受付の対応等は大変丁寧でさわやかでよかったです。夜９時以降の上の方の騒音がひどく、フロントにお願いした次第でした。１２時過ぎに落ち着きました。翌日も夜１０時に騒音がありました。その後は落ち着きました。床が薄いホテルなんだと思いました。また、２泊しましたが２日目タオル交換の際、タオルに血液がついたままでした。よって、私が口にヘルペスができて血液をつけたので、そのまま交換されていないのではないかと思いました。使用したタオルを干していたのでそれを再度袋にいれたのかなと思いました。それは残念でした。

駅からも近く、周辺には飲食店やコンビニもあるので非常に便利でした。また、スタッフの方の対応も、とても丁寧でした。部屋に空気清浄機はありましたが、部屋に入った時に少しタバコ臭がしました。壁やカーペットに染み付いてしまっているのかなぁ、と思いました。

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, the service was great, both restaurants on the first floor served excellent food and the breakfast buffet was great too. My only complaint would be the room smells of smoke and I don’t know why given it’s a no smoking room.

I've stayed at this property several times over the last 10 years. Very comfortable, clean, convenient, and quite spacious by Japanese standards. Only 1 block from Sapporo main station. The property is aging but well maintained and elegant. Prices are quite reasonable. Recommended.

ホテル到着から部屋までの接客に問題無し。部屋も清潔で快適。利便性は駅から歩いて2分かからない。ただ、バイキングスタイルの料理は質が落ちた感じがします。数年前に利用した際と比べるべきではないと思いますが、どうしても見劣りしてしまいました。経営母体の変更や、新型コロナ感染症の影響もあるかと思います。また利用者が増えれば以前のような料理内容に戻ることを期待します。

札幌駅まで徒歩3分という立地です。正面入口に車寄せがあり駐車場の確認も出来るので車で来ても安心です。ホテル周辺に居酒屋等が豊富で食事には困りません。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で好感が持てます。施設内掃除なども綺麗にされているようで気持ち良く過ごせました。

방이 작을 거라는 건 알고있었지만 생각보다 진짜 쪼그맸어요 ㅋㅋ 캐리어 2개를 쪼개서 펴서 생활했어요. 길게 숙박하실 거라면 넓은 룸의 다른 호텔로 가시길 추천. 그러나 그 외의 조건들은 좋았습니다. 삿포로 날씨가 추운데 숙소 복귀해서 뜨끈한 물에 몸 지질 수 있어 힐링되었습니다. 기타 어메니티는 1층 로비서랍에서 마음껏 들고 갈 수 있으니 편리하기도 했구요. 슈페리얼 룸이어서 높은 층(9층)에 배정받았는데 뷰는 다른건물 주차장 뷰여서 크게 기대할 건 없습니다. 창문을 살짝 열 수 있어 환기에 민감하신 분들에겐 괜찮은 선택지입니다. 청소나 수건교체 팻말은 오후에 붙여놔도 해주시더라구요. 겨울에 룸은 습도가 20퍼 수준이니 기관지 약한 분들은 적신 수건을 방에 놔두면서 생활하셔야 합니다!

Biggest hotel room in Japan?! This was perfect for our Sapporo overnight stay. A moment’s walk from the station, convenient for a city stroll and food and shopping options, and it was the biggest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in, Japan or elsewhere- it was ridiculous! Booked the quadruple room for our family with 2 teenagers, it was so spacious, 48 sqm, four separate semi double beds, dining table and chairs and lots of space for luggage. The hotel itself is somewhat dated, but was immaculate so I’d really recommend it especially for space and location.

札幌駅北口（西側）から1ブロックで、どこへ行くにも便利です。部屋は清潔で行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。建物は1995年建築だそうですので30年近く経過していますが、主要な設備はリニューアルされています。客室内で唯一古さを感じたのが、洗面台の水栓ハンドルがお湯・水独立だったこと。お風呂の水栓はサーモスタットつきの混合水栓になっていました。

Everything was ok. We were a family of 3 with a 6 year old on a queen bed. Everything was tight in space so it was clustered. But the value was there if you want to save money on lodging. We saved money on our Sapporo hotel while splurged on our Tokyo hotel.

I booked an Eco plan room through Expedia expecting no change of sheets or making of bed. We did get change of towels. What I was not aware of when booking the Eco plan was thst we would be given hardly any toilet paper, two teabags for three night stay and no emptying of trash or anywhere in the hotel to deposit the trash. The front desk staff member was some what abrupt when I raised these issues. Two tiny pillows were in adequate to sleep on confortably. Overall not a bad hotel but I think the Eco plan should explained a little better.

Location is convenient, within 5 mins walk to JR and shopping malls like Daimaru, APIA etc. 1 of the counter staff was not helpful when we requested to change our assigned corner room to non corner. Initially said fully booked but later we managed to get room changed at jpy 3700 for 2 nights of our stay after asking for his manager.

Until I confirmed my trip, I found that I was assigned a Smoke room. When booking this hotel, I was never asked to pick a Smoke or Unsmoke room. After arriving at the hotel, the receptionist of the hotel did not really help me change a room. So, I had to stay in a Smoke room for 3 days, which was horrible.

Hotel was in a great location, close to Sapporo Station (only 2 blocks away). Enjoyed how close this hotel was to the station but away from the hustle and busyness around Sapporo Station. Stayed in a superior queen room for 4 nights. For 2 people the room was just enough space with our backpacks, 1 large suitcase, and 1 carry-on suitcase. The amenities available were great - providing various toiletries for use at the front (face lotion, cleanser, bath towel, etc.). Breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of items to select and staff on top of making sure things were restocked quickly. Staff were always helpful and welcoming. We stayed at a 3-bed room at top floor this time. The room is super specious with an individual dining area. Highly recommended for family of 3. The room is clean and has everything needed. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Breakfast buffet has great options. The location is convenient, just 5 mins walk from sapporo station.

We loved the location, accessibility to the Sapporo station & malls. Being on the North end of the station, it was less congested with less traffic. The rooms were larger than most hotels in Japan. Breakfast buffet had good mixture of Hokkaido seafood and other local produce, and good mix of various cusine - Italian, Japanese, & American. At ￥2090, price is very reasonable, too. I would definitely stay here when in Sapporo again, and will recommend to anyone planning to visit Sapporo.

The property is Centrally located to City Center and the train station. This was especially convenient as it snowed during my arrival and there is an underground concourse that took me to the corner adjacent to the property so that my luggage was minimally exposed to elements. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The lobby was very good for lounging before or after check in. Room condition was good

Excellent room size for larger families. The cleaning staff were meticulous every day and the amenities such as daily water bottles in fridge were appreciated. Can't ask for a better location!

We stayed a few nights to begin our trip in Japan. We went to Sapporo for the beer museum but got to see a lot of cool shops along the way. The staff were kind and helpful and the room was great!
