Staff was great, limited parking, does house migrant workers so a lot of activity and has a clothesline and other things outside. We used it to sleep, shower , and go for one night worked out for that just fine

The facilities were very clean. There was no carpeting so it felt clean and it's in fairly good repair. The pool was out of commission looked like it was being repaired. The area around the hotel was not the best. That however is not the fault of the hotel. It felt a little safer since the doors were all inside, so as a woman traveler I felt safe.

Such a horrible place to stay they dont have microwave and refrigerators in every room but charge the same price they dont have elevator but always put people on third floor and no ice machine on the third floor so u have to.walk up ans down three flights of stairs ... this hotel is horrible

I chose this establishment from a list offered on the website that showed a pool and breakfast. I drove 6 hours to have my grandson visit me and spend time at the pool and hang out. Only to find that the pool was empty and there was no breakfast offered. This put quite a damper on my visit and the activities I had planned for my trip. Can't trust the website or the property operators to be accurate in what they advertise,

Theu dont have elevators so we had to carry all our bags up three flights of stairs omg so unprofessional... all the vending and ice is on the first floor no courtesy at all ion recommend this hotel to nobody and the charge the same price as other hotel and have the nerve to want 100 deposit smh

This hotel has cockroaches and the desk staff was barely functional even reading Emails was a challenge for them. Left the property after one night of the reservation and ate the cost. NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY you would be better off sleeping in a rental car.

Property was not clean. The room we stayed in had stains on the sheets and curtains. There was only one towel that didn’t have hair on it and the bathroom was also not clean with black specs running down the shower walls. The washcloth holding soaps and shampoo was also stiff, had hair, and looked very dirty. Holes in the bathroom door.

I had to call the manager at 2 am some occupants were playing music really loud and talking loud and slamming doors, that kept us up for more than an hour. Not happy about it.

A#1 staff was great. UNFORTUNATELY this is the most bare bones property I've EVER stayed at in the US or overseas. It is a shelter with a bed. No desk. No legitimate furniture. Outside premised and windows feel like an abandoned warehouse. Go here to sleep... (I'm afraid to have slept on the bed and have yet to do it I will do lots more reviews by word of mouth as the people who came to visit me in the area were so distraught over the premises they said they would avoid it and tell others.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome. It's an older budget motel that has had some recent updates, so your expectation's shouldn't be too high. There's WiFi and a brand new smart TV, and air conditioning - but the bathroom is a little cramped and sparsely furnished. With the slippery bathtub, a grab bar INSIDE the shower would be better. And a couple towel racks would be nice; there weren't any at all. The mini fridge worked fine, but a microwave would have been good to have too.

The hotel is very well-kept, and my room was both spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was great, and I loved starting my day with it. The location is also convenient, with plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience

The lady at the desk was super super friendly and very helpful. I booked on expedia and wasnt aware of deposits taken at the time of check out.. she was very generous and waived the deposit just so i can sleep before making a long commute.

My daughter and I were on a trip to the Stockton area. It was during the torrential rains that were hitting CA. Our room was safe and secure from the weather. Our room was clean (the baseboards in the bathroom needed more attention). One bed squeaked. Both mattresses were firm, which I don’t like. The bedding was clean. The toilet paper and facial tissues were cheap one ply. But…I picked this hotel because it had the lowest price…so I wasn’t expecting luxury items. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The security to the building was nice…you need a key card to enter the building and to enter each floor. The building was quiet. The location was perfect, next to the 99 freeway.

Bare bones but that's ok with me. Gal at the desk was awesome. Room was quiet. Denny's next door was nice to have. Not much else around other than fast foods. I'd stay there again for business.

The room was fine. It’s a old hotel/motel very cheaply “updated”. No real issues but Stockton is not a destination I wanted to go to or ever want to return. The hallways and stairs are dirty, trash was piled up at several trash cans but no real issue and as stated room was ok. Inexpensive. Note on safety of area mist if the National fast food chains close their dine in at 8 pm on Saturdays drive thru only, saw gas station close at 8 across the street pumps are left on but store etc closed. Definitely not a destination area.
