The pool was closed which was a disappointment but the pool was offered at a neighboring hotel. I just didn't want to change locations for a pool. Our first room had dead bugs on the floor and wall, and a live flying one! The front desk person was super nice and got us into a new room very quickly. The second room was very nice. She did tell us she was contacting her manager to see if we would get a discount or something but never heard back and it was the full rate on our receipt. Breakfast was good, typical hotel free breakfast but good and nice variety.

Not what I expected from Holiday Inn. Checked in at 7:00pm and rooms weren’t ready. Went to dinner, came back and second room not cleaned/ready yet. First room had door open, bathroom sink dirty. Wasn’t certain it was ready? Had to move from second room to another. Trash and dirty linens in hallway on first floor. Both coffee pots empty at breakfast. Laundry dryer vents in front landscaping area and was covered in lint. Needs some serious attention to guest experience/cleanliness.

The bathroom was filthy. There was hair in the bathtub and hair all over the bathroom floor. I don’t think the toilet was cleaned either. It looked like someone had been on their period and left blood on the toilet seat and there was actually feces smeared in the toilet. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable.

As a typical business traveler I stay frequently in this class of hotel. This had to be my worst experience in recent memory. The room I was given was not ready and not clean. There was no remote and the coffee bar had not been refilled. The floors were dirty and there was a bad stain on the couch that needed cleaning. In the bathroom there was mold on the upper wallpaper and the sink drain was missing. When I checked in for my four night stay the front desk made my keys only for three days. The food pantry for snacks had not been restocked. The breakfast was very good and that space was clean. I asked to have housekeeping come to my room and clean it but the bathroom floor was still left dirty. The same clump of dirt was on the floor after two housekeeping visits. The head of housekeeping came to my room with another employee and opened the door without knocking and fortunately I was dressed. This place needs a new management team.

After a long day of travel we arrived to find out the only rooms left were ones that had broken door locks - the key card didn't work so the front desk clerk had to open it with a key. The room was dirty - grass, hair, and stains on the bed sheets, cob webs, bugs, and general dirt. We asked for a different room, and we were moved to find it just the same. We asked for a new set of clean sheets and we changed the bed ourselves.

The dates were extremely high for that type of hotel. The lighting in the room was not good. I needed a flashlight to operate the microwave it was so badly lit in that area. Probably won’t go back at those rates

The front desk staff is kind and inviting. They are very quick too! The morning breakfast staff is also wonderful and accommodating. Just to note, I’ve stayed in two different rooms at this hotel now and both rooms had TV remotes that barely worked. I couldn’t adjust the volume at all and the power button took multiple attempts to work. The hot water in the shower also took over 10 minutes to warm up and there is considerable mildew on the ceiling in room 101. Not worrisome mildew but it just gives the feeling of uncleanliness.

Everything was good except our room 429 air conditioner made weird noises all night. We thought the unit wasn’t working right but cool air was still coming out. When we came in it was set at 69 degrees so we turned the temp up to 72 degrees thinking the noise would stop. No luck. We let the front desk know about the issue when we checked out.

The hotel was close to the highway yet I did not hear the highway traffic noise in my room. The room and mattress was comfortable and the decor was modern. We had to call the front desk to figure out the tv as it was not set up properly. There were cobwebs in our room as well as in the breakfast area. There was not enough seating in the breakfast area and feel there should be more 2 seater tables instead of large tables where 2 or 4 people sat leaving a couple empty chairs. Overall the stay was good and would stay again if the need came up.

Rooms seem quite out of date. Older fixtures, marks on walls, peeling paint, but room did seem clean. Building was under construction, so hopefully rooms will be, too. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.

Nice suite. Spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Room was a little dark. The breakfast was good some days but other times they did not have much of a selection. The pancake machine was not working twice and there were not any cinnamon rolls twice. Area was quiet and staff was friendly.

Breakfast was great; room comfy except - if you are short like me -5'3"- you will need to use a high jump maneuver to get into bed. And wait for barely warm water in shower is at least 5 minutes so don't give up like I did and take a cold shower/shampoo -just don't expect anything beyond tepid. TP cheap single ply. Otherwise good stay.

Great for a pass through stop. Could hear traffic from the highway throughout the night but it doesn’t bug me. If you have issues sleeping this could cause issues though. Large room. Cleaning could use improvement.

We had pre-booked this stay, but when we arrived, there was no one at the desk to give us keys to our room. We waited a full 15 minutes and called the hotel several times fro our phones at the front desk before someone finally showed up. We had to resort to yelling at the front desk to arouse an employee. Earlier in the day I had called the hotel to see if there were vacancies and I was told that there was only one room left. When we arrived at 7:30 PM, the hotel was virtually empty.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was great. the overall stay was not bad but upon arrival we could not get the room we booked as they said it was not available so they gave us a king room with a pull out couch. we were told that because we booked 3rd party and not direct that there was nothing they could do. I booked this over a month prior and was angered that we got bumped because of using Hotels.com.

When we arrived, Veronica at front desk, said we could only have 2 queen beds although I paid the upgrade price for one king bed. Through her professionalism, after seeing my reservation on my iPhone, she honored the one king bed. It seems Hotels.com is not sending the hotels correct information as to room type once a reservation is booked. If I pay for the upgrade, I would expect to receive the upgrade. Again, the Front Desk clerk was extremely professional and then the housekeeper, Jessica (?) went into the room to insure its readiness. That was appreciated and again, we felt this property was extremely well run.

Massively overpaid for a semi clean hotel room. Was not allowed to check in for 3 hrs after check in time. Room was not cleaned well. Front desk staff was to busy on there phones to even care that you couldn't check in. One lady i believe her name was mundan was great. Got to are room after waiting for hours and you couldn't breath because they just sprayed a whole bottle of fabreeze.. will never stay at this hotel again. Paid over 500 dollars for a 50 dollar a night hotel. Would have been better of at a motel 6

His was an excellent stay. Very clean. Great breakfast. Very nice staff. They had a lot kids corner where kids could play and color. If they turned in their coloring pages they got to pick a prize from the bucket. Good prizes too.

The room was nice and clean when we arrived. The cot I requested was already set up in my room. We used the pool which had really warm water. Breakfast was good, but the lady doing breakfast seemed angry the whole time. We were disappointed no more cinnamon rolls were going to be made. It was 8:45 when we went down, and breakfast was until 10am.

Love the check in representative who was fabulous and extremely friendly. The cleaning staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, the staff member that was making the breakfast was abrupt and unfriendly. The breakfast was not good. The oatmeal was rubbery and so gummed up that you couldnt even scoop it out. Breakfast was from 8 to 10 and I went down at 9. There were no muffins or bacon left. The broken bacon pieces in the pan were burnt and not edible. The pancakes were rubbery and chewy. There was a large snowfall but the lot had not been plowed and it was difficult to get into the parking lot. It was very difficult to find a spot to park. It was also dangerous walking to the main entrance due to the snow and slush causing me to slip a few times. Luckily I was able to get my balance before I fell. Oevrall, the experience was still good and I wouldnstay there again.
