Atlantic Hotel Agadir

To begin with our room was quite small, and the bathroom was very small as well, and if you require good room service this hotel is not for you. The advertised private beach is a 20 minute walk from the hotel, It is not an actual private beach like you will find in the Caribbean, but simply a roped off area on a public beach. The decor of the hotel is quite nice and it is clean. The pool and the sitting area around it is quite small, it is a small hotel. Don't expect free water, tea or coffee in the room. The bathroom was really claustrophobic and water gets on the floor when you shower. The towels were subpar, scratchy and a bit yellowed. The breakfast was okay, I cannot comment on the resturants since I ate at a good restaurant nearby. After staying at a wonderful hotel in Casablanca called club Anfa this one was a bit of a disappointment.

Hotel bien situé, à 10 min de la plage, où l'hôtel a un espace avec transats réservé aux clients (plage privée). Dommage qu'au lieu de nous en informer à l'arrivée, ils ont plutôt fait venir une personne qui essayait de nous vendre ses activités.... Chambre assez petite, mais propre. La clim était bloquée à 25°.... après avoir réclamer, ils ont fait venir un technicien qui l'a réglé à 22°. Le petit déjeuner était suffisant. La piscine est bien, mais pas assez de transats, car pas beaucoup de place autour. Le service est gentil, mais pas toujours efficace... ils oublient de faire signer la note et nous courent après jusqu'à la chambre. Pour le prix, c'est une bonne occasion. Il y a peut être des hotels plus spacieux plus ou moins aux mêmes prix, mais peut être moins centraux.

The hotel looked a little tired and needs freshening up. The reception and pool area was livelt, however the pool was small. The breakfast was poor with very little choice and the hot food was almost cold so we didn't bother again. The staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant.

The hotel is dated but fine. I thought over priced for my experience: The good: room size was decent with lovely shower. The bad: gold hotels.com status not recognised (they never are!) Noise- very noisy on street outside, changed rooms after two days (and charged more to overlook pool) noisy entertainment kept me awake until midnight. :/ Nice roof terrace to sunbathe on but one parasol between 10+ beds and intrusively loud music being paid. Breakfast was ok but the orange juice runs out by 8am and is not replaced. Nothing is labelled either. Staff stood on their phones in corner of the room isn’t a great look. No balcony

Reception was welcoming and very respectful. Very knowledgeable and patient to explain/suggest. We arrived early and you are able to sit by the pool area and wait. Very tranquil and serene place and can’t hear the traffic from the road. Was there for 2 nights and a few of the breakfast choices changed which gives a bit of variety. Nice that they have a private beach area where you are able to have beach loungers and towel. Eco friendly as the are bottled water dispensers and you just need to refil your water bottle. Decor was traditional but everything well taken care of and clean.

Pour accéder à la plage faudra marcher 15min, traverser 2 Grands Boulevards, les transats à 10km du rivage, les serviettes de plage tellement usées qu’elles ne sont plus utilisables. Dans la chambre nous avons droit à 2 draps de bain et 2 serviettes en aussi mauvais états. après avoir un peu haussé le ton, ils ont mis des serviettes de meilleurs qualités avec le sigle de l’hôtel, photo à l’appui… Les oreillers jaunis pleine de taches de bave ,la douche bouchée ,des fuites sur le receveur de douche et le bouquet final les excréments retrouvés sur le sachet de la poubelle de la salle de bain avec aussi photo à l’appui!!!!!! Petit déjeuner digne d’une étoile , obliges de demander la petite cuillère, le beurre et j’en passe… C’est vraiment lamentable de vendre ce genre de prestation sur des sites ( expédie last minute booking etc ) qui n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité. Je donnerai à cet hôtel la note 2/10 juste pour la gentillesse et la bienveillance de certains personnel. J’espère que cet avis permettra au responsable d’apporter de profonds changements. La dame de la réception est irrespectueuse et pas du tout professionnelle. This was our 2nd stay in 3 years. We would have returned sooner, but Covid got in the way. The hotel and, in particular, the staff were so welcoming and several remembered us from our previous stay. The size, 40 rooms, made for a cozy atmosphere including the nicely landscaped private outdoor space where there is a pool, lounge area as well as dining and bar areas. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the promenade/beach with restaurants and shopping and more along the way. The breakfast buffet is an ample mix of Moroccan and European choices. The lunch/dinner menu is small, but covers all the bases. In particular, there was a daily fresh fish option. The restaurant/barstaff was attentive and made great food/wine suggestions throughout our stay. We also treated ourselves to a few of the spa services and weren't disappointed, especially for the price. Any other assistance or questions we had, the front desk staff were there to help. Needless to say, we are looking forward to our next stay.

Overall a good location to stay in Agadir. Pros: Friendly staff, location, quiet, clean, breakfast ok but could be hotter. Cons: Shower was leaking into room (had to use a towel to stop water entering the room), toilet continued to fill after flushing and full (quite annoying), there is no lift so if you are on the top floor there are 43 step stairs to climb. Wifi was ok but was intermittent. Lighting in the room is a bit dim. I would consider a hotel in the same/similar location and would only book this again if the price was right, having said that it wasn't terrible.

Très bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel. Hôtel propre et bien entretenu avec son côté typique marocain. L’accueil ainsi que tout le personnel sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Allez y sans hésiter.

La literie est de très bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner buffet est très varié et copieux .Le personnel est professionnel et charmant , à l’écoute de vos besoins . Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine mais le complexe nous semblait très appréciable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et avons d’ailleurs hâte d’y retourner plus longtemps.

Chambre tres confortable , hotel cosi et chaleureux, le patio de la piscine est adorable Emplacement ideal et calme Personnel tres attentionné et agreable. La carte du restaurant devrait etre accessible en temps reel sur le site pour tenter le client !!

Jag har under åren rest en hel del i Marocko och besökt många hotell. Atlantic visade sig varautomordentligt bra, Både rum och bad var snygga och bekväma. Bemötandet av personalen trevligt, frukosten, fint upplagd och generös. Även hotellets läge var mycket bra.

Tout est ordinaire dans cet hôtel, petit déjeuner, ambiance, service, etc. Toujours l'impression de deranger le personnel. De plus comme javais mis un mauvais commentaire a l'arrivée, la jeune femme a la réception m'a demandé des explications. Le jour de notre depart, nous avons reçu un appel de la réception a notre chambre nous demandant de quitter sur le champ.

I traveled with a group of friends, and we had an amazing time! From the moment we landed, everything was smooth and well-organized. Our driver picked us up promptly from the airport, and when we arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted us warmly with big smiles. They gave us a quick introduction about our stay, what to expect, and even helped us exchange our foreign currency. The rooms were standard and had air conditioning, which was perfect for the warm weather. Breakfast was alright, but what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. They were always friendly, happy to help, and even taught me a few phrases in the local language! It was such a wonderful experience, and I’d love to visit again!

C'était notre 2iè séjour à cet endroit. Hôtel très confortable, très bien situé (à proximité de tout). Petit bémol: certains plats du buffet déjeuner étaient froids. Mais les croissants étaient délicieux! Bref, nous retournerons à cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Je recommande.

The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the promenade/beach with restaurants and shopping and more along the way. The breakfast buffet is an ample mix of Moroccan and European choices. The lunch/dinner menu is small, but covers all the bases. In particular, there was a daily fresh fish option. The restaurant/barstaff was attentive and made great food/wine suggestions throughout our stay. We also treated ourselves to a few of the spa services and weren't disappointed, especially for the price. Any other assistance or questions we had, the front desk staff were there to help. Needless to say, we are looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent séjour de 2 nuits où nous avons apprécié la localisation idéale , la propreté , le calme et la décoration typique. La literie est de très bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner buffet est très varié et copieux .Le personnel est professionnel et charmant , à l’écoute de vos besoins . Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine mais le complexe nous semblait très appréciable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et avons d’ailleurs hâte d’y retourner plus longtemps.
