The one reason we booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool for my kids. But upon arrival we were told that it was closed. So we wasted 2 nights for.nothing.

They had renovations going on and did not disclose that prior to check in. It would start early and run late. There is no hot tub. Customer service is very nice and room was clean but the inconvenience of the renovations hindered our stay

Tee quality of the room was not up to the standard i am accustomed with the Marriott brand. The refrigerator was unplugged - when plugged in there was a puddle. Staff came immediately & said it was probsbly because it was unplugged. The shower curtain did not fit the width of the tub. Consequently, when taking a shower vold air cane in from the front & back. The sheet on one of the beds was too small revealing a less than clean mattress. The staff was great but the quality of the room wasnt. My sister & i left & checked in at the Hilton across the way for the sane price. We will not return to the Fairfield next year or any time visiting our mother in Augusta.

The hotel overall was mostly fine, clean, etc, but at night it was difficult to sleep because our room was humid and wouldn't dry out, and noise from load cars/trucks on the road kept us up. Make sure to request a room on the opposite side of the main road.

This hotel is fantastic! Very friendly and helpful front desk, comfortable bed and clean room. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room which I notified the front desk about. Wasnt enough to bother me but wanted to make sure it wasnt from me. Great breakfast! Would stay here again!

My stay at this hotel was awesome. The staff that i encountered were very courteous and professional. Any question or needs that my family and i had they were ready and able to assist. I also would like to give a shout out to Tammy and Cherae they were really friendly and i enjoyed talking with them. They really showed that extra effort and i really appreciated them. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel for lodging.

The surrounding area is a little sketchy. When we arrived they didn\'t have our Expedia reservation, and they only thought that we were staying for one night. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. Every morning we were told by managment that it would be cleaned. We would take the "Do Not Disturb" sign down and leave around 10a and return at 10p to an unclean room. Other than that the hotel was clean and had friendly staff.

Such a sweet staff! Breakfast was delicious and areas was clean, welcoming, and pleasant. Stores are not far from hotel its in the middle of everything. Wifi was great-- really nice visit.

This hotel seemed to be located in the area of Augusta that used to thrive but was now on the decline. The roads were bad, the area around seemed unsafe. There was what appeared to be a homeless guy out of his mind screaming at us at the top of his lungs in the parking lot. I would not stay here again. The hotel itself was decent but because of the surrounding area I was disappointed that i hasn’t researched the area better.

The free breakfast was horrible!!!! I've never had a boiled egg that the yolk was sooo hard that it could not be chewed. It was like rubber.The "fresh" fruit smelled like it was being fermented to make wine. The bathroom's vanity light was not working...the tub's faucet was loose and the tub was filling with water as I attempted to shower. The heating and air unit ran so loud it was hard to sleep.
