Limited undercover parking but regardless of whether parking was undercover or in the open the charge was a flat $15 extra per night. Toaster was supplied but it did not work. No milk - fresh or long life UHT - was provided and their lame excuse was because the milk they had was past its use by date!

Soap not topped up on room service. Rooms facing main road were noisy. I thought parking was free but it wasnt. Probably my bad for assuming that. Location fantastic.

Gym equipment and spa not operational which was disappointing. Room was ok besides shower head not working properly and a few ants on countertop. Wifi is terrible and appliances in the room very dated I.e T.V. Parking is any extra fee of $10 which seems excessive considering it’s not secure and shared with a couple ground one businesses.

Reasonable sized room. Bed was comfortable, nice shower. Lower floor near the road is noisy, upper room above the car park is quiet. Restaurant is meant to be good and was busy, but we didn't try it. Furniture in our room was old and tatty. If you pay for parking, you have to use a key to get a pole down, which is a bit cumbersome.

Property was close to our destination but that’s about it. First we’re given the wrong room and then moved to a balcony room as requested with filthy chairs and aircon taking up the entire space. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever paid to sleep in. Partner and I were smooshed together into the saggy middle all night. Old stained mugs, no teaspoons, no face cloths. Just a real lack of attention to detail. Split system was so loud it almost drowned out the traffic noise. Paid way too much to stay here, even paid extra for outside car space Never again.

Travelled for training for work, carpark was booked yet on arrival reception was closed and the call centre couldn't help with Parking space. The rooms were dirty, there was bit's of food on the bench top's and blood smeared on the mirror in the bedroom and a dirty syringe in the fan in the bathroom. The couch and bed mustve been used as a trampoline as they both had sag dents and were terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even the bed bug's had moved on. Horror of an experience.

Good location, close to chadstone Shopping Centre. Cups in cupboard were not clean & had to scrub them with scoura & Washing machine powder. This may have been due to a guest who didn't bother to clean cups & just put them into the cupboard dirty. Room was very small would be better to remove the table and the office chair on wheels.

Not somewhere I would come back to stay. Bed was terrible, no block out blinds or curtains in living area so people can see you from outside. Very noisy in the morning thanks to the garbage man (not their fault). Dining table and coffee table still had food on it from the previous guests which made me feel like the whole place was dirty. :-(. The receptionest was nice though after she charged me three times for our stay.

Liked: Close to our location of interest and a comfy bed. Disliked: The uncleanliness of the room, which included the following. Black mould in the shower, dirty stains up the wall behind the bedside cabinets, the stains under the glass on top of the cabinets, stained duvet, unsightly torn lampshade, no heated towel rail, lighting in bathroom very poor, no phone in room to be able to call reception or outside ( even though the room info sheet says dial “9” to contact reception. Photos on website do not represent the true image of the room. Many years of travelling overseas and this would be one of the worst accomodation we have stayed at. Would not recommend.

More care needs to be taken to ensure rooms are adequately maintained. For example, the phone didn’t work, the fridge leaked onto the floor, the toilet seat broke and the shower handle came off the wall. On the plus side, when the staff were present they were very friendly and helpful, The proximity to Chadstone is an easy 15 min walk. The rooms are soundproof and very spacious.

Overall , ok ,poor wifi,virtually useless for all but two hours of our five day stay.efforts made by staff and head office ineffective. Bathroom Problematic flushing,fixed. Loud noises from building. Same noise every 3 mins throughout the night. Maybe the AC or a neighboring rooms refrigerator. Very loud, and impressive you can hear it over the 13 lane road next to the hotel.

On arrival, discovered a dangerous, defective light switch, a blocked bathroom sink, a leaking shower, and a bedside lamp that needed a new globe. After reporting the issues, the only thing addressed was the bedside lamp...and it was missing altogether. No communication or explanation. On departure, we were promised a follow-up phone call. Again, nothing. Disappointed.

Check in process was super easy and staff were extremely helpful pre-check in and during our entire stay. Loved we had our own washing machine and dryer. Location is central to everywhere and having Chadstone Shopping Centre 2min away was a blessing. The Chinese restaurant downstairs is a must-try too!
