The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable, the hot tub room which we stayed in was ok, the pool and hot tub was not too good the pool was very cold and the hot tub was also cold, the breakfast was not very good the eggs tasted like there had been kept from the night or 2 before or longer and they we usually not very warm I ended up getting sick from their breakfast think it might have been food poisoning

Hot tub and pool were clean and worked well. We didn’t like the very small parking area and the location was hard to get in and out of. The surrounding areas felt kinda sketchy

Our room was very clean. However, the hallway floors were dirty and stained. The elevator was scary and actually broke down once while we were there. There was not enough parking and we had to park behind a nearby gas station and walk back to the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Weird eggs and cold hard bagels. We have stayed in better Comfort Inns.

We went here for the jacuzzi tub for the night. The tub jets didn’t work the water didn’t get very hot. Overall hotel cleanliness was lacking.

First issue was the locks. It didn’t seem like they fully locked, so that was a bit concerning and that made it a bit hard to sleep at night. Second issue, the hot tub, or should I say lukewarm tub. I booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub and it was barely even warm, it was about the same temperature as the pool. Third and final issue is safety in the parking lot. If you want to risk your car having its window smashed and broken into overnight this would be a great parking for you. My last night staying there we woke up to leave and two people had their windows smashed. None of my issues were staff related all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Main entrance was being remodeled. They had people walking through a construction zone to get in. Should be nice once updates are completed but there should have been some other means of entry or just close while remodeling the main entrance

The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was horrible and unfortunately we could not access the parking lot through the end door so had to walk around in a not so good area of town. Needs some up dating.

Didnt like that the side door didn't work. Parking is not good if you get there late.

There was mold on the shower curtain and there were cockroaches in my room

The furniture is old. The walls have water damage. Restroom has mold around silicone seal. Sheets on the bed were torn. Too ghetto of a place.

Outdated rooms with stains on walls. Rooms need a deep clean. Bathroom was gross. Only positive was the spacious room and comfortable bed

Entrance is bring torn apart and its a mess. Sure they tried to renovate rooms but they are still traces of old furniture and vandalism around the hotel. Doors are peeling off and really dirty. My bed sheets were obviously not washed and stained with food. Everything is dusty and dirty. Our bathtub was broken with a sad attempt to glue it together. Will not stay here again. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

The room smelt of weed, the floor was sticky & nasty. The towels smelt mildewy. There was redish brownish stains on the ceiling and walls like someone slung a drink. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t even working. I had a Dr appt at the Breast Cancer center in the morning and came from 5 hrs away had it not been 11pm when we checked in I would have gone else where.

When we walked in it smelled like fish. The bathroom ceiling was moldy, the corner pink bacteria, the sheets kept coming off the bed. The tv was slow to turn on and took a few tries. Change the channel took about 30 each time and the guide they had wasn’t accurate.

My trip was terrible. On my first night of checking in, woke up to bed bugs biting me.😡This was the most horrific experience I have ever had in my life. I immediately notified Hotel management to this matter, and personnel came to the room & took pictures of the bed bugs crawling on the beds, and issued another room for our stay. My guest and I had to throw away our clothes we had on to prevent contamination with any other belongings. Hotel management was very apologetic to this experience and only issued a full refund for our stay. No refund was issued for the clothes that had to be thrown away due to the bed bugs.😡

There was a large area of mold on ceiling. and other areas with possible mold covered with paint. When addressed with staff, staff stated that he would let his manager know.

Convenient; room was clean, dining area and lobby were clean. Hallway and elevators were not as clean; broken faucet and tiles in bathroom. Toiletries were skimpy or empty.

The elevators smelt like they were burning. Rooms need work. Bathrooms need SOOO mich help. There was hair on the tib and towels had mold and black stuff on them. My pillow smelt like someones arm pitts. Uhh!

Clean place to sleep, nice breakfast and helpful staff

The room was fine and clean. Staff was nice and friendly but I could hear the people across the hall opening and closing their door all night. Not noise proof at all. They had a security guard on duty when I checked in which I found concerning....there were a lot of homeless people around the area outside the property. I guess I should have checked the reviews better before booking but booked cause it was close enough to my Dr office I needed for the next.

Room was comfortable but temp in the room at in the 50’s. It took hours to get temp up. TV control didn’t work and channels limited. Bed was comfortable and room clean which are first priority to me.

Hotel was average for the price, but noisy and definitely smoking even though we were in non-smoking

WiFi was down all three days so my son had to find other places to work from.

Loved how big the rooms are.

Must improve your wifi. Very very slow. I think thats the only problem ive encountered.

I can’t speak to the actual hotel stay, only the awful service experience. I booked our room well in advance for my family of six (two adults, four children) as part of a long road trip from Indiana to Texas. About three hours before our arrival, after driving for over 10 hours, I got a call from the hotel asking if we could switch to a room with one king bed. I explained that wasn’t possible due to our family size and the fact that I chose the room for a reason. The person on the phone said their manager would follow up with me. No one ever called back. Instead, I received an email stating that our reservation was canceled. I immediately contacted Hotels.com, who reached out to the hotel. That’s when I was told the room had a leak, something the hotel staff never mentioned during the original call. Had they been honest and upfront about the issue, it would’ve made more sense and I could’ve at least prepared or made other arrangements. But they didn’t. They left us stranded, with four kids and no room, and my money tied up in a pending refund (which, of course, takes time, especially over the weekend). All Hotels.com could say was “sorry.” So no, I can’t rate the hotel itself. But I can say this: The customer service was unacceptable, inconsiderate, and poorly handled. The people working there clearly lack professionalism and compassion. Do better.

Very comfortable and had no issues. We had a very late check in and staff was very welcoming.

Stay was Ok. The room looked clean until I went to bathroom. Floor had hair on it. So, it apparently was poorly cleaned or not at all. No wash clothes were in bathroom. Had to go to front desk to ask for them. Second night, needed toilet tissue. 2 partial rolls all that was there when we arrived. Called front desk and was told they couldn’t bring it up to room. Reason being they couldn’t leave front desk. Again, I had to go front desk to get toilet tissue. Once I was there, 2 clerks were there. 1 leaning back leisurely in his chair. The other had cell phone in her hand. Needless to say I was not a happy person.

Staff was great

Check in person was not helpful or nice. Arrived after 3 and she said room was not ready. I ask how long because we had plans. She looked inconvenienced and said she would have to go look…..she said 10 minutes. No big deal but…30 minutes later I ask again and she said not yet. Got in the room about 50 minutes later

This was probably our worst hotel stay. The pillows were the size of throw pillows (I’m not exaggerating), there was crusty stuff on the wall behind the bed that was disgusting, the blow-drier in the bathroom had somebody else’s toothpaste residue all over it, the tv had 28 channels total and half of them were in Spanish, there was an advertised pool and spa that was “open” until 10 pm with no working lights on the whole deck that ended up being completely unusable. The kicker was that there was a smoke detector chirping all night in the room across the hall. We called the desk at 9pm to let them know and he said he would check. We had to watch Netflix on our phone to drown out the sound because there aren’t any channels on the tv worth watching so when our phone turned off we were woken up at 4:30am by the same chirping and had to call the front desk again. He proceeded to tell us “well I checked and I didn’t hear anything” as if we were making it up or lying about it. When he finally made it up he gave us an “oops, yeah well I can’t go in there to fix it”. So we had to put Netflix BACK on our phone to try to get back to sleep until a normal hour. The fact that they had no idea it was going off and the state of the rooms makes me question if they even clean the rooms. There was no manager to talk to when we checked out, so now it’s just a waiting game to see if we can talk to anyone about the issues we had during our stay.

Desk personnel were very helpful

Maintenance person was nice and worked to resolve issues. Front desk personnel was dismissive.

Unsafe outer area

Very close to main freeway. Area is busy.

Was nice. Had to go to the hospital for surgery and stayed there the night before. Was just across the highway and will stay there again if I have more surgeries.

This is a great place to stay if you have reason to visit the Dallas medical district.

I didn’t feel the location was in a very good neighborhood. Felt it was sketchy. Limited parking spaces for the hotel if you arrive after 10pm. Had to park at the gas station next door to hotel which We did not feel was a very safe location.

Bed was comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to have breakfast due to early morning flight. Hotel had free parking and was close to the airport, which is why we chose to spend the night.

The room was okay, clean enough to not go stay somewhere else, but the rooms are dated making it feel a little dirty. The common areas/hallways were not welcoming and also seemed dirty. The hotel is not in a great/safe location and highway noise was loud at night.

Great price. Food was not good. The bacon was sheer, the eggs were frisbies and they use the thin paper plates you need a plastic holder for. Right beside a liquor stire and loud lication

The Hotel was in a convenient location, most staff were friendly, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. My daughter and I stayed overnight, everything was fine until we tried to get breakfast, we were stopped at the door at 9am and told breakfast was closed. The staff even started to close the door on us, disappointing to say the least. Of course at check in they assured us of the 6am until 10am breakfast option.

I loved the kind staff and people that stayed there. Complimentary breakfast was great, there was peace and quiet.

Good spot and not any issues with noise. Would have liked to have seen more selection at breakfast — no dairy free options made it impossible to enjoy.

Bathrooms could use an update. Food at breakfast was pretty cold and no microwave to heat it up.

Nice, cleanly home away from home. The breakfast was awesome, not just pastries and cereal. Pool and spa was nice as well.
