to the lobby. It’s not a huge hotel which I liked because it felt very private. JJ was awesome and he took care of all of our needs. Pool was great, breakfast was great and the rooms were comfortable as well. There is a cooler in the lobby that sells drinks, ice creams, beer which made it all very convenient. 15 minutes from historic St. Augustine area with various dining options near there. Will definitely stay there again!

It is a plesant motel that is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Has Show time and other streamed channels on your very large screen television which makes movie watching enjoyable, outside pool is warm enough to swim,nice gym.

We only staid one night. Nice hotel, nice room with mini fridge and microwave. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking, clean, safe, nice breakfast, close to downtown Saint Augustine. I have no problem staying again and recommending it.

The proprty is under renovation, the entire lobby was dusty , no floor, just cardboard. Room was old and dimgy. The smell was bad and the pool was dirty. The parking lot was full of construction vehicles and and piles of furnishings covered with tarp. Very disappointed that they could even consider being open and renting rooms,

The hotel had renovations going on in the lobby area and building supplies and materials were sitting in front of the entrance. Check-in was simple and fast. Our room was hot and the AC wasn’t working at full capacity. We didn’t have any hot water for PM or AM shower. Breakfast was unappealing and we opted not to eat. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk to leave the room keys with at checkout. I waited a few minutes and finally just laid them down and left. We stayed here back in April and didn’t have any issues other than breakfast. Opted not to eat during that stay either.

The room was big but they need to clean better there was mold by the window AC unit and drain in the shower was clogged with lots of human hair that I unclogged with my hand because it was late at night and bathtub was filling up with water and would not go down it was disgusting to think this bathtub had all that human hair. Also, I had to get the vacuum from the Houskeeper the first night because there so much dog hair on the carpet. Sham on bed was stained, and beds were very uncomfortable it seemed that it was off the frame. Which such a beautiful Hotel and it having the Marriott brand behind it they need to do a better job in the detail cleaning of the rooms.

We found a lot of hairs on the bathtub and the bed. The bathroom floor looked dirty. Stains on the mattress and the sheets. It was disgusting. I feel bad because the staff was really nice and attentive, but If you're looking for a clean hotel don't go there.

The cleaning of the room, the dirty carpet, the bathrooms smelled bad and I found a bedbug on the pillow. That is unhygienic, food under the beds and the service from those who do the cleaning is bad.

The hotel was very clean. Front desk friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. It could be updated significantly. Our room smelled a little musty and like old smoke. Bed, ok. Overall, for not being in the room much and my standard is always cleanliness and my husband is about breakfast, it met our needs.

Unfortunately when you walk into the hotel it smells very chemical and moldy. The AC in the room smelled very moldy and made me itch, but it was already 9:30pm and we were too tired to ask for a new room.

Matresses were very very old and had zero structural value left in them, lifted them up to check for bed bugs and all the seams were disintegrated hotel was under construction bathtubs in entry drive thru and breakfast was gross not really anything good to say about this place except we were very disappointed

The Internet was barely there. My phone said the wifi connection was "marginal", and that was generous. I couldn\'t even send an email and needed to use my phone as a hotspot. This was very disappointing. One had to pay for the upgrade service ro get better service.

We were generally disappointed with our experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, St Augustine. Rooms needs a refurbish, the air-conditioning smelled, the beds were small and uncomfortable. The walls were thin and the noise of screaming children throughout the night was awful.

Mini fridge doesn't close so food went bad. Bathroom sink backs up, screws loose on shower handle, ceiling in bathroom is moist and moldy. I understand the property is under renovations but that room shouldn't be used if it's not up to standards.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the check-in lady warm welcome and efficiency. She speaks looking at your eyes and remembers your name. First WOW. As we left the room the first day, we were greeted with a hello, a smile and a do you need anything inquiry. Second WOW. At breakfast, great customer service on both days and pleasant demeanor. Third WOW I did not only got good nights sleep and good breakfast, but I only had a very good hotel stay. Thank you to the staff.

It was a distance from the popular things in St. Augustine, but I have never stayed at a Hotel that was that nice in many areas. The staff was extremely nice giving me advice on St. Augustine things. The room was perfect and very comfortable. Deb from Housekeeping was also very respectful of all our things in the room as she made sure we had everything we needed. I'll admit the breakfast can definitely be improved, but 95% of our stay was absolutely fantastic! I truly didn't want to leave for many reasons. It felt like a true vacation.

Our stay was due to evacuating for hurricane Milton. We were treated exceptionally well - particularly by Peyton, a wonderful young desk agent. Everything was perfect: the breakfasts were fresh and delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, and, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation and it is needed. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. They did the best they could to make our stay comfortable. Before booking this hotel I would check on construction and is it finished. Also do to construction only a small continental breakfast was available.

I like to shout out a excellent employee named Rosa. She served breakfast both mornings during our stay. She is extremely friendly, greeted and helped all the guest by making sure everyone got their food. There were instance where people didn't know how to use something, she would go extra mile helped them. I have never seen a such great employee at a hotel working in the food area that's friendly, going out of the way to help customers and made everyone smile. Please recognize this great employee.

Room towels were very spent & old. For breakfast, hotel didn’t have waffles. When I asked why, I was told that they ran out of the waffle mix. Overall, very limited options for breakfast. On the other hand, hotel staff were very nice and friendly.
