Our flight was cancelled, so this was a last minute booking! The staff is very friendly, especially Christine at the front desk.

The room and the bathtub was well taken care of, so were the towels, counter etc. The warning about using the non-slip mat in the tub IS IMPORTANT. Very slippery when wet and with soap. One issue: The window needs to have a covering as the afternoon sun acts as a greenhouse and the room heats up. The AC does not cover the increase in temperature. The shuttle is a frank ripoff at $25 each way. We used UBER at 600 Kshs one way. Bolt is about the same price.
