I don’t normally write hotel reviews, but I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the generosity and professionalism of the team. Unfortunately, an unexpected incident occurred shortly after we checked in, and we had to leave the property on the very same day. We informed the duty staff, who handled the situation with empathy and professionalism, promptly documenting the incident and assisting us throughout the process. We subsequently requested a refund, which was approved within a few days. While our stay was unexpectedly cut short, we were genuinely grateful for how fairly and compassionately the hotel handled the situation. Their understanding and excellent customer service made a difficult experience much easier, and for that, we are truly thankful.

Staff are very Helpful and friendly. the place is neat and clean. surrounding are beautiful. parking areas are realy good and accessable. breakfast bar are very presentable food are yumm.! will be back there again in the future. very close to all amenities. Thank you Guys. Lolita and Phil.
