The hotel was lovely, uniquely designed. Staff were very helpful. We received beautifully presented welcome drinks and snacks. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean. We were hoping for a room upgrade with our VIP status but the hotel was full when we arrived. We ended up choosing to stay in our room. Hotel offered complimentary afternoon tea and live music on the 12th floor. Pool was nice, on the small side. Hotel was in perfect location… walkable to many sights and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location literally right next to BT Market plus gracious service. The decor is quirky and the room smaller than it looked in pictures. Hallways were not air conditioned. Gym hard to find. A bit overpriced compared to some of the competition in the area. But overall a pleasant stay.

Zimmer modern eingerichtet, jedoch sehr klein gehalten Frühstücksbuffet manchmal etwas überlaufen aber die stets hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter versuche ihr möglichst dies alles zu regeln. Sehr schön hat uns der Afternoon gefallen Rooftop Pool vorhanden. Allerdings wenig Liege-Möglichkeiten schon gar keine im Schotten. Mitarbeiter alles sehr, sehr freundlich vor allem Ashley.

Check in was quite fast however room was only available at 2pm. Had issue with the air con on 1st day ( not cold and airflow weak ) but had it sorted out by the technician in the evening. Toilet flush cable disconnected on 2nd day and also had it fixed after about 30 mins. Staff extremely friendly and attended to requests promptly. Staff Anna even offered a free car ride to the airport for the inconvenience caused during my stay. Hotel is relatively nice and in a good location. However, the room not very sound proof, able to hear traffic noises from the adjacent road and also noises when the cleaners are cleaning nearby rooms.

In comparison to the size of the room, the bathrooms are tiny. Also the bath tub with the jacuzzi is such a poor function as the water flows all around the bathtub to the ground. It almost looks as though a tub has been put onto a shower area! It also lacks a selection of vegetarian food. The staff (Brian) went out of their way to provide vegetarian breakfast / afternoon tea choices.

I checked into a windowless room on the second floor. It felt a bit claustrophobic, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. The toilet was equipped with a washlet. However, the G floor was quite noisy at night.

High prices for bad quality accommodation. Would not recommend this hotel. Room was small and noisy, we could hear everything from rooms next door. Breakfast was ok but not as good as we had anywhere in the country. Pool seemed big on pictures but was dramatically small. Staff was nice.

このホテル、外観や立地的にあまり期待しておりませんでしたが大きく裏切られました。スタッフのホスピタリティは他の5つ星ホテルに匹敵するくらい素晴らしかった。部屋も綺麗でおしゃれ。ベトナムでは珍しい、洗い場付きのバスタブがありました。これには感動しました。洗い場があるとやはり楽です。ただし、配管がベトナムクオリティ。隣室の使用音が尋常ではない轟音で響き渡ります。夜中に使われると１００％飛び起きますね。立地は賛否両論かと思いますが自分的には便利でパーフェクト。ベトナムはGrabで何処でも動けますからね。実は毎回マ〇オット系のホテルを利用してましたが、立地が好みでは無く、今回こちらを利用。最高に気に入りましたので次回も利用したいと思います。ちなみに日本語は通じませんが皆さん流ちょうな英語を話しますので問題ありませんでした。

Quite a central location, got upgraded supposedly due to previous guest checking out late. Service is very good, overall aesthetics is very nice (reminds me of a more expensive hotel, myst dongkoi), jacuzzi bathtub a nice bonus. Our particular room faces the main street, it get full on morning-afternoon sun so it get quite warm, our aircon does not seem to be working at its full potential as despite setting it to16 degrees, it feels like a 25-26. But we were too lazy to move else given the service level, i'm sure the staff/manager would gladly move us. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

Our stay was excellent—great service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic amenities. However, our experience at checkout left us disappointed. We were unexpectedly charged for breakfast, which we never ate. Despite explaining this several times, it was an inconvenience we didn’t expect. Aside from this issue, everything else about the hotel was wonderful. We hope management addresses this to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

初めてのホーチミンへの旅行で4名で2泊しました。とても素敵でおしゃれな外観・内観で、滞在前から気分が高まりました！＊サービス・食事到着してまずおしぼり、お茶、ドライフルーツを出していただき、ほっとしました。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、とても充実していて楽しめました！オーダーして頼める卵料理などもあり、満足できました。特に、フォーやパッションフルーツジュースなどが美味しかったです！日差しが入る明るいレストランで過ごしやすかったです。＊接客非常に丁寧に対応いただきました。到着が遅くなり予定していたレストランに行けなさそうだったところ、近場のお店を紹介してくださりました。食事はおいしくて満足でした！また、チェックアウト後に行きたいスパへの予約もフォローしていただき、大変助かりました。みなさん英語が堪能だったのですが、なかなかの早口(ネイティブだと普通だと思いますが)だったので、少しゆっくり話していただけるとありがたいかな、と思いました。とにかく全体的に親切で丁寧な対応で、良いステイになりました！！＊部屋とってもかわいい部屋で、事前に見ていた写真通りでした。お風呂はジャグジーつきでした。快適に過ごすことができてよかったです。時間の都合でアフタヌーンティーが利用できなかったですが、宿泊される方はあらかじめ計画に入れておかれることをお薦めます。他の方にお薦めできる素晴らしいホテルでした！ありがとうございました。

Don't be fooled by "free minibar" which is an expedia feature of this hotel. All this means is free water and soda which by definition is not what a minibar is (alcoholic beverages). One of the main reasons we booked here was because of the free minibar feature of this resort. Staff said they would look into this but never got back to us. On top of that, we found the service on the rooftop bar to be extremely slow and overpriced (more than triple the price for a regular beer in the city). Room was nice but not very well soundproof.

Pre-covid, we always stayed at this hotel. Post-covid, it was closed. We were very excited when it re-opened and we booked our 4days 3nights stay here without hesitation. It was an excellent experience. The front desk staff, Ms Kim spoke fluent English and was very patient snd helpful in accommodating to our requests. Ms Nancy too spoke fluent English and was helpful to assist us during our stay. The hotel has been nicely renovated with a cosy ambience. It brought us back to the flintstone era. It has added facilities such as the gym, sauna and rooftop swimming pool. Well-lit rooms and corridoor. The toilet bowls were installed with high- tech bidet. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Commendable goe their excellent service. Will definitely recommend this hotel to relatives and friends who wish to visit HCM city.

The staff went above and beyond for us. I had to work late and was woken up early from some drilling/ work. I called the staff and they were very understanding and apologized. They covered my coffee down at the cafe. They were very nice and helpful. I travel to Saigon often and this hotel is very centrally located to all the attractions. Well worth the price.

The breakfast and afternoon tea were very satisfying, and the hospitality of the staff was perfect. They were very friendly and attentive. Although it was my first trip to Ho Chi Minh, I had a wonderful time. The hotel is conveniently located near the market, which was very convenient. What a wonderful hotel. Just stayed here for four nights with my wife and we both loved it. Staff were attentive and gave great service. Breakfast and afternoon tea were amazing additions to our stay. The hotel is also in a very central area located right next to Ben Thanh market and many local landmarks. Our room was also spacious and tastefully decorated. This place is such a great deal for the price. I’ve stayed at upscale 5 star hotels that weren’t as good as Silverland Ben Thanh. Would definitely stay here again!

If I could give 10 stars for this hotel, I would! It was such a wonderful hotel, the architecture was amazing! It's in the heart of district 1 so the location is perfect. It's a busy area but you can't hear any noise from outside. Our room was fantastic, it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We had some delicious fresh fruit in our room and a free mini bar which was a lovely touch. The restaurant was good, breakfast was lovely and there were vegan options available. We were offered a free bottle of wine and a discount in the restaurant for dinner. The evening meal was lacking vegan options and we would have preferred some Vietnamese options so we didn't use this offer. We also had the offer of free afternoon tea but again we didn't have it. That being said, it wouldn't stop me staying here again. All the staff were so friendly, a special thank you to Ashley and Jonny who were very helpful and all the staff who served us for breakfast. We had a late flight so we could leave our bags at the hotel and use the shower facilities before we left which we really appreciated after a hot day in the city. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is stunning and in a great location. Service was lacking at points including needing to ask twice in one day for our room to be visited by housekeeping (it was 5pm the second time we spoke with front reception), maintenance was being done on our first night in the room next door at 9.30pm and the restaurant mixed up our order multiple times when we dined there for dinner. The facilities of the hotel cannot be faulted and the breakfast was brilliant.
