Facilities are basic with no elevator across three floors, which makes stairs difficult for guests with heavy bags. Parking and a luggage trolley are available; air conditioning generally works but can be noisy or inconsistent, and hairdryers are provided on request.

Many guests found rooms tidy and acceptable for short stays. Recurring complaints mention mouldy or musty smells, stained or dirty linens, dust on fans, and occasional poor bathroom cleaning.

Rooms are extremely small and minimalist, with step-up pod bathrooms, sinks in the bedroom, limited storage and outlets, and basic furnishings. Some beds are comfortable, but others are described as hard, and traffic or corridor noise can disturb light sleepers.

Staff are widely described as friendly, helpful and efficient, including with late arrivals and special requests. A few guests reported slow or limited reception hours, unhelpful responses, or poor noise control overnight.

Walkable to the terminals in roughly 10–20 minutes, which suits late arrivals and early flights. Several guests found the route hard to follow, poorly lit or isolated at night, and some reported traffic noise in road-facing rooms.

On-site options are limited to a simple continental breakfast, which guests describe as basic and sometimes poor or overpriced. There is no restaurant or bar; many walk to nearby McDonald's or other hotels for meals.
