We enjoyed our stay overall. The bed was large and comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Ample parking. Front desk people were friendly but not informed about the EV charging. Only one usb b (no c) port in the room. Pool was clean and warm and located at the adjacent hotel but not too far to walk over. We ordered tacos but they’re small and ok. Breakfast was decent. Nothing within walking distance so it’s a place to relax. We didn’t use the spa so not different from the Aryes hotel I think.

Beautiful location and place. European vibe. Unfortunately hot tub shut off valve didn’t pass inspection so pool was out of order for our stay and we didn’t know ahead of time. Maybe that’s why we were able to get a place last minute. They did offer another properties pool which we went to for the kids and was very nice but about 20 mins away.

This property was very clean and quiet. The workout room was a bit on the small side, but good enough for a quick session. We had a suite and it had plenty of room. The only nit is that the TV by the beds was a on the small side. The one in the 'living room' was bigger. Parking was also fine. Minor issues aside, this location is on top of my list for when I return to the area to see family.

The staff and this property are excellent in all categories.the only criticism I do need to offer is the cleaning technique used in the “accessible” room I used. The bathtub looked dirty, I reached in to remove something I saw in it and my hand came out with an “oily” substance on the fingers. When getting into the tub I felt the same oiliness on the feet. It was on the handles also making it difficult to get out of the tub. I put a hand cloth on the rod to prevent slipping. It was a very dangerous situation with the tub, I strongly suggest correcting it before there’s an accident. Thank you!

His is the third year in a row we have stayed here while we watch the CIF State Football Championship. The facility is clean and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is good then well stocked. Look forward to next year.

The first room I was given had a huge stain of urine. Half my weekend is as wasted waiting for hotel staff to move us. No compensation for was offered and the assistance after the urine ruined clothes and personal items was bare minimum. Disgusting.

The hotel was ok. It is the layout of the bathroom that is just odd. The toilet/bath area and bathroom sink are not within the same space. Not a fan of that layout. But the worst problem is the bathroom sink and mirror are right in front of the beds - with no door between the bathroom area and where you are sleeping. So if you wish to wash your hands or brush your teeth, when you cut on the light, the entire sleeping area is lit up as well. If anyone needed to use the bathroom they would wake up everyone. Very annoying.

Courtyard with fountain/fire pit is pretty cool, along with mellow restaurant/ bar on site. 3rd floor king suite had a vaulted ceiling in the bedroom, which makes it feel huge. Small tv placement on the sitting room wall is terrible for actually using, only thing I would change. Bedroom thermostat was malfunctioning/confusing in room 370

Some front desk staffs service are very poor : - we requested some hot water at around 7pm, but they refused our request and was very impolite - when we checked out the hotel we requested a print out receipt, they also refused our request and asked us to get it from Expedia since we book thru Expedia, I tell them Expedia is a third party help me to book the hotel, they don’t charge me any money, we actually pay the hotel directly. The hotel has responsibility to issue the receipt for us. Absolutely NOT a hospitality hotel.

Stay was very good 9/10. Could have been 10 but for some small details. Checking in took a bit long (lobby was busy). Coffee maker in room didn’t work: replaced within 15 minutes. Attendant was absent during breakfast when some food needed replenishing. All minor issues. We would definitely use Ayer’s again.

I would like a refund as we were asked to leave the hotel at 3:30am because we grabbed 2 beers from the downstairs lobby store. I live in FL and cutoff is at 4am. The front desk associate was so rude, and to top it off it took us 2 hours to find a new hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for a long family visit (17 days). The hotel is best in class for the cost. The room was cleaned daily and the premises were outstanding. The location is convenient right off 241. But not convenient if one wants to walk about.

The AC in my room was broken and the staff did not handle the situation properly and professional. We stayed in a group and other people complained that their AC was not working and they had ants in their room. During breakfast you are only allowed 2 bacon strips (management rules). What hotel limits the amount of food to their guest. I felt very unwelcomed and I will not return to this hotel and I do not recommend it.

I really enjoyed the property and my stay at Ayres Hotel and Spa. I was in the building to the right as soon as you go in to the parking lot. It had the cutest little courtyard with a fire pit, and I was bummed I didn't have a chance to sit out there with a glass of wine. They have a great little hotel bar with great food, and the bartender was SUPER nice. I spent most of the Superbowl with her, and she was so friendly and tentative. The front office staff was also very nice, and everything was clean and it smelled nice. My room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. Room service also came with just a 2 night stay, and that is not something I'm used to after Covid. The breakfast was pretty average for your big chain hotels, but they did have fresh baked cookies out every night which was really nice. Close to some good places to eat, and I would certainly come back without a doubt!

This hotel was fine overall. I booked a room on the same day of check-in at the last minute and the room was a little cramped, and not as updated as I thought it would be. It was located near the doors and electrical room, and felt like a utility room that was converted into a room to use for overbookings. The shower was small and a little older, but the water worked well. The fresh platter of baked cookies was a nice welcome. The hot breakfast was okay, too. They ran out of eggs and sausage a half an hour before service ended and the staff made a small portion of eggs, but no sausage. I guess the breakfast was good because there was no fruit, yogurt, or sausage left by the time I arrived. Oh, and the pool and hottub are located across the parking lot at the adjacent building, on the property nextdoor. I recommend to book ahead and not get a small room and arrive to breakfast early so that there will be food before everything is gone,
