The pool was green

This was a stop on our road trip and had everything we could ask for. Safe parking for our SUV and trailor, nice clean room that didn’t feel like a motel, friendly staff, and continental breakfast was more than just bagels and coffee. They had some hot items as well. And all this for a reasonable price. Thanks.

The deadbolt did not work. Big screen tv was excellent, good reception. Nice size room, hot shower with pressure, cold refrigerator, spacious kitchenette,

I was offended that we got spoke to and about something we did not do. Also my whole group felt very judged, watched, and felt like we had to walk on egg shells for a hotel that was low class and had ants in the rooms. Of my group of 5, none of us will ever return. And the hidden cameras in the rooms that take photos is creepy, sick, and a invasion of privacy, and more than one of us saw it. Very disappointed. Also the swimming pool was very cloudy and not kept up well.

The parking feels very very safe. The desk attendant is friendly and courteous. Breakfast is awesome.

Has a lot of parking and clean

Staff was great. Room was very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was great! The pool area could have been cleaner. Cigarette butts around and pool itself needs a proper cleaning although not terrible. It does need loungers around the pool! I would recommend this place.

The breakfast was sub-par, and sparse with not much selection and pancake machine was broken. The weight machines most would not work properly.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times and unfortunately it never got better. The location is ideal, but the cleanliness isn’t great, the pillows and bed are uncomfortable, a front desk associate has to let you into the fitness room, the back door is always unlocked which is a safety concern for a single woman coming in late at night alone and why even advertise a kitchenette if there are no utensils or cookware?? I’ll be driving a little further each time I visit and just stay at the Hampton down the street.

Can tell they have done some remodeling however massive crack in wall (room 201). Trash cans overflowing around property, spider crawling in shower.

Says 9 out 10 rating on google…not sure how. The entry way and stairway smelled of stale cigarettes, the room smelled damp and musty, the room was not clean, the bathroom was not clean. No amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. Very bare and smelly not cozy at all except the bed was comfy.

overall the hotel was nice looking when we drove up to it it looked to be pretty new but it did have some issues that should be fixed soon like replacing the hallway carpet ,it had spill stains everywhere walking to our room on the 2nd floor , old soap left in the bathtub soap holder, bathtub stopper out of its hole ,it should be attached not lying in the tub, foundation crack in the wall of room 201 that needs fixed, all buildings settle but fix it and paint it . It was a below average continental breakfast not that great, working items in the room needs to be cleaned up examples - wires and plugs showing under the wall mounted tv and the micro sitting on top of a mini fridge that's about 3 times to big for the room both the micro and the fridge should have been hidden away in a cabinet and the room needs a small table with at least two chairs , this hotel does not look to be over 5 or 6 years old so I'm wondering why it looks un-maintenanced in areas ? the employees would answer any questions i had but I never got a good morning or hello or eye contact or anything which was kind of odd to me , landscape outside needs some help as well . not sure what other hotels are in the same area but i will probably look elsewhere next time . i would have gave higher marks if the inside of the hotel looked as good as the outside except for the landscape of course.

Always clean

The staff was nice. The hotel is showing some wear. Mold in the tub. Broken dresser. Bed was comfortable. I would stay again if the price was right but would like to see some small improvements.

Upon arrival the lobby/check-in area smelt like a urine. Then we proceeded to our room and it was even worse. The room had a very musty smell and discovered it was the A/C unit. I asked if we could move to another room and all she could say was sorry, we are full. Two nights we endured the smell, no A/C and TV stopped working the 2nd night. Noticed air sanitizer misters in breakfast area, I guess to mask the urine smell. Will not stay at Hotel Pryor in the future.

Room had not been vacuumed. Breakfast was not replenished even though we asked.

The room had mold growing on the walls, the bed had a massive yellow stain, there was dust and dead bugs. It was not clean.

Spotless room, friendly staff and great price! Couldn’t ask for more!

We had two rooms. One was better than the others. One of them had a permanent smell I couldn’t identify. It made it difficult to be in that room. The hotel wasn’t necessarily dirty, but had some disrepair such as giant settling cracks on the wall and broken hooks for towels. My kids wouldn’t even eat the breakfast, which shoes how low quality it was. Bonuses were large rooms with a medium size fridge/freezer and close to the highway. I would never stay here again. It wasn’t worth what I paid.

Bed was comfortable, the room was nice and they had it cooled down when we arrived. Breakfast was nice too. Location is great. Nice to be able to walk to walmart to pick up snacks or forgotten items. It was a short stay this trip but the stay was nice.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Great window shading for dark sleep area. Quiet. Easy to get to.

Property was in really good condition. Like new. Modern style and decor. Check in was fast. Loved the blackout window shades. Wish the rooms had a clock and a lighted receptacle in the bathroom as a night light.. A/C unit was a little on the noisy side. Breakfast was good. Little omelets, sausage, bacon, potatoes. Muffins, toast, and cereal. Would stay here again.

Beds are very comfortable. The tv is nice and clear. Rooms are quiet and were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The tv remote was broken and the staff member didn't know how to program a different remote so we had to use 2 to operate the tv. Not a big deal because she tried help. The outlet switch in the bathroom didnt work so the nair dryer couldnt be used in the bathroom. It worked fine in the main room but it was inconvenient to have to use the blow dryer in the main room with no mirror. But its a great place to stay and we'll certainly stay there again.

The room layout we had, with a king bed, also included a kitchenette. The size of the room was great, lots of tabletop & countertop space and areas to set luggage. Also a nightstand on both sides of the bed. The bathroom was well lit and there was a lot of room on either side of the sink, and the mirror was large. Probably the best room layout I can remember being in, and the price was good also👍! Would gladly stay again if we were in the area.

First of all, the hallway had a musty smell on the 3rd floor, the bathroom tub was clogged, changed rooms, same floor, same issue not as bad. To make matters worse you can hear all the traffic outside, ah and a train every couple of hours.

I have stayed here several times and it has gone downhill. The foors were locked after dark and we were stuck in the cold waiting to check in for several minutes. The staff was immediately rude and unfriendly. I had to pay in full up front rather than the $100 deposit they were advertising. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. They had no "do not disturb" sign so we were awoken unwanted to housekeeping hours after arriving. The room has the AC on 59 degrees while it was 25 degrees outside. During our stay, both of our room keys quit working 5 different times. The staff continued to be rude about helping us with the keys. The door closest to parking does not work. The breakfast used to be good and is now horrible. There was a power outage and we narrowly escaped being stuck in the elevator. We were stuck visitng with family in the dark and cold for hours in our room. We were offered no apologies or compensation. When we asked for a "do not disturb" sign we were again treated very rudely. While it was on the door, housekeeping came in anyways and moved our things around to get all used towels. We were out of toilet paper and they did not replace it. The hotel reeked of marijuana multiple times. I realized it was the hotel staff. I also witnessed a drug deal and I\'m not sure if it was with the staff or not. I like the room size, proce, and location. But why would I go back? Its not currebtly worth $10 a night.

Room was nice and breakfast was good. Staff didn't have a crib for our baby and when we put it in the requests they went to the Walmart next door and bought one!

Locked myself out of the room @2am went to the front desk. There was a dign that said clerk on break for 15min i waited till 4am when clerk finally showed looking like he just woke up. The breakfast was terrible only good thing was the bagels which would run out. The pillows were so bad my husband and i had neck pain after the 2nd day. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Front desk worker that night couldn't figure out how an Expedia reservation worked for either me or the girl in front of me. Took a while to check in and even had to show him my reservation to prove it. If there are 2 of the same issues in a row then the problem is the operator, not the guest. Don't accuse us of not having a reservation if you aren't familiar with the system. Shower was lukewarm at best. Faucet water was same temperature. Flow rates were lethargic too. Breakfast was obviously done to be as cheap as possible. Picking were slim and muffins were tiny, the size of small meatballs. There was more empty counter space than offerings. I was disappointed for what I paid for us to stay there. Next time I'm in Pryor I'll stay somewhere else

Everything was great with the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very nice. We booked our room through an app right as we got there and the reservation hadn't quite made it through yet, but the gentleman at the counter let us know it would only be a minute or two so we went ahead and parked and grabbed our luggage. By the time we got back in the reservation was on his system. The room was quiet and comfortable at a reasonable rate.

The inconvenience of not having access to water for showering, etc. Saturday into the wee hours of the night. We were in Pryor for a wedding and returned to the hotel Saturday afternoon to get ready for the wedding and found out the water was off for a scheduled repair. When i inquired at the front desk regarding the lack of water a small poster taped to the top of the desk was pointed at and I was told it had been there for two days. Really? when is it the guests responsibility to check the front desk for announcements? We use side entrances closer to our room to enter and exit, not the main lobby. This was scheduled outage not an emergency. Why weren't we made aware of this when we checked in? This small consideration would have allowed us to adopt to the situation. Instead we were unable to shower and clean up before dressing for our Granddaughter's wedding. My wife was very upset! There was also an issue twice with our door card and the exterior door we were using, Twice we had to walk around to the lobby in the rain to get in. Both times the staff told us they had addressed the issue. It continued to be unfunctional. Probably our last stay at Hotel Pryor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast each morning. It was well-stocked with a nice variety of options, from hot items to fresh fruit and pastries—something for everyone to enjoy. This was a nice reasonably priced hotel. It was clean, the bed comfortable and close to the main highway.

I booked this room for one night. The property address doesn’t match up with the location of the hotel. The hotel is about half a mile up right next the Walmart. It is difficult to find the entrance from the highway. The check in process was painless and the staff was extremely pleasant. The room was clean. There had of been some recent renovation at the property because the counters and other amenities looked newer.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. It will never happen again. Our room had a horrible fish stench. They said they were unable to move us as all rooms were booked. After trying to keep the door open and air fresheners, we asked the desk person to come smell the room. He reluctantly came upstairs acknowledging there was a problem; however, wasn’t stated it wasn’t his fault. The hot breakfast items were non-existent by 8:45 am. So disappointed in the property and staff on duty.

The facility was easy to get to. The staff super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Our room had refrigerator and microwave. Offered a free hot breakfast. With eggs, bacon and sausage. And pastries. Would recommend for anyone traveling. Our trip included myself and two teenage daughters
