mixture of renovation and worn-out stuff. shower knob was new but very slow-drain. water piled up during shower. no cleaning done while i was there. window dirty. no ice on the floor i stayed. breakfast pretty good. coffee so so .... all in all way too expensive for the property condition

Average room, toilet was continuously running.they put us in a handicap accessible room, which would be fine except the shower floor tiling was so uneven that there was water eaaaaaeveeveveverywhere

Room was outdated and rather drafty. Very thin walls and can hear everything going on in neighboring rooms.

I had to ask for a different room because the bed was not made. Also, the room I was given needed a good vacuum.
