The hotel is starting to look a little rundown. The air was really dry and smelled odd. My while family ended up sick after staying here. There are only 3 microwaves in the entire hotel and the staff is pretty unfriendly about breakfast. The pool isn't heated and was quite cold. You can't swim for 10 minutes every hour for "safety checks" and you can only sit in some if the chairs on the deck, but it's not clear which ones. The parking staff and incredibly kind and sweet.

温泉もプールもあり充実した施設でした。宿泊者の数の割にはランドリーが少なかったので、もうしこし台数があると良い。街から若干離れているが、タクシーで１メーターくらいで色々行けるので不便ではなかった。

子供は140cmありましたが、1人では入ってはいけないと監視員の男性に指示を受け一人で入ることが出来ませんでした。規約を読んでいたのに納得行きませんでした。また、外のプールのジャグジーがカビだらけで真っ黒でした。。。プールのためにこの施設を選択したため、残念でした。

随分前に予約したのですが部屋が遠すぎです。ホテル内にコンビニがあったり沖縄では珍しく温泉があったりしていいかと思ったのですが部屋から全ての施設が遠すぎて。予約時にわからないシステムが問題かと。温泉も別費用で2種類あったりそんなシステムだとわかっていれば選ばなかったかなぁ。

コンビニなども併設されていて便利。温泉やプールも楽しめました。ランドリーが中々空かないので外のランドリーを利用したのと、駐車場が少なく、第二駐車場が遠いのが気になりました。

I read about bad reviews on service but did not experience that at all. In fact, the staff at reception made check-in seamless for us even though we could not understand or speak Japanese. The rooms were clean and the facilities were great. Our only gripe was the outdoor parking (think the indoor parking was full) as we had to walk in the rain.

バスルームの臭いがひどかった。トイレの水の流れも悪く、詰まった。フロントに言って詰まりをなおしてもらったが、詰まりを取っただけで、掃除した後は見られなかった。とにかく、臭いがひどく、バスルームに入るたびに不快だった。

施設内は清潔な印象でした。ルームもさることながら、共用部分のトイレも綺麗でした。繁華街から離れているので、昼も夜も静かです。温泉と大浴場が備わっているので、温泉つきプランをお勧めします。満足度が高いです。歩いて1〜2分の場所に大きなスーパーかねひでがあるので、買い物も便利です。ホテル1階にセブンイレブンもあります。

The pool view from our room was great. The room was spacious and clean. There’s a supermarket n bus stop nearby, easy access to public transportation. They don’t provide coffee in the room n body lotion tho. The staff are friendly n helpful. Breakfast options are not too bad. Recommended.

Away from busy area and quite a walking distance from monorail station. There are 2 parts of hotel where not recommend to stay in the older one as it is overrated (as 5*). Rooms are old and lightings (for the older building) are dim and the TV is small and quite out-of-date (no information about hotel). Hotel staffs are not too friendly as they asked you to notify the hotel if you want to skip the cleaning services after every 2nd day of your stay. You need to walk quite a distance to the elevator if you are not close to it. Nearby street is quite dark at night (when compare to other parts in Naha city).

■ツインの部屋にしましたが、十分広く、ソファの前に小ぶりのテーブルがあるので簡単なPC作業であればできました。風呂、トイレは部屋にもありますが、風呂は大浴場があるので使いませんでした。 ■朝食品数が多く楽しめましたが、少し脂質の少ないタンパク質が少ない印象でした。沖縄の家庭料理やいろんな種類の麺でソーキそばを作れるのは魅力的でした。 ■大浴場広い湯船に露天もある天然温泉で良かったです。水風呂がないのが少し残念でしたが外気浴スペースがあります。 ■館内プールもあり。セブンイレブンやおみやげ物屋があります。コインランドリーがあり2時間位で洗濯・乾燥ができます。稼働率が高く深夜や早朝には待ち時間なく使えそうな印象でした。 ■周辺静かなのは良いですが駅からは少し離れていて、周りには少しだけ飲食店などがある程度です。■その他チェックインを平日の16時くらいにしましたが結構待った点が残念でした。チェックアウトは機械ですぐに終わったのは良かったです。

以前宿泊し、良かったので、再度宿泊しました。チェックイン時は行列ができていたので、スムーズにチェックインできるようにして欲しいです。また、チェックイン時の日本人スタッフの返答が的確ではなく、曖昧な返答をされた。上記の点は改善して欲しいです。一方で、客室、プールなどの施設はとても良かったです。沖縄に行った際には、再度宿泊する予定です。

ok in general. It will be better if the counter staff could give related information of some enquiries. Since we have 8 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby, we need to book cars to the airport. The counter staff just said no taxi can be booked and that's it. Finally, when we tried to find ways at the entrance to see if there were any transportations to the airport, the staff at the entrance told us that we could reserve 2 cars and paid the transportation fee. Therefore, it would be better if the counter staff could give us information/suggestions about the car reservation service instead of just told us no taxi can be reserved so that visitors can save time to find ways to the airport for a big family group.

ウェルカムベビーの宿ということで、哺乳瓶の消毒を2回ほどフロントでお願いしたところ、2回とも「あ〜…わかりました」って感じで微妙な対応だったのが気になりました。屋外プールは床がザラザラしていて大人も子供も皮が剥けて怪我しました。改良した方が良いと思います。その他は良かったです。

5連泊して、室内プールを利用したりして、ゆっくり過ごすことが出来、ありがとうございました。初日に禁煙ルームを希望していましたが煙草臭が残っており、フロントに連絡すると、即時に他の部屋に変更してくれて嬉しかったです。

最寄りの公共交通機関の駅からは少し離れているものの、タクシーを使用すれば問題なし。タクシーはフロントで呼んでもらえないものの、エントランスに行けば日中であればすぐに乗ることができる。温泉施設があることはとてもありがたかった。コインランドリーは日本の家庭用洗濯乾燥機が10台ほどなため、乾燥にとにかく時間がかかる上、使用するのにその場で待たなければならないため、あまり頼りにしない方がよく、使用するのであればホテル近隣のコインランドリーを使用したほうがよさそうに感じた。

Away from busy area and quite a walking distance from monorail station. There are 2 parts of hotel where not recommend to stay in the older one as it is overrated (as 5*). Rooms are old and lightings (for the older building) are dim and the TV is small and quite out-of-date (no information about hotel). Hotel staffs are not too friendly as they asked you to notify the hotel if you want to skip the cleaning services after every 2nd day of your stay. You need to walk quite a distance to the elevator if you are not close to it. Nearby street is quite dark at night (when compare to other parts in Naha city).

We liked our stay so much the first time (July 2023), we stayed there again (July 2025). All staff personnel are friendly, courteous and so helpful!! The rooms we’ve stayed in were always clean and turn down service (fresh towels, trash removed and beds made) was excellent. Our favorite part of the stay was the breakfast - absolutely delicious!! Everything tasted fresh and loved all the options available. I would recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. Loisir Hotel is excellent!!

■ツインの部屋にしましたが、十分広く、ソファの前に小ぶりのテーブルがあるので簡単なPC作業であればできました。風呂、トイレは部屋にもありますが、風呂は大浴場があるので使いませんでした。 ■朝食品数が多く楽しめましたが、少し脂質の少ないタンパク質が少ない印象でした。沖縄の家庭料理やいろんな種類の麺でソーキそばを作れるのは魅力的でした。 ■大浴場広い湯船に露天もある天然温泉で良かったです。水風呂がないのが少し残念でしたが外気浴スペースがあります。 ■館内プールもあり。セブンイレブンやおみやげ物屋があります。コインランドリーがあり2時間位で洗濯・乾燥ができます。稼働率が高く深夜や早朝には待ち時間なく使えそうな印象でした。 ■周辺静かなのは良いですが駅からは少し離れていて、周りには少しだけ飲食店などがある程度です。■その他チェックインを平日の16時くらいにしましたが結構待った点が残念でした。チェックアウトは機械ですぐに終わったのは良かったです。

Overall not bad, I and my husband are busy exploring Okinawa, we did not use the hotel facilities until the last day when we do not have a car. We use the indoor swimming pool and Are happy with it . But there isn’t must option on restaurant. I see some are not open like Chinese food. I eat at the hotel breakfast every morning but are the same everyday until the last day I saw that we are able to change to streak but too late.
