No hot tub period... And the pool hasn't worked in a year. Very disappointing.I will be looking for a refund.

Room was not clean there was no pool it was empty and dirty

We scheduled this hotel online. We drove 4 hours to take our grandkids swimming and when we got there the pool was closed. We were later told that the pool had been down for years. In my opinion this is false advertisement. It would be different if something had happened to the pool recently, but they are advertising an indoor pool flat has not been working for years. When we checked in the lady at the front desk was sitting on a couch in the lobby with a man laying in her lap. Awful experience never go here. Grandkids were heartbroken and we could not be refunded.

The stay all around was average. The room itself could have been cleaned a lot better prior to me. Booking and checking in the toilet. The whole time was broken and my man actually had to fix. I had to ask for full service and I stayed for 5 days. I only got checked on one time. About towels and and the whole point of me staying there also for 5 days. As I thought they had a swimming pool. It is broken and shut down. And they need to list that on the app of booking. That their pool is under construction in unavailable. The breakfast is very basic and poor. And the whole time you could tell people were smoking weed in the room and the hotel staff.I guess nobody don't care about you smoking weed in this place.

The pictures that are posted online is not what youre booking. Room was dirty upon arrival. Bed was made and maybe a quick wipe down. Carpets are disgusting. Mold on lamp shade and ceilings. Washer and dryer are non working. Hotel manager was aware and made no attempt to fix it. Quality Inn corporate needs to really look into this hotel and why the minimum is being done to up keep it

I did not stay here. I wanted a pool. They listed a pool. Got there and no pool. Said they had not had one for 5 years.

The pool was inoperable, the breakfast was practically absent, and the bedspreads had stains.

Picked this particular hotel since they listed online a indoor pool and guest laundry. The pool wasn't open and the washer was broken. Also the TV didn't work and when my wife told the guy at the front desk he told her he would be up to check it out shortly. Well he never showed and the next morning she was told by a woman that the guy was asleep and asked her what time our check out was. A TV would have helped drowned out the noise of the highway and trains.

The clerk was sloppily dressed. Shirt half tucked in, collar floppy. The place was nasty, the pool and hot tub did not work. I was not a happy camper.

Disgusting. The second I opened the fridge bugs came out, there were bodily fluids all throughout the room, the air conditioning was flooding onto the floor and through the ceilings, and the entire place had a mold-like smell. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.

This place was disgusting! There were dead bugs smashed on the walls on like 6 different places, some bed bugs, some other bugs. Live bed bugs on the mattresses, hair on sheets and in tub. Crap on the wall in the bathroom.The floors and base boards were disgustingly dirty.

A very unclean hotel. Carpets have not been cleaned. Dirt caked on bathroom floor. Unsure if sheets were cleaned. So bad I bought Lysol and sprayed the entire room down. Smell coming from AC was horrible.

The hotel smells heavily of smoke (both cigarette and marijuana) even though our room was a non-smoking room. The room was not clean and there was vomit on the floor from the previous guests. When we approached the manager, he said that we were lying and was rude to us. We promptly checked out of the hotel and asked for a reimbursement. The manager would not reimburse us for the whole stay. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

Room was filthy, ceiling had water damage and mold. Roaches and bed bugs. DONT STAY AT ANY OF THOSE HOTELS. THEY ALL HAVE BUGS

DO NOT STAY HERE! This was, without a doubt, the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. If every room was not sold out in Pryor, we would have left and gone elsewhere. It's so bad that we debated sleeping in the truck instead of the room. There is black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, the tile is disgusting and cracked, and the toilet runs. The sheets, duvet cover, comforter, and mattress cover were all stained in the same places, which means that they were not changed from the last guest before we were given the room. We had to have them all changed. The carpet was not vacuumed under the furniture. The AC was broken and we had maintenance come to fix it. She just jiggled the power cord underneath the unit. Turns out that this issue was ongoing for a while but never fixed. She said it happens all the time. If it happens all the time, why not just fix it? The best part of this fiasco was our toilet. It was constantly running when we checked in and you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. We told the manager about the issue the morning after we checked in and he said he would fix it. They managed to stop the toilet from running, but they caused a leak. We told the same manager about the leak the next day and his solution was to turn the water off to the to the toilet! We had no toilet for 3 entire days! They adlertise a swimming pool and a gym but both were out of order. One of the employees told us the pool had been broken for 5 years!

Spiders in the room. The beds are very uncomfortable. The water pressure was deplorable at any hour of the day. Tree outside my window with any sort of wind would bang against the glass.

Was quiet. Lacked any usb charging ports in the room.

It was a pleasant stay. The bed felt clean, the room seemed clean, breakfast was good. It was quiet, easy access from the road we were travelling and my brief interaction with staff was pleasant as expected - nothing extra that was good or extra that was negative. The ONLY negative, was the bathroom. There was no toilet tissue holder - which doesn't seem like a big deal, but on the wall near that general area, there was black smudgey short streaks on the wall. Next to the toilet your mind tends to imagine ONE thing when you see black smears... The wall down to the floor just seemed dirty (besides those streaks). But, with those streaks you just imagine dirty hands, and now you have to pick up the toilet tissue (rather than just pull it from the roll) and you imagine other hands touching the tissue and... it's just unpleasant. Having a clean bathroom area is such a big deal when you want your guests to feel your hotel is clean. I hope this location will take some time and go through their rooms to make sure they're presenting themselves well.

Our check in was good. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. But the hotel iitself was smelly and in various stages of disrepair. It was hard to sleep because of loud bangi g noises throughout the night. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. Corners were dirty. The place needs a major renovation

Property owner was rude. He was not very responsive to our issue with a leaking toilet.

Generally ok. Some knats in the room but otherwise ok. Strange to find a sign at the front desk asking that I call an attendant to come and check me in. The motel was full and it was odd to find the front desk unattended.

Went to get my son for the weekend from Thunderbird and As soon as we walked in it was like a sauna! We got to our room and realized our TV wasn't working. Called downstairs and she came to look at it and couldn't seem to fix it so she sent a maintenance man to fix the problem and he immediately told us that the cable was cut in that room and he would have her send us to a different room. She brought new keys to us and when I walked in the room I honestly thought it was occupied. Turns out it was a room that had not been cleaned yet. So again I call and she brings a key card for a different room! Finally we were able to just settle in a room! Half clean, dead June bugs in the bathroom. Pool was nothing but dust. Never again! 0 out of 10

Staff was very helpful, especially the lobby bartender.

We booked our stay through Expedia. After being there for about an hour, we found a bedbug in our room. We called the front desk and the clerk apologized. We packed up our stuff and went to the front desk for a refund. We were told he couldn’t refund and we would need to talk to the owner the next day. We called and talked to the owner the following morning and he said he couldn’t refund because we booked through Expedia. He said we needed to contact them for a refund. After several attempts by Expedia to get a refund the owner denied it. Very disappointing and very poor customer service. DO NOT stay at the Quality Inn in Pryor, Ok!

Food on the ceiling and dirty walls. Lobby smells like the industrial park which is a given due to the location.

been here a couple times. place is convenient, beds are super comfy. this last time i reserved a room with 1 king size bed like a week in advance for my partner and i and we got there and they didn’t have any available. only a room with 2 full beds. so that was super disappointing

The pool was out of order, the shower dropped all night. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t too bad

The staff are awesome. The building needs some maintenance and improvements. Cleanliness In areas was poor. The one day I ate at the Continental breakfast it seemed to shut down early before 9:30 am.

Terrible experience at this hotel. The large hot continental breakfast they advertise is available 6-9 a.m. We went the first morning only to find there was no food out other than yogurt in the fridge and cold cereal with no milk. I asked the and she said we ran out of food. She finally gave us a loaf of bread to make toast, but we were putting our hands in the bag of bread and who knows who else had done that. We had to also ask for milk for the cereal. The orange juice was sour and the worker didn't know how to change it. She has worked there over 2 years. The kitchen door was never locked. Anyone could have gone in there and messed with food at any time. The garbage cans needed to be emptied everywhere throughout the building. My sheets had black stuff all over them when we arrived. We complained and they came to change them. The man brought 2 fitted sheets and no flat sheet and pillowcases so while he was getting those, I helped the lady make the bed. She wanted the second flat sheet on, so it was ready for the next guest!!! no overs over the wires by the dresser. I accidentally put my briefcase and folder in syrup in the dining area thinking the tables had been washed. I asked the sleeping worker for a rag to clean the table. She pointed at the napkins. I asked again for a WET rag. No words spoken from worker. I then said there must be a rag in the kitchen. She then stomped off and broght a dry rag then instructed me to use the hot water on the coffee machine

The room smelled of cigarettes. No gravy for the biscuits and gravy. 11pm the noise thru the roof. Kids screaming. Dogs barking. People going in and out. The bed was lumpy. The day we checked out Debbie was the highlight of our trip. She was the only one that was very nice. We really liked her.

There was no a/c in breakfast area, lobbies are hallways and elevator had awful odor.
