Pool was out of order and book specificity for the amenities to keep our two toddlers entertained after 12 hours in the car. Was not offered anything or a discount for the complex situation. Wasn't allowed to cancel reservation.

Terrible elevator about went down as we were on it. Beds were to hard to get any sleep. Breakfast was a complete joke had barely anything and lady running was never around to get things filled or see what she was making had the front desk clerk to get any help. Banana were bad and going bad no cereal no pancakes and no gravy for biscuits. She used the excuse that they had a funeral a week ago and ran out. They should expect these things especially when they get a reservation list of the people who reserved a room and should of be prepared for all the guests. Never going back to this hotel again staying at another hotel the next time.

Staff was professional and kind. The room was super clean and comfy. Breakfast was the best we've probably had in any hotel. Good variety of foods to accommodate even vegetarians. The swimming pool has heated water so it was be used even when it's cold outside so our kids had a blast. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much.

Deadbolt didn't work in the room, no cover on the drain in the bathroom, floors were filthy, pool water was dark and cloudy. Staff was very nice and lobby seemed clean. Breakfast was good and the gal working the breakfast area was very sweet and helpful.

The first room they gave stunk like animal piss and chemicals. I asked to be moved and they gave me another room that wasn't much better. I hate complaining but the stench was overwhelming. When I went to the front desk and asked to be moved the lady told another employee that they have their first request to be moved to another room so I'm certain they know they have a problem. I stayed 2 nights and only spent time in the room to sleep. Won't be staying there again.

The room was fine however the air conditioner seemed to have struggled. it wasnt hot, but it never really got cool. Also I checked in with 4 people under reservations and had to get extra towels for my room, but no biggie. If I HAD to complain those would have been my biggest issues.

I was on the fourth floor south side of the building there is no internet service and was told it doesn’t work up there. Seems that he’s rooms should be cheaper. Train across the road goes by every hour and lays on the horn.

I didn’t appreciate the staff that was ever so rude either on the phone or in person. I also didn’t appreciate being told my sons service animal was not allowed in the room we booked (there was not one place stated that information UNTIL upon arrival when there was a sign posted on the desk.) My son is autistic and needed his service animal that we had to leave behind at home because this hotel fails to provide the proper information needed when booking a room. I also would like to mention not one time did the staff try to accommodate us being as we couldn’t bring in our service dog and provide another room etc.

The bed was great but lady at check in was very rude, the room we book was messed up, i have a service dog and she was rude and if we took a sweet was going to xharge us more, we have stayed in many hotels first time we have had trouble with my service animal, i stated clearly she was a service dog.

The hotel was nice. Room was clean. But the employee serving breakfast was verry rude. when ask if she was going to put more food out she said there was not enough food all the customer. We came down from are room around 8:30 am an hour and half before breakfast ended.
