I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel in my life. This hotel should not be open to the public. The cockroach infestation is absolutely horrifying. They are everywhere, even crawling on the walls at night. It's a huge health risk. Plus, the hotel is so dirty, run down, and poorly maintained - the pool water is so murky that you can’t see the bottom of it, the wallpaper in both rooms they sent me in is falling apart, the furniture is extremely worn down, mattresses are yellow and brown, walls are paper thin, and the elevator sounds like it's from the 1800's - it can be heard everywhere in the hotel. I don't understand how this hotel is still operating. I have been traveling full time for almost 3 years and this has been the worst hotel experience I've encountered so far. After i informed the staff of the cockroach infestation and dirty rooms, they sent me a refund and basically said “we’re sorry for the bad experience you had but we never advertised a luxury apartment. This was a small oversight from our cleaners who missed a few bugs during cleaning” and then blocked me. This was straight out of a horror movie - I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado en el barrio de Recoleta y la suite estaba bien equipada. Sin embargo, está MUY MAL ADMINISTRADO y sufrimos con nuestros niños la ABSOLUTA FALTA DE MÍNIMO SERVICIO. Hay 2 empleadas amables que atienden en horarios limitados en el lugar, pero en general, no hay personal que asista a los huéspedes, tardan días en responder consultas y en emergencias NADIE está para ayudar. Hasta el último momento del 1er día del check in, un miércoles que por censo nacional todos los comercios estaban cerrados y no había adonde ir o donde esperar, nos tuvieron esperando en la calle con dos niños para confirmarnos que podíamos hacer el check in 1 hora antes. Durante los 2 días previos habíamos consultado, reiterado la consulta y esperado respuesta. Lo peor: Tuvimos que dormir 1 noche entera con la puerta abierta porque el sistema de cerradura electrónica dejó de funcionar y se activaba la alarma al intentar cerrar la puerta. El “tótem” de seguridad nos dijo que no podía ayudarnos y nadie respondió nuestros mensajes y llamados por 12 horas. Tuvimos que poner un mueble para trabar la puerta y pasar la noche así. Tampoco nos advirtieron (no lo publican en ningún lado) que el edificio está emplazado una discoteca. A partir del jueves a la noche es IMPOSIBLE DORMIR por ruido y vibración. Además, pagamos en la tarifa servicio de limpieza diario, pero en 4 días de estadía, sólo limpiaron la habitación 1 vez, el 3er día, tras pedir insistentemente que cumplieran.

Lo único rescatable la administradora que estaba presente (Sofía, venezolana de origen) por amabilidad y trato en general. Lo demás deplorable en general: instalaciones MAL mantenidas y viejas (obsoletas), INSONORIZADO (se acuchaba todo de otras habitaciones y de edificios vecinos, más música techno externa). Las mujeres de limpieza utilizaban los ascensores inhabilitando su uso en horarios de horarios check-out al check-in (11 a 14 hs había que subir y bajar por escaleras). El costo NO justitica los servicios. La zona insegura, llena de cambistas (que operan en las instalaciones inclusive) y varias personas en situación de calle en ex-teatro vecino; además obreros de construcción al frente.

La comunicación por chat excelente, muy cordiales, muy correctos. Al llegar me decepciono la atención, poca higiene en el edificio, el depto. que me otorgaron estaba falto de mantenimiento, detalles y roturas. No volvería. Lo favorece la ubicación .

Tuvimos mala experiencia. La habitación estaba en malas condiciones, deteriorada, cortinas rotas y pared sucia. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación y esta otra no le funcionaba el aire, tenía problemas con la electricidad.

Our family took a Cruise and after desembarking decided to stay a couple days over in Buenos Aires. We settled at Ayres Hotel Recoleta Plaza. Knowing that we would desembark early we were in communication with the hotel so that our luggage could be safe kept while we awaited the time for our rooms to be available. Sofia said she would call us via Watsapp once the rooms were available. At the end of the day our rooms were available at 4:00pm - 2 hours past the time that they were supposed ro be ready. Sofia said that it was due to how the previous occupants had left the room. We were assigned 202 and 204 - but 204 no longer had a control remote for the TV and the AC did its own thing - It was set to a cool temperature but on its own the temperature would rise - it was then that we were offered a room in the first floor - so we moved there - However there was a tenant that was smoking weed and that smell permeated in all building. We then asked to be moved again and we were back at 204 - Needless to say we were not able to rest due to the smoke smell as well as the apartment being supper stuffy hot. Once Sofia learned about the tenant smoking she took charge and ensure the tenant left our experience improved. - The reason why giving low scores is because the room specially the bathrooms could benefit from a deep clean, at 202 and 204 black and pink mold are evident. I appreciate that our concerns were listened to but there are certainly improvements that could be made.

Passamos apenas 1 noite no hotel, mas foi tudo excelente. Preparam os quartos de acordo com o pedido, os codigos de acesso funcionaram perfeitamente, os quartos (suites) são ótimos, a localização muito boa. Enfim, recomendo muito este hotel.

Hasta el último momento del 1er día del check in, un miércoles que por censo nacional todos los comercios estaban cerrados y no había adonde ir o donde esperar, nos tuvieron esperando en la calle con dos niños para confirmarnos que podíamos hacer el check in 1 hora antes. Durante los 2 días previos habíamos consultado, reiterado la consulta y esperado respuesta. Lo peor: Tuvimos que dormir 1 noche entera con la puerta abierta porque el sistema de cerradura electrónica dejó de funcionar y se activaba la alarma al intentar cerrar la puerta. El “tótem” de seguridad nos dijo que no podía ayudarnos y nadie respondió nuestros mensajes y llamados por 12 horas. Tuvimos que poner un mueble para trabar la puerta y pasar la noche así. Tampoco nos advirtieron (no lo publican en ningún lado) que el edificio está emplazado una discoteca. A partir del jueves a la noche es IMPOSIBLE DORMIR por ruido y vibración. Además, pagamos en la tarifa servicio de limpieza diario, pero en 4 días de estadía, sólo limpiaron la habitación 1 vez, el 3er día, tras pedir insistentemente que cumplieran.
El alojamiento está bien ubicado en el barrio de Recoleta y la suite estaba bien equipada. Sin embargo, está MUY MAL ADMINISTRADO y sufrimos con nuestros niños la ABSOLUTA FALTA DE MÍNIMO SERVICIO. Hay 2 empleadas amables que atienden en horarios limitados en el lugar, pero en general, no hay personal que asista a los huéspedes, tardan días en responder consultas y en emergencias NADIE está para ayudar. Our family took a Cruise and after desembarking decided to stay a couple days over in Buenos Aires. We settled at Ayres Hotel Recoleta Plaza. Knowing that we would desembark early we were in communication with the hotel so that our luggage could be safe kept while we awaited the time for our rooms to be available. Sofia said she would call us via Watsapp once the rooms were available. At the end of the day our rooms were available at 4:00pm - 2 hours past the time that they were supposed ro be ready. Sofia said that it was due to how the previous occupants had left the room. We were assigned 202 and 204 - but 204 no longer had a control remote for the TV and the AC did its own thing - It was set to a cool temperature but on its own the temperature would rise - it was then that we were offered a room in the first floor - so we moved there - However there was a tenant that was smoking weed and that smell permeated in all building. We then asked to be moved again and we were back at 204 - Needless to say we were not able to rest due to the smoke smell as well as the apartment being supper stuffy hot. Once Sofia learned about the tenant smoking she took charge and ensure the tenant left our experience improved. - The reason why giving low scores is because the room specially the bathrooms could benefit from a deep clean, at 202 and 204 black and pink mold are evident. I appreciate that our concerns were listened to but there are certainly improvements that could be made.
