There was no remote in the room. The I had to clean the toilet. To top it off I go to close the bathroom door and there was a dirty towel hanging up. The desk top had had not been cleaned. You could see grease smudges so I cleaned it with my wipes. Very disappointed and not happy. Front desk said he would let him manger know but I have not heard anything. O have stayed there many times and had no issues.

My room was clean, it’s just not maintained correctly. My sink was clogged, my bathroom need to be painted, grout around sink n tub was missing. The plugs on the lamps, don’t all work. Every time I left my room n returned, I was locked out. My key didn’t work. Had to go back to lobby n bother desk to program my card. Staff was very courteous n professional. Breakfast is decent. My bed was the best part of the trip. Sleep comfortably like a baby. Parking was also great. Wherever you park there was an entrance/exit to get in or leave.
